Abysmal service from this store when attempting to purchase an item offered as floor stock, lable said required to be picked up no later than 2-3 weeks. Then told us would be no earlier than 4-5 weeks but wanted full payment as a deposit. Could not pick up from Croydon store as it was to be shipped to Keysborough and either picked up there or $75 delivery fee to 10ks from store. Agreed to 35% deposit. Filled out form, name, address and phone number but I did not give an email address as I don't want junk mail or data breach if not necessary. They told me the item would be withheld if I did not give email address. We said forget about it but want our details back as we were no longer transacting. They refused so we took the form from the table and the woman tried to snatch it from me. After an argument ensured the manager came and said it was not required if we didn't want. Too late however as they had burnt us. The original mature lady we spoke to was very nice and in no way responsible but instead the younger woman was very rude. Will not return to this company. They also missed out on the sale of a modular leather lounge due to being very difficult to deal with.

I do not usually write negative reviews but feel extremely disappointed with the level of after sales care that we have received after purchasing the MILTON rug at Nick Scali. The rug was advertised on the website and confirmed by a sales person in the Chirnside Park store to be 3m x 3.5m. Upon receiving the rug it was clear that it was the wrong size (3m x 4m). After several phone calls and emails, the matter is still unresolved and a service representative has refused to give us details of the timeline and process to resolve the matter. We feel that Nick Scali are doing everything in their power to avoid refunding our money (we were told initially by a member of sales at the store that Nick Scali do not offer refunds for purchases). We would advise others NOT to shop with Nick Scali.

We purchased armchairs from the Nick Scali Furniture store at Chirnside in 2018. After four years of occasional use the frame on one chair has failed to the extent where the front legs splay out and is now unusable. The second chair is showing signs of developing the same issue. Despite having a lifetime warranty on the furniture frame clearly articulated in the contract of sale, Nick Scali after sales service refuses to honour the warranty. In our experience, the supplied furniture was poor quality, the after sales service was terrible and the warranty was not honoured. After re-engaging as per the request below from Nick Scali team the matter was not resolved so a report has been submitted to the ACCC.

Tony from Chirnside was a joy to deal with, patient & thorough. The turnaround time advised was perfect for my needs & accurate. On the day of delivery, the drivers kept me informed to the minute, were pleasant, swift & tidy. Assessing the quality and wear & tear will reveal itself over time but to date, very happy with the furniture & overall experience.

Starf are so in your face it's just akward and makes you want go leave, even when you say you are happy browsing they keep asking you questions and follow you around talking . especially this new guy who seems to have just started , I couldn't relax and look
