No offence to other customers or the owners the store but the South Indian staff over there doesn’t care about other customers when they are attainting their fellow South Indian ladies in the door...literally I used to wait for 20-30 min just to get my turn even if I’m next customer, and it’s not like they are buying many things, it hardly take 2-4 min to get what we want but they keep on standing there having conversation like they are on date. Please look into it whoever it may concern because its not our lost when you loose customers it yours.

Nilgiri has been my go-to store for South Indian groceries for as long as I can remember. The quality of their products is good, and their prices are reasonable. Jovince and his team go above and beyond to assist customers with a smile. Their knowledge about the products is commendable, making every shopping trip a delightful experience.Moreover, the entrepreneurial spirit of the entire Nilgiri team is phenomenal , looking at the growth of their venture over time.

Its a self-service shop offering a wide variety of food, beverages and household products. Especially South Indian products . Its a better shop for both south indians and north indians. They provide home delivery service too. Also they maintain a good realationship between coustmers.

My experience with this super mart has always been pleasant and the staff is super friendly. They always deliver high quality items at reasonable prices. I purchase my groceries at Nilgiri super mart only and I am happy to be their customer.
