Not worth the price. I ordered the bread, thinking it would be a proper roll of bread. A piece of bread about 3/4 the size of a deck of playing cards was delivered, alongside a hard round slice of butter. Honestly…I thought it was a complimentary roll. Nope, that’s what I ordered. A pathetic little Hobbit like piece of bread. To charge for something like that is absolutely shocking. At least tell me what to expect before I order it. Maybe the conversation should be something like: Waiter: sir, you do realize that it’s a pathetic example of a roll? Probably not worth the money? Patron: how pathetic are we talking here? Waiter: Pathetic like a 33 year old man still holding onto his professional sports career Patron: ummm, never mind, I’ll take some water and order Uber Eats Next was the tartar. For the price I figured a proper serving of tartar would come. Again, I was sorely disappointed. It was a serving size appropriate for an ant. And, not seasoned. Would have fit perfectly in the movie Zoolander. For the main course, the steak special. To be fair, the steak was cooked nicely, but under seasoned. The greens were fantastically over seasoned and if I had not been as hungry as I was, they would have been inedible. It took a lot of water to choke them down. What was really interesting was that the main came out barely warm, with two cold disks of herbed butter balanced on top. So basically I had to butter my steak like a piece of toast. That was a first for me. I really love the hotel here and stay often, but I’ll be avoiding the restaurant attached. Also, the service is pretty poor, even for Australian standards. So that’s really really bad.

I took my wife there for dinner to celebrate a special occasion. To begin with, it took a while just to be served. We ordered drinks which took forever to arrive. We received our main course before entree. When the head waitress realised that it was a mistake she even suggested if we would like the main course first and then entree. We insisted on having the entree first. After that we waited for the main course forever and when it did arrive the meat was cold. No proper crokery provided considering the meal we ordered. This place is supposed to be a fine dining and 5 star, our experience was below average - appalling. All staff seemed to lack a level of service that you would expect from a place a supposed fine dininig experience. We have been there a number of times previously, was average then but I am definitely not going back.

It's perfect for scrambled eggs. The food for breakfast is excellent. Mixed messages from staff about cold water "You shouldn't take the jug to your table" and "Here, let me take it to your table." I had to point out that the fruit salad bowl had not been refilled for a while. Chair seat base support is a bit lacking. Could be a design issue with age of furniture. Also very pleased with the broccolini. Caesar Salad could have had smaller pieces of lettuce and definitely needs anchovies which are noticeably absent. Lovely, flavoursome and generous olive platter.

As a Coeliac I called ahead to ask if I could be catered for, I was advised that there were a lot of gluten free options for me. I was given a plate with half of a stale gluten free sandwich, two tiny quiches, a macaroon, an inedible I think it was meant to be a scone but it was brown and like a rock and a chocolate maybe cupcake, the effort it took to cut and the appearance deterred me from tasting it. There are a lot beautiful gluten free options available and for $55 it was a huge disappointment.

Came here after spending one night at the hotel. I ordered the crab spaghetti and chocolate caramel mousse. Spaghetti was a total abomination, did not expect a very small amount of mushed up crab to be mixed in with spaghetti with no sauce or flavour whatsoever. The very few tomato and chilli pieces did nothing to help. The mousse was ok, but not worth half its price. My mother also ordered a cheesecake which was burnt on the bottom and the edges, with baking paper stuck to it. My aunt’s carrot cake was much thinner than normal, and overcooked and dry. Fries were ok though. 3 star restaurant serving at 5 star prices, huge disappointment.

We had a really lovely experience here, the place is beautiful and very relaxing We had a three course meal and every course was very generous in size and well made The braised lamb and marrow with sour dough was delicious as well as the apple tart The service was a tiny bit slow, but the manager Jacky was so lovely, she had exceptional service, constantly checking on each table to make sure they were happy and taken care of and really made the whole experience enjoyable, thank you Jacky!

The best thing I can bring myself to say about the food is that it was edible. The service on the other hand was worse than bad. Drink orders were forgotten, empty glasses were left to clutter the table and the food came out sporadically. The service was such that even though our table was well behaved and certainly not underspending, we were left with the feeling that our presence was resented, that we were imposing on their valuable time. I would never go back and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

We had a lovely Mother's Day High Tea. The food was delicious. Unfortunately our waiter forgot to bring a tea strainer and teaspoons for our tea. One of the cups was dirty. When this was pointed out he changed it immediately and was very apologetic.

The best dining experience in Western Sydney. The seasonal menu is always so enticing that whenever my partner and I go we end up ordering half the menu just because we need to try it all. Honestly, one of the best meals we've had at a restaurant, and it's consistently at that high level. You can tell the team in the kitchen is passionate about their creations, and its loud and clear from every dish they send through those doors.

There were 7 of us for Dinner. In the past we had enjoyed dining here but in April it was very different. We had to open and pour our 1st bottle of wine ourselves. Had to ask 3 times before water was brought to the table. The deconstructed Garlic Bread just did not work. Wait staff were friendly but understaffed. For the price paid the food was disappointing.

Was very disappointed with the buffet breakfast. Sounded good but was below standard. Food was not only limited but was far from enticing. Too many pastries & unhealthy sugar & fat laden products/ cereals.Tea bags are a thing of the past and should be tea leaves in pots. Toasters are slow & old. Definitely needs a new, exciting & healthier breakfast display to match the ambience. Won't be returning.

I visited here for breakfast as the menu looked good. They had my booking wrong and had not set the table up properly. We then waited around 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Once ordered, the food took a further 30 minutes to arrive. The staff were not attentive and did not check up as to whether everything was ok. I will not return here again.

The food is always "very good" here, but not excellent. Service can be a bit and miss, but the staff are friendly. Lovely surroundings for a relaxed dinner. Menu was not what had been published online which was a bit disappointing, especially as it had seemingly been updated on 6 weeks prior. The cocktails were great, but on the expensive side at $26 each!

Nice restaurant...good service but my steak was not cooked right twice...for $45 I complained cause it was really crusty and well done and I asked for medium...when they gave me another it was ok but the steak was definitely a cheap cut of meat. Unfortunately we wont be back...this was my favourite restaurant...oh well move on

I visited here based on its high reviews on a different website. The food was average and did not live up to the expectation. I ordered the scotch fillet and it was quite underwhelming. The chorizo and broad bean risotto however was extremely delicious (not in the photo). The atmosphere is also really nice.

We had an amazing evening at the Hills Lodge Nobles Restaurant on Saturday. Delicious food at very affordable prices and we were greeted and looked after with impeccable service by Jacky, the maitre d'. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking a great meal with a beautiful ambience. More

One European man carried the whole team, owned by immigrants with poor English, mostly immigrant staff with low English ability, "French restaurant" seemed like cultural appropriation with a large price tag placed on top.

We have eaten here a few times and can never fault the food or the service. This time I had the rib eye. It was cooked to perfection, exactly as I'd asked. Our kids also thoroughly enjoyed their meals

Elegant decor, open fire, easy parking, reasonable prices plus the food was excellent. The service was really good and the people we dined with were very happy with this lovely restaurant.

Staff great and professional. Food great but not outstanding . Ambience lux . Chairs uncomfortable cutting of the circulation to our legs after a couple of hours We Will go again .
