I recently had my car washed at this establishment, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The actual wash was fantastic. My car came out looking brand new! They paid attention to every detail, from the exterior to the interior. I was particularly impressed with how well they cleaned the tires and rims, which had seen better days. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming one of the staffs who helped me throughout the whole process was ely. he helped me understand how to get in,park,pay everything! such a kind soul

New car wash but lacks goodies such as a free towel and air freshener for your vehicle with a monthly subscription like the one on Jefferson and Western! Other then that this is an OK car wash. Would be better if they add vending machines that sell towels, air fresheners, wipes, armor all, etc. : Update, They have added a free disposable towel each visit with subscription and first day of you're subscription you get a free microfiber towel n wipe for you're dashboard. They have stepped up they're game. NOW THIS CAR WASH IS THE BEST IN TOWN, NO .

This place is new from what it seems like but honestly I’ll be coming back again. Just seems convenient. There’s plenty of car spots and have everything you need for one of these self washing car places. The machine itself did a pretty good job washing my car. There’s two types of vacuums which is a plus for me. I feel like I can take my time here and do what I gotta due due to how big this place is.

Yes I'm very VERY BUT VERY OFFENDED by this job!!! I'm currently in a WHEELCHAIR and I applied BEFORE they opened up and I stated that I was in a wheelchair and I'm looking for ANYTHING I could do for hire, and they NEVER called me back!!! So I filled out ANOTHER application out, filled it out and everything, and I still didn't get no reply. Can you believe that!?

Was very excited about a new up to date Car Wash . Went here a couple of times & Loved it 3rd time going was the worst. The so called attendant guided me completely wrong when entering the wash and damaged under my car . He was very unprofessional & had horrible customer service. My experience was totally different from before. I will not be going there ever again .

I washed my car for the first time at this car wash. I got the platinum package which includes ceramic punch, wax and shine and bug spray. Vacuuming is free. I was very happy with my wash. I then bought the unlimited wash premium package for $29.99. It is a great deal to be able to wash my car anytime I want for 29.99 a month. Very friendly staff/great service.

I come here with my mom to wash her car. The subscription is worth it in my opinion if you need your car washed and vacuumed frequently. I like that they give complimentary hand towels to wipe your car down after. Staff here is friendly. When I pass by after hours I can see employees cleaning the car wash area. Sometimes this place can get very busy.

Water spots on my car. I paid for the monthly service and every time my car looks worst. I need to cancel this service. The carwash in Inglewood on LA brea is better. My car looks like I got it washed. This one makes it look like my car was rained on and there are yellow specs. Not sure why that keeps happening, maybe from the machine?

I was so excited to try this new car wash around my house especially since they have a monthly plan. But I went in got the most expensive wash and when I came out my whole entire left side of the car was still dirty. So disappointed they also have no vending machines or towels so I couldn’t dry my car

I am very satisfied with this place. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean, and their monthly premium wash subscription is good value which I signed up for. This is my new go-to carwash spot when I am in the area, it is much better than the other ones I have been to.

my car came out super nice and clean! i honestly didn't expect so much but the customer service was very friendly. it was about to close but a worker assistant named ely guided me through the steps. once again thank you ely and this carwash for making my car clean!

Very nice and new car wash! Definitely would recommend this it to others. Quick and clean area to clean your car. The vacuum area even included a little dryer for those spots that did not get to fully dry. The lore are also people there to help at the entrance.

Wash was thorough, no line or wait. Plenty of vacuum bays (free with wash). Loved that they had compressed air hoses to blast crumbs out of the nooks and crannies before becoming. Dash wipes were included with the wash which was a nice touch.

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They thoroughly explain each wash package they offer. Their machines do a good job of washing your car, they also offer complimentary vacuum with a wash package purchase. Would come here again!!

I was satisfied with the service at Normandie express car wash. customers service was excellent. My car was clean and the wash was cheap for the service I got. I will definitely recommend to friends and families.

They had the place decorated so cute for Halloween. I'd give it a 5 but there were technical difficulties for multiple drivers at both payment kiosks. Once they get that resolved, they will be unstoppable!

The whole thing is nice, the customer service it’s pretty nice, the car wash it’s pretry long and they actually do a deep cleaning on your car its just amazing. I recommend 10/10
