This is a clean, airy and safe place to do laundry. The staff assisted me with all my needs. The location is great, I didn't bring any cash but it's close to ATM machines , the people were nice and kindly showed me where the ATM machines are, the laundry shop has also change machine. The shop is just a few minutes walk to some cafe and pastry shops where you can relax and wait for your laundry to be done. I love the view from the window of this laundry shop where the train just passes by. The costumer service is excellent, she always say good morning to everyone and makes you feel welcome. I recommend this laundry place.

Saturday/Sunday Laundry (Occasional Fridays) Don't get me wrong I love this place and the service they provide! It's clean, kept up, and the employees are generally friendly. I don't like feeling stressed/anxious when I'm running errands. Especially so when I stop using the drop and go service to do it myself because I was being told consistently that it couldn't be done (10am - 1pm dropoff, fold it myself). Started doing it myself then was told I left my laundry in too long (by ten minutes after checking). I'm not saying this isn't a good service, I just don't like the interactions I've been having recently.

Such a clean, and pleasant place to do laundry. Shaun who works there is amazing! Helpful, polite, courteous and the whole time we were there he never stopped cleaning! He helped everyone as needed and we were so impressed with his customer service. We didn’t have cash so he told us where the nearest ATM is, and there is a change machine for coins at the laundromat. Very reasonable prices and as strange as it might sound, we had a wonderful experience. We traveled by bus to get there and it was worth it. The costumer service is exceptional, I highly recommend this laundromat.

Their machines shrunk my t-shirts on low heat settings. I have gone to Stanley's for a couple years and never had any problems, always washed and dried on low heat. I saw this place had great reviews so decided to try it. I washed and dried on low heat. When I removed my clothes from the dryer I instantly noticed they felt downright hot. Otherwise the place is clean, and the employee was a nice, friendly guy. But their dryer cooked my shirts and I have to replace most of them, so I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Paid $35+ to do the laundry with the Drop & Go service. When I came back to take the clothes, I see they had put the CLEANED CLOTHES on the same DIRTY BAG where I had kept the dirty ones before, without using anything to cover the cleaned ones(plastic bag, or any type of covering). It was so irritating and felt like I just wasted my time and money because I needed to wash many of those clothes again. Mistakes happen but nothing was offered to fix it. Not even a second wash of the clothes that went dirty again.

My family and I were visiting out of state and needed to do a quick load of laundry and I found this cute and clean little spot. The lady that runs this place is super friendly and helpful and it was her birthday! I watched her give goodies away to trolley operators, and customers (myself included) because it was her birthday. Definitely recommend this place and will come here again next time we are in San Francisco !

This is by far the nicest and cleanest laundry I've seen in the city. They offer laundry-service as well as coin-laundry machine self-usage. I used the coin-operated laundry machines. Very friendly staff, who explains everything first time you visit. All machines were working and there was no wait. Highly recommend

the free vegan detergent was quite nice. it did its job and even the cold wash removed all of my stains. the machines were high quality, easy to use and most importantly clean! and even if you have questions there’s kind staff to help you.

Bright, clean and great service! John was very friendly and helpful. 1st laundromat that I’ve been to that provides free laundry pods! Reasonably priced, with a convenient coin machine. I wish all laundromats were this great!

The staff was so nice! Easy process and options for drop off! They had detergent for you too! Will def come back!
