My recent visit to North East Medical Center was a bit of a mixed bag. While I appreciate the commendable service provided by Dr. Al Hadad and Athif, the excessive wait times after a booked appointment were quite frustrating. Dr. Al Hadad and Athif exhibited a high level of professionalism, empathy, and expertise. Their dedication to patient care was evident, and they took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. Their service significantly contributed to a positive aspect of my overall experience at the center. However, the extended wait times after a scheduled appointment were a notable drawback. Despite arriving on time, I found myself waiting much longer than anticipated, which can be inconvenient, especially for those with busy schedules. I encourage the North East Medical Center to address and improve their appointment scheduling and wait time management processes. Efficient service should extend to all aspects of the patient experience to ensure a more seamless and positive visit. In conclusion, the exemplary service provided by Dr. Mohammed Al Hadad and Athif deserves recognition, but improvements in wait time management would greatly enhance the overall patient experience at North East Medical Center.

This clinic has 0 respect for your time and wellbeing. Due to the doctor shortage, my partner is currently stuck with this clinic as her GP. Often she has to call in several times to speak with someone to book an appointment. Whether or not the receptionist answers your call comes down to luck it seems. Every time she shows up for an appointment, she is made to wait over 30 mins past her appointment time just to have the doctor spend 5 minutes with her. She has been unable to do much more than fill prescriptions, there is never any time to discuss adjustments to medication. She consistently comes home from the clinic in tears, either defeated or angry, from the 'treatment' she has received. She feels steamrolled by doctors and like she is not given even the tiniest space to advocate for herself in the appointments. Every time I am appalled at the lack of care. Based on other reviews, we are not the only ones with this experience. No one is holding them accountable to their actions.

Speaking as a ,Nurse, myself,....Exceptionally Clean environment, with "mostly" welcoming/friendly staff. In particular RECEPTIONIST.... "DAYNA" ((uncertain of "spelling") She goes above and beyond with kindness, accuracy, assistance of needs, and personality!!!! Dr. Al-Haddad is exceptionslly caring, knowledgeable, does not make one feel rushed.....and even though he could not, at the present moment.....take me as a patient ( permanently).....He reassured me he would not just abandon me, due to serious symptoms and the need for prompt action. That he would be there for me.....up and until, he either had the room to accept me, as his new patient, OR, an appropriate Physician ( that I could connect with, and to, was found.).This is a Physician who truly cares, and will go "above and beyond" the call of duty, when possible. Having worked,35 years, in HealthCare......I am giving a very honest ,and accurate, review.

Visited July 19th, for 10:30am, for just a blood work form request, was not helped. Don't know if it's the receptionist or the physician himself (Hatim?) Have no idea why this place has good rating. I've been stressed with finding a good family physician for my parents, so I found the highest rating in my area. I made my appointment days before to the earliest time (10:30am) and the receptionist that day told me I am the first one to be called in. My parents and I waited in the doctor room until 11:00am when we were supposed to see the doctor at 10:30am. So my parents and I went to the receptionist that we will just cancel and leave, and the receptionist said "I will call him now for you". (??) Guess the doctor was an hour late to work? Don't understand what the point is of an "appointment" if it's slower than a walk-in, especially as a first customer of the day. NEVER coming back here.

So many issues. Not professional. Don’t listen to patients or take needs seriously. Front desk staff is not trained. Called other patients using my name and my appointment in. Even with an appointment you will have to wait at least an hour. I spent two weekend waiting to see a family doctor as a walk in. She didn’t listen to my concerns and would not cooperate with my work disability team. Or recall our conversation and concerns. I wasted 8 weeks of my time and money with this clinic. They show favouritism and don’t keep patient information confidential within the clinic. Even though when requested by patient multiple times to provide information to them for work disability. The office management are rude and unhelpful they say not to contact via email for documents but provide email on business card from doctor. Poorly run clinic

I am writing the review just as I walk out of the clinic they really need to find a better front desk resiptionist very very disappointing that such a place has such reception she is all over the place she is rude and unprofessional and unfriendly she takes me a side after asking so many irrelevant question she told me I can't go in and in 5 mins another pt comes in and she says he can go in she asked for the reason of my visit I told her I came for a regular check up and she was asking over and over again what's the reason for the visit as if my answer will change from normal check ups to sth else they really need to work on their front desk I didn't feel comfortable at all and she made me feel so unwelcomed in the clinic

This is by far one of the worst clinics I've been to. The receptionist is so unprofessional. She's very loud and likes to brag about walking around outside drinking wine. We came in one time to have my partner and infant looked at, she was bouncing between patients (I'm assuming due to short staffing issues) she handled a urine sample and before washing her hands or even sanitizing , came into our room and started touching everything. It was disgusting. We've had nothing but problems. However, a couple of the doctors were great, and the pharmacy located at this location is amazing, very helpful, Friendly, and go above and beyond.

Hm if I could give this place a 0 star review, I would. I came in for a walk-in and the receptionist asked for my health care card. I didn’t have it but I knew the number. She did not accept that, which is fine by me. I come back with the card and am placed on the waitlist (12pm). 2 hours go by and I decide to check where I am in the wait list, the other receptionist tells me there are two people ahead of me. Another 1.5 hours go by and I decide to check again, still 2 people ahead of me. So a grand total of 3.5 hours on the waitlist to not get seen! Wonderful experience.

ONE OF THE GREATEST CLINICS I'VE GONE TO SO FAR!! The services I received at this clinic were excellent and I am impressed! The ladies at the front go ABOVE and BEYOND to book you when you need. Kudos to the wonderful receptionists for their hard work! Most of the doctors are exceptional in their jobs, they truly care about you, not like other bozos. Even after your visit they will call you to check up on you or offer advice (especially during this pandemic). The doctors are very educated, kind, professional and are very willing to help!

Dr. Samah Kassem is amazing. She is very knowledgeable, kind, personable, patient, and helpful. She is very thorough and goes above and beyond in making sure all my concerns are addressed, so I am understanding if appointments run late. The reception staff I have encountered have all been pleasant and friendly. They had phoned me one time I missed my appointment and they were able to get me in that same day. I am so glad I found this clinic and I have been recommending to friends and family and they, too, have had good experiences here.

Took me a long time to find a good doctor for my parents that was thorough and cared. Dr. Alhaddad and the staff at this clinic are so pleasent and friendly. He takes his time with patients, runs tests and assessments before prescribing medication and has lots of great resources. There s a female doctor that comes in weekly if you prefer for women's physicals. The pharmacy located right inside the clinic is also fantastic, convenient and very helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a GP

This clinic is apparently not listed correctly on google. I went is to get a walk-in appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude did not even let me finish my sentence. Simply stated to me " this is a Rumitory Clinic only" You will have to go to a different clinic.... she would not even listen that they are listed inappropriately on Google. Just proceeded to ignore anything I had to say after that... Do not recommend anything from these vermin if this is how they treat John Q Public..

Walked in and there were 2 people before me in the waiting room. I was literally there for a simple prescription and waited for an hour and a half watching people who just arrived pass me over and over again. The receptionist did not once acknowledge that there were several appointments ahead of me. If a walk in patient arrives with 2 people in the waiting room for a simple prescription fill... ADVISE THEM OF LONG WAIT TIMES!!! Its ridiculous to wait that long! So unimpressed :(

Dr al-haddad is by far the best doctor i have ever been to. He actually cares about his patients. He does follow-up telephone calls personally. He really investigates lab results. I dropped my last doctor because he wouldn't allow me to talk about more than one issue per visit and seemed to rush me out with a prescription. While Dr al-haddad takes his time with me and let's me talk about everything bothering me. I recommend him highly

Their reception is really a bad one, my mom came there when she was pregnant, she had an appointment at 11am and the reception told us to wait, my mom was pregnant and her stomach was hurting so bad, she couldn’t stand or do anything, she just needed a doctor to check her, we waited and they helped us at 3 pm and then the doctor helped us at 4 : 30pm almost 5 pm. They have good doctors but they have a really mean and bad reception

Shockingly unethical. They booked me in for appointments that I didn’t agree to, without informing me, then marked me as a no show. The doctor never listens to you, is extremely rude, constantly interrupts you and makes her own assumptions. No matter what you’re there for, expect to be sent to laboratory/diagnostic center. No one respects your time and you will wait close to an hour to see a doctor even with an appointment.

Had to come on here to see if I was the only one being treated this way by the receptionists at the front and it looks like I’m not. The doctors here are great but the new receptionists are horrible. They rarely answer the phone and are rude when they do. They ruined this doctors office for me. How many people is it gonna take to complain to finally get rid of them and hire people that will actually do their job…

The doctors are amazing but no one answers the phone! I've been calling for two days, left a message in the late morning/ early afternoon and got no call back. Does anyone work at the front desk anymore? Finally got through the following day. Was told they would contact the doctor for a call back or fax. Called the following day. The doctor never recieved the message, day four of trying to just get a doctor note.

Amazing, I've been to so many clinics before and so far this ones the best! Organized, clean ,tidy and the doctor there takes his time to explain things with you. Very rarely do you ever find a doctor who draws you a diagram or explains it thoroughly to you but here this is what I found. I've been referring my friends and family and everyone I've known has said nothing but pleasurable things about this clinic!

I have been to many clinics, and I can say that this clinic is just amazing. From the lead receptionist named Daina to the Doctors that work there, they all do a superb job. The lead receptionist goes above and beyond to help you with your needs, and she does it with grace; you can honestly tell she loves what she does. The doctors are so knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend this place.

Before I say Anything I would like to state that the doctors here are great. However there are workers here without any masks on. Two of them in the front not wearing masks. There are clients here without masks and nothing is being enforced or asked. The clients are coughing WITHOUT MASKS ON. No one cares. Very careless reception and the pharmacists are also careless.

I have just started seeing Dr Samah and so far I think she is a great Doctor. She listened to all my concerns and being I have so many they cannot all be addressed at once but I left my appointment satisfied. Also the front desk staff were very pleasant to me and I just booked another appointment with no issue getting through and again, very pleasant staff.

I've here for this clinic for long long time,everything is excellent but when new receptionist take in I'm not longer happy unlike when Dina is the receptionist before it's excellent she well listen and explain patients but the new receptionist they don't know how to explain and they're very rude when they pick.up the phone.its like. Their still sleepy.

This is the WORST drs office. The Drs are constantly behind schedule so even if you have an appointment you still end up waiting 20-40 mins over. I called to see if they are accepting walk ins she informed me they were I drive all the way there for her to tell me they are not accepting walk ins... took me 15 mins to drive there !

Dr. Samah Kassem is great, she’s kind, helpful and always make sure our concerns are answered. We’re lucky to have her as our family doctor. But the problem are the receptionists, they don’t answers phone calls, they will just put you on hold without saying it. And you will wait for so long until they get back to you.

The drs are wonderful. My only problem has been with the front staff. I had a car accident and even told them over the phone and had to come in for walk in. Waiting for 5 hours and they didn’t even give me the form that later on the DR gave me. I could of filled out that form while sitting there for 5 hours..

Dr. Hadad is by far the BEST Doctor I have ever been to. He listens, is attentive and will ensure to check back in on you to make sure you’re okay. Will not dismiss your feelings and will book you any test you need to ease your mind. As long as you book an appointment, you will get in at a good time.

Dr Alhaddad Mohammed my Family doctor is the best. He is a good listener and caring person , always with answers and possible solutions to issues. The staffs here are committed and dedicated to their job. Very pleasant and lovable people. My experience at this clinic is the best so far.

The receptionist NEVER answers their phone. Most unprofessional MOA I have ever had. My family doctor kassem is amazing. The MOA are lazy, books appointments wrong and constantly talks about their personal life. Meanwhile ignoring phone calls and patients.

I had an issue and the clinic manager called me directly to discuss it. We sorted it out and I feel very validated and heard. Also my doctor is very caring and I feel like she really listens to me and takes me seriously.

Great service, receptionists are friendly and not rude. Our doctor is Dr. Samah Kassem and she is great! Always gives the right treatment, and knows exactly what you're suffering from. Will definitely recommend her.

Dr. Haddad and his entire team is great. What I like the most is they have great customer service interaction. Dr. Haddad does proper examinations before any medications.

Our family dr is dr.samah al Qasim. She is the best family dr we have had in years. Listens to us and follows up regularly to make sure we are doing well.
