Loved this place! Got my hair dyed here, and I went from a brown to a bright white! The first session was two rounds of bleaching then Ina. Few days I got one more round done with a nice toner and it came out absolutely perfect! Everyone was so nice here, I got an appointment SAME DAY which I was very impressed by and was given tea as I waited with the products in my hair. Everything was clean, and the music they play was extremely relaxing. Would definitely recommend! Plus if you feel like there is something wrong they will fix it for you as they want you to be completely satisfied! Love this shop! (Photos are before, then with toner, then the final white that I love!)

I had a wonderful experience at this hair salon yesterday. Nova was so kind and friendly and she is definitely an expert with hair. My short, gray hair was looking really frumpy and unkempt, and Nova knew exactly what to do with it. I left with a super cute, sassy pixie cut that made me feel a decade younger. During the process, we had so much fun laughing and talking. Nova checked in periodically throughout the haircut to make sure she was giving me what I wanted and also to offer her expert suggestions. I went to Nova's earlier in the week to get my hair done and I honestly can't put it into words how professional and great of a hairstylist she is. I couldn't recommend going to Nova's enough for getting your hair done and for advise regarding styles that would suit you best. She really takes the time and care needed to make it suit you and make sure you are 100% happy and comfortable. The salon itself is super cute and relaxing. Both Nova and her husband were so kind and professional. I can't wait to go back again. You really won't regret going to Nova's her skills and professionalism is spot on.

Nova had gisteren mijn haar geknipt. Ik had van te voren foto’s van Pinterest laten zien van hoe ik het wilde hebben (in lange lagen op een bepaalde manier) en ze had het echt perfect geknipt, ik had niet verwacht dat het zo mooi zou worden. Ook is Nova heel lief en gezellig om mee te praten. En ik kreeg ook nog is een hele lekkere cappuccino. Ik vond het wel een beetje prijzig, maar je krijgt wel echt waarde voor je geld verder was er een hele relaxte sfeer in de haarsalon. Ze draaide leuke muziek en het was er super leuk en gezellig ingericht. Zeker een aanrader dus!

About a month ago, I booked an appointment here after I messed up cutting my hair on my own at home and Nova immediately knew how to fix my hair and make it look amazing again. I showed her a few inspiration pictures and explained what I wanted and she did the job! She was also the sweetest lady and she let me do a walk-in as I had accidentally booked the appointment for a day later than I thought. A month later, now my hair still looks beautiful and has grown in so well. If you’re thinking of getting a haircut and want a hairdresser who actually knows hair, I recommend Nova’s :)

I'm so glad I went to Nova after researching about hairsalons in Utrecht. Nova did a fantastic job on my hair when many other hairdressers often fail to work on. I showed her some photo references and explained a bit more about the look I was going for and she got it done on my hair PERFECTLY! I have never been this happy about how my haircut turned out. She is also very friendly and quick to understand what you want and how to achieve it based on your hair and face type. Would definitely recommend!

Nova's personality and enthusiasm makes the experience so pleasant. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I am someone who is often nervous to ask for little adjustments during my cut, however I didn't feel this at all with Nova and was super comfortable telling her my needs. I have very fine and flat hair, but she made it look full and cut it so it looks styled even when airdried. Definitely recommend.

Een mooie kapperszaak in hartje Utrecht. Nova geeft eerlijk en goed advies en gaat voor kwaliteit. Ze heeft mijn haar mooi geknipt. Het treatment die ze in mijn haar heeft gedaan ter verzorging levert zichtbaar resultaat. Op een later moment ben ik teruggekomen om highlights te zetten. Hier hielp Nova's dochter Ensa bij. Ik moest zo'n 4 uur zitten, maar Nova en Ensa zorgen goed voor je en het was harstikke gezellig!

Honestly, such a nice and relaxing experience! Nova is really gentle and caring when it came to my hair (I have really dry and coarse hair)! I had really long hair and I was going in to get a big chop done so I was really nervous. But while she was cutting my hair she always made sure that I was comfortable and she was cutting my hair the way I wanted. Great experience and will definitely go there again!!

Nova is very professional, she really puts the time into discussing in advance what you want and cuts extremely well! She is very clear on the price, and the time spent with each customer as well as the quality of the haircut makes it fair. I was in search of the right hairdresser in Utrecht but I will no longer have to.
