I was there about a hour before closing time. Well google says they close at 11pm the door says 9pm and the host said 10pm so that was pretty confusing to start with. Our waitress was excellent by the bar. The food on the other hand was horrible the worst I've had from there yet. The whole meal was puny the portion size was not even half of what they normally give. Me and my sister had chicken tenders I believe they were 1. Either some they already had cooked because they were so hard we could barely eat them or 2. They were too lazy to make two orders so they made on and split it between us. I had gotten a loaded baked potato it was burnt but the salad was pretty good. She got asparagus that was the smallest asparagus that we have EVER seen and burnt to a crisp. We also had appetizers they were pretty good. So we approached our waitress and told her we understand it wasn't her fault on any of it but all of it on the cooks. We didn't ask for the manager nor a refund just a apology.. our waitress took it upon herself to speak with the manager so he took off both of our meals and we got our appetizers half off. So we were thankful that she did that for us and left our waitress a $15 tip.

Have eaten at this location multiple times with no issue but today (August 9, 2022) my partner and I went in for a late lunch maybe around 1:30 and were seated in the bar area. It took several, several minutes to even be acknowledged and drink order taken by the female bartender. There were maybe 3 bar guests and maybe 3 or 4 tables. Waited several more minutes and never received any drinks. She completely disappeared. Wasn’t even behind the bar. We got up and left. I have never had to do that before. I am absolutely not the type to complain and always very patient at restaurants because I served and bartended for 8 years. I would have gotten possibly fired for service like that, but most definitely written up. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my entire life.

I reinstalled the app to place my order. We were excited to see the pimento cheese and chips along with the meatloaf on the menu. It was short lived. The pimento cheese was like melty nacho cheese with pimento’s stirred in. The meatloaf looked like a thick hamburger steak with a mixture of ketchup and cocktail sauce to pour on the top. It should be baked on the top to be true meatloaf. The menu development teams grandmother’s would be ashamed at these being called “Southern” foods. Oddly the Door Dasher was the best part of this experience. Now to delete the app once again…

My husband and I came in today at around 5 as we do sometimes and the food was perfectly fine, but our server was unprofessional. She was the only one walking around with no apron on and I’m not sure why the dress code is only partially enforced. We were also never asked if we wanted appetizers or desert. I don’t remember her name, I’m not sure if she ever told me, but she was blonde with an arm tattoo or two. We love this store but the service today wasn’t up to par.

Stopped in to have some lunch before heading home with some friends. I have personally worked in the food industry and watching Cherie run circles around everyone and be there to refill your drinks and get you ANYTHING you neeed at any moment was phenomenal. We haven’t had this good of service in a very long time!!!!! Thank you so much Cherie!!! You deserve a raise!

Ordered the sampler and salmon with rice pilaf. Sampler had under cooked wedges, tiny very well done chicken fingers but the potato skins were edible. The salmon dry and rice pilaf half undercooked. Thanks for helping me throw away 41 bucks on a to go

Horrible service. No acknowledgement of my boyfriends presence when he went to pick up the food. Several employees looked at him and went back to what they were doing. Then I open my food and this was what I got. I ordered the chicken tender and fries meal. Needless to say we won’t be going back to ocharley’s. We have given them several chances and we are just done.

Great service Tiffany with the black hair and piercings handled us with care and professionalism! I'll definitely be back the food was flavorful and quickly prepared. I ordered the balsamic chicken with loaded smashed potatoes and broccoli. My only complaint was that my sister's steak was cooked well done and she asked for medium well but she still ate it.

Hostess was underwhelming and disorganized. We choose to sit at the bar. The bartender was amazing. She kept up with a lot of tables and the bar. The food was great, and the atmosphere was fun. We enjoyed our visit.

Awesome meal! Courtney was fantastic kept our glasses full and was very friendly. The manager thought it took to long for us to get our appetizer so the manager paid for them. We weren't at all upset, didn't think it took that long. At any rate we had a great meal and would definitly recommend going to O'Charleys outside of Nashville.

Very bad wasted me & my wife time the cook didn’t know how to cook a medium rare steak. We just went on and left. I was supposed to get 3 tenders but got two and half tenders. We will not be going back to O’Charley’s in Bellevue

Ocharleys used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the food sucks now. Used to have best rolls, now they’re the worst. Half the size, hard as a brick, tastes horrible. The soup used to be incredible, now it’s always runny, and hardly has flavor. I could keep going but all I can say is I’m disappointed. More

The food is always good. My brother and I came in around 8pm on a Friday night and there was no crowd.

Very good service and good food, though my blackened Cajun chicken wasn't blackened, and it looked like little slices of turkey. Tasty, but not what is expected of that description. Sat at a tall top in the bar area, she took excellent care of us.

I stayed in the Avery Hotel right across O'charley"s Bellevue. Went twice helped by Chris and Sam. The food was great and the service was EXCELLENT. I will definitely remember this place for the people the most. Felt very welcomed thank you
