Terrible customer service. Appalled at the way I was treated, once I bought the bottle of champagne I went to the store for the store man asked if I’d like a cold one. I of course said yes, it’s just the thing though he was so inattentive that one was he was handing me the bottle I was barley putting my hand around it. He didn’t wait for me to grab the bottle and so it fell and broke. We had augment and he did not refund me and refused to give me a new bottle of 60$ champagne. I felt I was treated umfayat this location and probably won’t be shopping here again. Very disappointing

Liquor is overpriced for tourists. For example, Buffalo Trace bourbon (750 ML) is $45 instead of $35 or less, like everywhere else. Instead, you should go to the Walgreens on Powell St and O'Farrell, they have a good selection of beer, wine, hard alc.

These guys are Great!:) Every time I walk in now, they say Hello Friend, they recognize me immediately, and Always know what I want. It's kinda funny, they'll usually even have it waiting for me lol Thanks guys

Overall is good having most things that you might need st the middle of the night. But most prices ate 2 or 3 times more than a regular grocery or liqueur stores, which is ridiculous.
