Hi I bought a fridge and later on when I check my documents I noticed that there was an extra money added on for extended warranty and when I ask I was told that its compulsory. Meaning I have no choice. This makes no sense to me because I should not be forced to take an extended warranty as a consumer Why force customers to take an extended warranty that cost R2299.00

Website has incorrect store closing times.Arrived at 2:50 on a Saturday they informed they already closed but they close at 3. OK I understood,they told me to come tomorrow Sunday cz they close at 3 also.but when I arrive half pas 2 they are closed cz "the store was empty so they decided to cash up".how unproffesional

There was this horrible Indian woman who refused to let my mother use the bathroom even though she was clearly distressed. Fortunately a black lady called Mbali was empathetic towards her. Needless to say, we didn't buy from that heartless Indian and her fake smile. I hope Mbali enjoys her commission.

The store has wrong information on the website, I'm here by the door at the durban west street branch the store is closed but online it shows they closing at 6.. which is more inconvenient for customers hence I had to pay for my account today

Think the service is just slow. Approached a gentle at a desk to assist with a gas stove and specs. He had no customers with him, but shouted over the floor for another salesman to come and help me.
