"What great customer service! "
Awful customer service. At about 4.30pm I pulled in to top up my tyres and buy something in the shop. The air pump took ALL the air out of my two front tyres leaving me stranded and leaving my two front tyres sitting on the rims potentially damaging the tyres of my heavy van. I asked the young woman inside for help, she didn’t know what to do. I asked her to call her manager, someone called Navdi I think. Another customer tried to help, he told me the air pump seemed to be malfunctioning and needed to be reset as it was electronic, ‘turn it off turn it back on again’. The young woman then told me her manager said she would reset the machine tomorrow when she was back on shift. TOMORROW!! I called her myself and she repeated this, I couldn’t believe it. She made no attempt to find someone in OTR to help me. Furious. Thank goodness for the RAA who eventually turned up to help. OTR Prospect are obviously happy to leave their customers stranded. How about it OTR Prospect? Where’s my apology? Minimum.
Not a fantastic experience at Subway which is part of the OTR servo. It wasn’t the usual Subway process where you are served in single line and in turn. It was more just like a regular fish and chip shop counter. Maybe they were new staff. One young girl took my order for the sub types, then only made one. Then, I think, the other girl was warming my teriyaki roll. However in the meantime they had taken the order for the guy next in line but were ahead with his order, so he’s just walked right in front of me to pick out his fillings from the bain-marie. Then the next guy in line did the exact same thing, as in going ahead of me. At least he excused himself to do so. When I got the the register to pay, the two girls between them were obvs confused and only charged me for one 12inch, so I had to point out that the rolled up one right next to their register was indeed my 2nd one. The sub tasted good but the process needs more attention if all stores’ procedures operate in the same way.
This OTR never has enough staff on, always one person working on their own trying to serve the masses of people, make coffee and run the whole store. It’s literally impossible. Saturday lunchtime, about 50 people in the store and one guy working and clearly struggling with it all. And they didn’t have a singular alt milk? This is a common reoccurrence and it always seems like there is one person at peak times. Desperately need to put more staff on!! For the staff sake and customers.
Tried to get a Moos shake and dog as advertised but only dog there was cashier. Asked for one and he said "no" that's it. No reason. Same guy also just points to POS machine and doesnt tell me how much it cost. Guy was generally rude and not wearing a mask. On a different note a different guy who works there sometimes has a great smile and is super nice.
What great customer service! . I visited on Thursday 07/12 The lady with the short red hair has such good customer service skills. She is happy and good natured and always makes you feel welcome. Thank you for such great service
Absolute rip off for fuel price $1.96cpl United Kilburn $0.50cpl per litre cheaper $1.46cpl.. 1km down the road. Seems like all the money is going towards their next real estate development.
Thieves, was charged 10$ for two drumstick icecreams, that sell for 1.50$ each at supermarket and much less at other shops.. buy my petrol elsewhere in future. Crooks
I went to buy breads today and it was very surprising to my notice many breads kept over there were of expired date..expiry date was 22nd march..and today is 24 th.
Have been going there for many years on regular basis, for petrol and many other things. No complaints on my part.
You really need to hire a cleaner for your toilets...if you can't be bothered doing it yourself! Disgusting.
Why offer Wendy's 24 hours a day to find myself not been able to get hotdogs several times around 9pm
Great priced fuel ⛽️ compared to surrounding service stations. Friendly service too
Barely got my matcha order right. This otr just get it right perfectly …
I love that in Adelaide they accept the BP card though not the BP rewards card.
You guys should pay your staff more. They work hard and are often understaffed.
Very slow service. Staff take their time while a big line building up.
I'm glad they have brought back the Memphis chicken bites back.
The usual otr experience. Basic range and disgruntled employees
