Ive been visiting otr Salisbury downs for 5 years mist days for my disabled mum. They shut down for redevelopment and my experience with the day and night managers and staff were very rude and service quality by new managersand staff had completely changed. I my son and his 19 yearbold girlfriend set the alarm to get my dear mum money and what she needed. Our experience was absolutely unbelievable and will affect us for life. We entered i went straight to try some thongs on and my son and girlfriend went out of my view. I have very bad nerve damage to my feet and hand so i sat on the floor to try and buy. The night manager was disgusing me with a customer saying omg look at her and they begun laughing at the only way i could try them on. I said how rude and they broke into almost histerics. Then a lady came from no where whom had 2 very small children with her at 1.30am she stormed towards me and called the manger by name as she aproached me and said are you alright and the still heading straight for me mumbling threats and said she was going to bash me. I was astounded i put my arms up and said omg stop are you really going to bash me because the manager was rude. My arms are still up in the stop persision and she was almost touching my face screaming at me.well i had to push her away just lightly as i was scared she was going to bash me.well she came towards me again and hit me so i had to defend myself.omg then my son told the manager of for being so rude . She came at me again but i looked around and the customer she was laughing with was almost out the door but turned around ripoed my sons shirt completely of him and started beating him. He had to defend himself as this was a very weird violent attack. I ran from the woman to calm that situation then i looked around for my sons 19 year old girlfriend. This was like a horror movie what i saw was absolutely disgusting behavior. A male staff member aprox over 6 foot and very heavy built had the poor girl in a head lock choke hold and he punched 5 timesvto the head .my son and i run over to try get him of her but she recieved about 4 more full blown punches to the stomach. If my son an i didnt try to calm and stop him i really believe it wouldnt have stopped. The woman again came in between me and and my son and more violence accured. Her children were screaming by this time and she was very close andvabusing me she clipped me just with an arm i think so i defended myself as she just would not walk away. The police were called by them andvalso me. It was all captured on video as i told the lovely police officer whom felt for us as he said 3 cars were at the business watching the video. We recieved a police report number and i will seeking professional help. I have never experienced such disgusting service or behaviour and we are very traumatized . I went in the car with my daughter 4 days later i didn't enter as i didnt want more conflict from the staff. They locked the door and wouldnt let my daughter in. Revenge i can only think as they were all caught on camera. I have written an email to management and no reply nothing not even an apology. If their violent actions are not dealt with im afraid they are building a larger case for us and i advise franchise owner to seek mental health for both staff

I arrived at the Subway at about 4pm on the 31st of March, 2020. I asked for the $1 small drink, the guy said that they're "out of stock", i said, "that's fine thanks though." This was the second time they were "out of stock" and the second time I asked but I thought nothing of it. The other time I asked was with the same person, not sure of his name but he was the only one working at both times. 20 minutes later I arrive home and see my sister with the $1 small drink, I asked her if it is a small drink from subway and if it was $1 and she said yes. I then asked if it was from the one near our house (OTR Salisbury Downs, there isn't Subway anywhere else for another 7km+) and she said yes. I don't know why the hell this person said that they are out of stock, and that I am ranting on but all I am saying is that he is white, my sister is white, and because my parents are black and white I am dark brown, so that is the only possible answer I have for that.

Service was appalling today. First awaiting to be served to pay for fuel a task that took 10mins 1 x staff member was counting, the other was cleaning behind counter and the other was out the back neither staff called for assistance.... We brought coffee and food. Found the seating areas throughout was totally disgusting and unhygienic. The store wasn't not busy at all... staff from food counters was walking around laughing when they could be cleaning.. Shame shame shame... not good appearances for the public.

Having done a 12 hour shift my husband fancied a subway I ordered a foot long and 2x 6 inches -and remembered to get another the girl was very rude to me , slamming the toaster machine door and took my subways out halfway through cooking!! They were all barely cooked as for the schnitzel it was raw and cheese not melted! This is not the first time she has been rude ,absolutely disgusting behaviour especially on anzac day no respect from this ‘employee’ whatsoever!!!

The woman that works at subway is absolutely arrogant. Can not make a sandwich properly. So slapped together & sloppy, barely eatable. I asked for extra avocado with her response, "I'm not finished" how would she have known I wanted extra avocado?! I asked for the extra after initially asking for avocado. Will not be visiting this store again! NOT WORTH 1 STAR! BUT I CANT POST WITHOUT A RATING

Poor service. Staff had no idea about products or pre paid fuel. And if a pump is out of order, put up a sign instead of making the customer run back n forth because the young girls behind the counter are to ditsy to realise how to run a store. Which would help if some sort of manager was on, but no, there wasn't. Charge that much for fuel and can't even provide adequate customer service.

Shocking service if I could not leave any stars I would. Kept turning the petrol pump of on me, no fuel came out so used another pump and said I used $2.95 on the first pump. Rude staff member who served me would liked to have waited till his shift ended to discuss it further with him but didn't have the time to wait.

I just had the most pleasant experience with the OTR manager Kim. Very chatty and laughed at me when I ordered a chocolate custard doughnut. Always smiling and made me get a little cheeky giggle. Also we got there when Subway closed a minute late and the dude who worked there said sorry and was cheery so good on him.

The staff behaviour was unacceptable no one help for searching things or gave us .the staff at front keep arguing with us but not helping ,same the other staff ignore us not take any interest.Very bad experience. Staff ask us go and complaint.we don't care. Don't wanna go there again.

Need more staff ! 1 girl working on 2 tills, going backwards and forwards. All I want to do is pay for my fuel and go, not wait around while 1 staff member makes coffees/thickshakes etc etc for other customers. Meanwhile customers lined up to the door waiting to pay for fuel.

Fantastic service provided by Fay Louch. I visited this store yesterday ( 2/5/22 ) at 15.52. I wasn’t sure how to use Scan pump and save service. The way she explained me , was excellent and gave me discount as I wanted pay by app only. Very happy with her service.

Need a change of staff, absolutely no emotion from this man, he was rude and said "you could have said thank you." I said please, was about to say thank you after I paid for it, he's never happy, HE NEEDS COUNSELING. I ordered at 4:30pm, 13th of April, 2020.

Me and my partner go on late night drives. We came here last night and met Fay she was amazing. Amazing personality and although it was her first time making a Smokey bbq hotdog it was amazing so sweet will definitely be coming back to this otr

Took way too long for service. Pressed the unhappy button and the attendant there yelled out. I know in a angry voice. Bad staff and slow service this time round. Oh and forgot. She knew I was angry. Half my change was in 5cents......

This worker named Fay was being rude and disrespectful to me and my friend because they didn’t have a cap opener and that we wanted to play half card and half cash. She assumed that we were saying something bad to her in our language

Once again, not enough staff on I'm sorry, but I think waiting 5 mins to pay for your fuel is unacceptable.once again customers lined up out the door while 1 operator makes coffee. You need more staff on ! …

This one women didn’t serve me respectfully. I ask for soft serve but they said the machine doesn’t work even though I saw them using it before. Their attitude is rude and I hope they learn some manners.

I payed for 2x 45 gram pouches of tobacco and realised that I only received 1x 45 gram and 1 x25 gram but was charged for 2x45 can't get refund because I opened it. I should of payed more attention!!!!

Don't go there for fuel, not enough staff have to wait in a line while there making hotdogs or coffee, takes too long just to pay for petrol and it happens constantly this is last time I buy fuel there

Luke from this store needs a raise asap!! My friend was sick in the car park and he came over and cleaned it without hesitation and was so kind about it and went above and beyond!!

The old lady needs some rest. I told her holiday seagreen and she keeps asking what color with attitude and after other staff came and told her. Zero customer service no apologies

I ordered 2 latte, flat white and cappuccino waited for ages and he decided to make them all cappuccino please tell me why. Not what I ordered and not impressed!!

I had subway from this kind and funny subway worker named Danny. I had the teriyaki chicken salad bowl and it was amazing couldnt ask for anything better.

Staff are friendly and polite...the bonus is they know how to count when it comes to giving back ya change...pleasant and much better than the old otr..

Subway staff member Iznah was so lovely she deserves a promotion. Made my morning so much better. She was so helpful and friendly 10/10 service

Worst car wash ever.. a complete waste of time paying to get my car sprayed once with water, I would have been better leaving it in the rain!

New remodel has many food selections, drinks, pantry stuff, Subway & a new GYGs. New pumps too, very nice.
