OZ Design Mornington have the most incompetent staff I have ever experienced. We purchased two sofas late January. Was told after checking stock quantities on the computer that they have them both in stock at the warehouse and delivery would be possible a couple of days later. We paid in full and waited for delivery. When the items did come, they were different colours and the wrong sizes and to be told by the driver that the store manager actually went to the warehouse herself to point out the items to be delivered. Both items had to be returned and we were now advised that one sofa was in stock but the other had to come down from Sydney which would take another week. On the second delivery attempt, the truck arrived with one couch. They were told that one had been previously delivered which was not the case as they were both returned. Another phone call to the store only to find out that the manger was not working this day and my husband spoke to the acting manager who was very ruse and defensive over the phone. By this stage my husband was over it and wanted a refund but upon talking with the delivery guys they said they would come back first thing the next morning with the other sofa. On the third day we finally got our other sofa thanks to the wonderful delivery guys, no follow up call from the store or an apology. Will never be back to this store again.

Ordered 5 stools from Oz Design 2 weeks ago ,and was contacted only 1 week after!Fabulous product for the price ,very ,very happy and the ladies were fantastic with the pick up and the service was excellent?would recommend this store definitely?Thankyou for making my shopping exsperience so pleasant scottie

Very busy and only 2 staff working. People queued 4/5 deep to pay or order and others waiting for floor assistance. Staff wearing masks under chin and most customers doing the same - don't know why they bothered. Staff should be setting the standards for entering the store.

First time in store for me, the detail in designing each display area was really very good. Much better presentation than I've seen elsewhere. Defiantly high on the list if your renovating or just looking for a indervidual piece

This store is amazing the staff are so helpful i furnished my whole villa with amazing furniture their time delays and delivery were spot on wouldn’t go anywhere else

Still awaiting delivery for correct sofa for last 12 weeks. Paid in full and have had nil correspondence nor compensation for poor customer experience.
