Mariz is a very insightful and knowledgeable pharmacist. I had an allergic reaction to amoxicillin. The Dr consulted with her while I was there. On the spot she researched the best antibiotic for me to take. She was out of stock. After she closed the pharmacy she went to her supplier, got the medication and delivered it to my home at 8 pm . I was touched and so appreciative of the excellent, holistic medical care from the pharmacy and my physician. Outstanding service. Mariz cares about you as a person. I am very fortunate to have these excellent medical practitioners as part of my medical team.

The best pharmacy in town! Fast service, great staff to deal with. Mariz the pharmacist is always there for me when I need any help. She opens up if there’s any emergency situation where I need my medication. She cooperates with the Drs to find us a medication that is covered. She is friendly and loving to interact with, truly caring. Rafik the pharmacist is friendly and always helpful. Overall, best experience.

I have been using Oak Lake Pharmacy for about 2 years now and I am very happy with them. Mariz is the best pharmacist I have ever met. She always explains in detail the medications that my doctor has prescribed. In addition, she is always availble to answer any questions I may have. Mariz goes over and above the call of duty and genuinely cares for her customers/cients.

Have been getting my prescription filled here a few times and everytime I was very happy with service. Most recently had an urgent compound medication to pick up over Easter weekend, and the pharmacist opened up for an hour on Saturday to help me out. Now if that's not fantastic customer service, I don't know what is!

The service is excellent and discrete. The time to prepare prescriptions is fast compared with other pharmacies but it is still required to wait a bit. I was pleased to receive a follow up call to find out how the medication worked out and also offered free delivery for a refill that was included in my prescription.

Mariz, the pharmacist, shows a great deal of professionalism with her patients. She truly cares about the patients and will go the extra mile for them. She is also extremely knowledgeable about not just pharmaceuticals but disease state and treatment goals. The service at the pharmacy is fast and friendly.

I received my booster shot here. The Pharmacist ( Mariz) was very friendly, professional and the process was seamless and efficient! The pharmacy also had COVID-19 protocols in place, was clean, spacious. I will be transferring my prescriptions here for sure!
