My family was having dinner in the food court before trick or treating yesterday and my 10 month old started having a scary allergic reaction. We raced down to shoppers and I quickly blurted out what was happening to the pharmacist desperately asking for help. Lisa, the owner pharmacist - is my hero. She was so calm and quickly got medication for my baby, dosed it for his weight, explained what she was doing while she was doing it and gave me what I needed to help my baby. She was so compassionate and caring, so knowledgeable and confident, she really helped us feel calm amidst a scary situation and made sure my baby was 100% ok. She pulled out chairs and invited us to sit for 30 minutes so she could observe our baby and make sure the allergic reaction went away. Our 4 year old was of course bored and itching to go trick or treating, overhearing this Lisa went and opened a bag of candy and invited our daughter to start trick or treating with her. It was so incredibly sweet of her. The pharmacy was very busy and although she had other folks to take care of, she kept checking in with us to make sure our baby was ok. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Lisa. She was our hero! She made sure our baby was 100%. She delighted our 4 year old. She made two very anxious parents feel so much calmer.

My wife and I went to the Oakville Place Shoppers Drug Mart for a flu shot, October 19, 2020. We had registered on-line with Shoppers, submitting our OHIP number and a consent form. We received back a registration number, valid until October 20. We received an email from Shoppers saying that the Oakville Place location had the vaccine in stock (which was true). We were told that no appointment was necessary. We both went there at 11 a.m. and were told — WE NEEDED AN APPOINTMENT. The person who told us that was less than a metre away from a sign saying "No Appointment Needed." The vaccine was there, and staff were on hand to give it, and the store wasn't busy. We're seniors trying to get through a pandemic, and we try not to go out too often, and we didn't appreciate this pointless expedition. Hello Oakville Place Shoppers: this just isn't an honest and responsible way to do business. And if we can't trust Shoppers about things so obvious, how can we trust them about things we can't see?

This is awful and either needs to be substituted with an online chat, find the time to pick up your phones, hire more staff, or sell this location to a more competent owner. I understand the Covid-19 calls asking for shots when it’s unavailable taking more time than normal, but there are options for that when picking phone services. Absolutely could have been more thought out. *only 50% of the time is this an issue*

I have purchased a 65 inch tv on may 29.2023. All parts were in package and I found no damage. Just letting you know that I am satisfy with purchase . The manager Tisha and a gentleman whom helped me to load it in my car acted very professional and helpful . Thank you for your professional and helpful assist. Thank you for the kind and helpful cashier. I like to see classy and professional people when I do business . Thank you once again I have delivered the tv to home very easy, but in unpacking I used a sharp knife and cut finger so deep I had to go hospital for stitches . This part was my fault. I admire such a professional approach So it was exciting purchase. Thank you

I bought a perfume. Scanned my Optimum Card...20x the points didn't show up. Beauty Department manager told me that everyone purchasing from the department is entitled to 20x the points. Started an inquiry with Optimum and was told that I was given incorrect information and that I was not entitled to the bonus points. So, it seems like I was lied to for them to get the sale. Like I told the customer service rep at Optimum... I should have walked down the hall to Hudson's Bay...atleast I could have gotten points with them.

One Lady at the beauty boutique was extremely rude, when I asked her a simple question about if a product was available/when it was coming out and instead of just responding and saying hey im not sure, she rudely gave me attitude and said i have whatever is on the shelf and was very dismissive, compared to another lady who i asked for help was extremely nice, like if you’re going to be annoyed when a customer asks you a simple question then don’t work a customer service job.

Female pharmacist was rude while trying to get a booster shot. Asked to get it and was told to come back at 3 for an appointment, when there was literally no one waiting in line. They could have explained they have some protocols, but no they just harshly told me to come back. The woman ended up being the one administering the dose and she does NOT have a light hand. Get your fourth dose somewhere else, folks.

I don't recommend using this store for services. I visited for a passport photo, but the service was unpleasant, the photo quality was poor, and they charged me $25 for a low-quality print. Really disappointing! I had to go somewhere else to take new photos and I could get better photo with higher quality and lower price. Not sure why they can’t do a simple job!

I like this store specially the cosmetic department. Joa is always a pleasure when she’s around. Very knowledgeable lady about her product lines and amazing customer service experience. She atakes her time to discuss the product, what’s appropriate for your own skin/style, always suggests for options. Thanks Joa for your excellent customer service

Do not take photos there for passport or PR card! They don't know the rules and when we went to appeal the lady was very rude. Do you give customer relations lessons to your staff? We had to take it again with a professional photographer who knows the rules. I don't plan to shop from this branch anymore. The lady was very unattractive.

PLEASE. For the love of god. Get your pharmacy to pick up their phones. I genuinely need my medication and I can't go physically ask them to send the prescription to another pharmacy. Awful customer service.. i've called 4 times this week and sat for 15+ minutes at a time.

Bad experience, asked if had video game consoles and was told no by cashier. Refused to check due to laziness. I ended up finding one behind other register. Wish they would train employees better here. Was at. 7pm Oct 15. No longer will shop at this store

My husband picked up meds for me yesterday. The price was 28$. There was a fee for counting 100 pills and putting them in the bottle 12$. I called and asked. They said: it is for the work we did. Next time will buy meds somewhere else.

Went there to buy some makeup and the girl that helped me was awesome! Her name is Melissa and she took the time to show me how to apply the products I wanted to buy. She helped me for around 20 minutes . She was fabulous!
