I wish I could give it a zero. They don't deserve even a red star rating. In my opinion. If ur looking for a vehicle please go somewhere else not oak motors. They will screw u in the long run. They make it sound so good till something goes wrong with ur car. Than they will claim that ur car was fixed. Than the same problem will began after 2 days of them having the car for 1 week. Than they won't Stan good for it. Than things just get worse because of the problem. We had a acur MDX and the windows wouldn't row down or up. Took it to oak motors. They claimed their machine couldn't detect what's wrong it. Than they had to send it to von roman than claimed it was fixed. Yes it was for 1 whole day. Than the trunk on the SUV wouldn't work. You couldn't open by hand on the outside. It had to be by the key or the button the inside. So the button on the inside or key wouldn't work so what ever was wrong with the windows cause the trunk not to work than the sunroof wouldn't work than my mirrors wouldn't work. Than the transmission was slippery. Talked to oak motors and they wouldn't stand good. Had already talk to someone and they said it was more likely a electric problem that's causing everything to go bad to tell oak motors and they can fix it. They tried to tell me that it wan't covered any longer I'm the warranty. The 3 year warranty does cover electrical but it wouldn't had gotten so bad if they would had done something the first time around. So DONT EVER GET A CAR FROM OAK MOTORS.

THERE IS NO ONE ELSE TO DEAL WITH BESIDES LARRY AND OAK MOTORS!! I worked with Larry at south location. There are no words for the kindness and professionalism that he possesses. I had the car for five days and a guy hit me on 465 and totaled it. Indiana Finance and Oak Motors put me in another car just two weeks later. I won’t and refuse to work with anyone else besides Larry and Oak Motors. The accident was traumatic and horrible but the way he and Oak Motors along woth Indiana Finance helped me and continue to help me will forever leave an imprint on my heart. I’ve been through a lot in my life recently and Larry has made it a little better for me and we need more people like him in the professional service world . Thank you Larry, may what you have done for me return ten fold

I had a great experience with Mr. Larry today. He made sure I had all the time I needed, he ensured he answered my questions, and when I voiced concern he was very responsive. I have work with other locations and the staff with Indiana Finance several times now. I appreciate that most of the people I have come into contact with were helpful and kind. The in-house financing has been a saving grace in my life. They have also worked with myself and husband when there have been auto accidents. I have purchased Gap insurance at times as well. If you are paying your loan amount and hardships happen, you can have an open line of communication that has been very helpful at times.

My story sucked it was horrible Anderson had me running like a chicken with its head cut off. I then went south and worked with Larry Amburgy who took care of me and got me into a nice vehicle super geeked about my new ride hated the beginning of my story but the ending was amazing! Go see Larry his personality is amazing and he gets you in and out quickly I have to also say the online approval process was amazing he texted me all the way until 10pm that night before when I say he’s was amazing as well my stuff was approved before going into the store yay

I would first like to start by saying by looking at most reviews on here and Facebook I was skeptical on going to Oak motors but I did not let that stop me when I saw the wonderful selection of cars and especially after speaking to Larry amburgy he was so pleasant even before I came in as soon as I came in he started my process immediately helping me with all my info that I had to send in he got me in my 2015 Lincoln and I couldn’t be more happier it rides so nice and so clean . I hadn't bought a car in over 40 years. I've always bought from individuals. I wasn't very excited to do it. I do not like being pressured. Larry was my guy through it all. He did all the work while I shopped,test drove and went to the bank. I was pleasantly surprised I was in and out in 2 hours with my new vehicle. I was excited when I found out that I would be able to buy a car through Oak Motors. They have a wide selection. I ended up buying a which had to be brought down from another lot. I was approved right away and drove off the lot the same day with a vehicle that was truly meant for me. Took her in for an oil change, it was very fast and they use full synthetic on all their oil changes so you are actually saving money while keeping your warranty intact. No complaints. Great staff at this location.
