This was our first visit to Oakhurst Pharmacy for a rapid COVID-19 test for my 7 year old. The staff was so inviting and kind, and the pharmacist Greg was wonderful. Making an appointment online was easy as could be, and I have to say that the pharmacist did a more thorough nasal swab than has been done in the physician's office any other time that I have had to take one of my children for testing thus far (which given how often kids have runny noses and cold symptoms...has been a lot). While this pharmacy is not super close to our home/as convenient as are a couple of the big box stores, I would consider it worth it to start making the slightly longer drive just for the neighborhood/community feel. I was really impressed when a gentleman came in to pick up a prescription for his mother. The pharmacist knew and recognized him instantly, asked after his mother to see how she was feeling, and sent the young man on his way with a message to let his mother know the pharmacy staff was thinking of her and wishing her well. You just don't find this personalized, genuine experience any more these days. We will definitely be back! :)

Initially came here because they had something that was not in stock anywhere else. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise because this place is great. I am working to move all prescriptions here now. Pharmacists at the chains are being treated very poorly right now so it's a bonus to be able to support a smaller business instead. It's weird seeing vape/edible products in a pharmacy but I use them medicinally for sleep and anxiety so it makes sense and is a nice little bonus to get them while im here.

Switched to Oakhurst Pharmacy today1st I spoke to Greg on the phone twice and he was very kind and so helpful I instantly knew this was the place for myself and family we do live in the neighborhood but after dropping my insurance info off today and seeing how peaceful helpfull and all around kind genuine people there we would stay with them even if they weren't so close you just dont experience this kind of personable service anywhere these days we love it and super excited we found this little gem!

I switched to Oakhurst after having several difficulties getting a medication I rely on daily from Walgreens. I’ve been with Oakhurst for almost a year now and have never once had any issues. They deliver my medication on time, call to inform me when they do, and can quickly answer any questions or concerns I have. Every time I speak to an employee on the phone, they know all the information like the back of their hand and they’re incredibly kind. I couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Omg! Talk about quality! Have you ever walked into a pharmacy and felt at home? Exactly, me either, until I walked into Oakhurst, the cashier was genuinely nice, and the Pharmacist, he knows his craft AND has a pleasent demeanor, in this day and age it's so refreshing. I appreciate being treated like a valued customer even though it was my first time there ( ) I'll see you soon for my next vaccine... You Rock Oakhurst!

I have been blown away by the customer service provided by the staff at this pharmacy. My son has ADHD and we were prescribed a medicine that would cost a ridiculous amount of money. Greg did his own research to help find something more affordable. He also called my doctor directly to discuss an alternative option. The staff make you feel welcome and they truly want to help their customers. I highly recommend!

This is a wonderful pharmacy . I still look for the old fashion southern hospitality and found it at this pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are always very helpful with their willingness , to help you find what you need ,thru out their store .I will be using this pharmacy to fulfill all my medical needs. Lastly ,the pharmacy is very organized and clean . I would highly recommend them to anyone in Charlotte .

This is a GREAT neighborhood pharmacy! I needed to get a Covid test very quickly in order to be able to return to work, and no one in town was able to get me in right away. Oakhurst, on the other hand, had a super easy online scheduling system, got me in on the same day, and the owner, Greg, gave excellent customer service when I came in. Great experience!

I am a retired family practice RN. I found Oakhurst by searching the internet for a Pharmacy that would deliver. I have never seen or worked with a Pharmacy that is as outstanding as Oakhurst! Two of the three pharmacists were not wearing masks despite the mask mandate, and one of them coughed heartily while I was here. I'm surprised they are handling medicines, working with sick people, and processing Covid tests while potentially infecting their customers. It is very well organized and they were very friendly, but I will not be returning.

I absolutely love abs appreciate this pharmacy. After the headaches of the ‘big box’ pharmacy, I decided to go local and I kick myself for not sound so sooner. Great pharmacist, great staff, and modern notifications (they’ll text you when your prescription is ready). I cannot recommend them enough. Also, you can get certain vaccinations here, too!!

I honestly cannot say enough about Oakhurst. By happenstance, this pharmacy had a medication we needed for one of our boys. We liked the process and staff so much we switched all of our prescriptions immediately. I am so happy to leave the Big Pharmacy world where things consistently get lost. Greg is great and knows his customers by name.

Hands down - Best customer service. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This pharmacy reminded me of years past when people matter. I was thoroughly impressed how organized and clean the pharmacy was. I highly recommend this neighborhood pharmacy and you'll feel confident choosing them for your needs.

Amazing staff. Been going to the usual chain of pharmacists and switched to Oakhurst about two months ago. Wonderful staff !!! I had to call Greg tonight about a Covid test he was so patient and understanding as I proceeded to tell him my whole Covid story. Tara and I highly recommend Oakhurst Pharmacy.

My review is for a Covid-19 test. 100% recommend Oakhurst. With the insane wait times to get a test, and a 5 day turnover rate for results it was well worth the money (Oakhurst does the rapid test, I had my results in 10 minutes). Greg was super nice and pharmacy was very clean!

It's only been one prescription and I'm already blown away by the customer service. Greg called immediately once he saw what it was going to cost me (a lot) and walked me through plenty of options. Switched my prescriptions here on a whim and very glad I did.

I scheduled a PCR test because of a cough (turned out to be nothing). I was in and out in 5 minutes. I had my results the next day. A quiet environment - not crowded like CVS or Walgreens can get. Greg was prompt and friendly. Get your test here!

I’ll put it this way: knowing that I’m moving from Charlotte has made me realize all the great things that I’ll miss. One of those is this pharmacy. I’ve never had a cleaner, well ran, personable pharmacy than this. 10/10 recommend, hands down.

This pharmacy is the best find since moving to Charlotte. Gary is the ONLY one who had Covid tests just prior to Christmas. It truly was a great experience and he is very knowledgeable. A true gem in the neighborhood.

The owner Greg provides great service, store is immaculate- clean, well lit, very inviting. They have free home delivery and also do vaccinations- Flu and Shingles. They also transfered all of my prescriptions for me.

Been getting Rx filled here for last few months. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even has treats for the doggo. Highly recommend moving from big box pharmacy to Greg at Oakhurst Pharmacy!
