We have been with Luigi and his financial services team for 10 years now, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Luigi is extremely knowledgeable, professional, efficient and at the same time friendly, relaxed and a pleasure to deal with. The service they provide has always been excellent. The Property Lawyers were very thorough and professional, responsive to our queries, well organised and always willing and available to give us guidance over the phone if needed. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The same can be said for the estate agents team; they showed strong experience of the market, and we feel they represented our property very well through the selling process, were very understanding of our constraints for the viewings, and ultimately got many people through the door and a sale price above our expectation.

Have been a tenant with Ocean Estate agents for over four years and can say the whole team are fabulous to deal with. Very professional and responsive. Beth Jenkins was a fantastic property manager, always quickly resolving any maintenance issues during the 4 year period. Then more recently, we are on the move to a property nearer Bristol city centre and Jamie Ashford (Southville branch) has been absolutely brilliant in helping us to find our new home. The process once again has been clear and simple. Jamie has told us everything we need to know about the property. I highly recommend this company to both Landlords and Tenants alike. As a renter with a small dog, this can make the property search a little more tricky, but Oceans understand this and ensured we’ve found the right properties and landlords (twice now). The staff we spoke to at the store were lovely and we had been offered a house within a few days, we went on to apply and send a deposit of over £300. However 13 days before our move into the property I was told that the landlord had changed his mind, and I would be sent the deposit within 48 hours. No explanation given and this has left us completely homeless as we were assured that this move would go ahead, even as far as being told to book WiFi fitting, which is non refundable. I eventually received my deposit 4 days later, after coming in person twice. This has costed us nearly a month of effort, around £200 in moving costs and left us short of £350 for over 2 weeks. We now have less than 2 weeks to find somewhere to live, and right before Christmas too. Leaving us to tell our 17 year old that he may not have a home for Christmas. Shame on them for leaving a family in this situation.

We called Jamie Ashford from Ocean, as our current agency bristol-based agency was not completing anything required of them to let our house (the process had been going on for two months), and to be honest, we were both deflated and fed up. I called Jamie at 11 am on a Wednesday morning, and by 2:30 pm the same day, he had met us out our property in Bristol. Professional photos and videos were done, and he went through the entire process. The next day we had a block viewing and new tenants for our house!! He did the job in less than two days. We weren't bombarded with emails or questions, just points we had to know or documents to sign. We cannot recommend Jamie and Ocean estate agents enough if you're thinking of letting your home. 10 out of 10 service all the way, thanks Jamie!

I was recently searching for a property in Bristol to rent and as we all know finding a home in Bristol can be a problematic to say the least. However once finding Ocean Estate Agents all of the pressure was lifted off my shoulders, upon viewing I was told that we were 1 out of 6 viewing the place and that they would not take anymore viewings so as to give us a chance before the flood gates opened, I was even reassured that I could keep in contact with the agency regarding any more properties in the area. The rentals team at Ocean have been friendly, proactive and helpful during the process of renting out our family house when we had to move because of work. This can be a daunting prospect with lots of paperwork and complex arrangements to make, and Jamie A and his colleagues have put up with our mundane questions and odd requests with good humour, patience and forbearance (to match a snappy dress sense....!). They have found a well-matched tenant, and used good judgement and their knowledge of the market to help us get the rental return we need without setting unrealistic expectations. We hope their ongoing management of the property is as efficient and effective.

I’ve had such a great experience with Ocean and specifically Georgia. It really feels like a difficult market as a renter at the moment and I’ve found viewings and applying for properties to feel really competitive. Georgia was super lovely at the viewing and really honest about my questions and gave me some really good advice. We got the property we applied for and she was so on it with the paperwork and really helpful- working with her and ocean felt way less competitive than other agencies and more legitimate and ethical which was a very welcome feeling. 10/10 would recommend, very glad to have a really professional agency to work with.
