Going to this gym is like an episode of Cheers. All the know your name by heart and greet you. Its a family. The saunas is awesome. One of the only gyms with a cold plunge. And the showers are always clean and great water pressure. Staff is responsive. New ownership is investing a lot in upgrades and always looking to improve.
