If I could go lower I would. For the few who actually have a good experience with this company, there's many many many more who have a very very very bad experience. Bought from them on Amazon, never received the item. Amazon contacted them on my behalf, and they said we don't have to honor Amazon because we're not affiliated. They may not be affiliated, but still have to follow the rules Amazon has in place. Their response is for me to get my money back from Amazon because they not refunding and don't have to. Rip off company, the catfish of companies. Why do I say that? Because my mailman whom has been my mail Carrier for years now, never saw a package for me. When the company told me to speak to my neighbors, I did, and none had it. Not sure why my neighbors and mail carrier all would lie to me. Over a company that has a history of shady practice. Their customer service is very poor, and when they realized they had been caught in lies, they simply said I suggest you never contact us again. Don't gamble on this catfish.

Delivery/Replacement/Refund Policy Written after they told me to check with neighbors. Amazon was no help. All they did was issue a refund. Just to be clear I am a 53yr old Disable ARMY Veteran. So before you send the lame excuse to check neighbors, I live in an APT COMPLEX. So I had my caregiver go to my mailbox & neighbors to make sure it was missing. I have to pay her when she come on a NON-SCHEDULE VISIT. I also was "SMART" enough to have her check with Leasing Office & Cabana where packages are also delivered. Apparently since the USPS tracking states it was delivered, you take their word as gosple. Since the USPS NEVER MAKES A MISTAKE You May Be the Only Company that has never had a missing delivery. Why would want to lie about A USED Video Game. I will be getting a refund from Amazon. So no concerns on your policy of no refund unable to issue a refund or ship a replacement is mute. Ordered a refurbished Samsung Gear S3 Smartwatch as a gift for my boyfriend, and when I recieved it, it was locked. I honestly think they sold me a stolen watch so I requested a refund and sent it back, they wouldn’t even say they had received it until I contacted them and then they accused me of locking it! and refused to refund me. They were rude, implied I was scamming them. Clearly, I’m not the only one with this problem as I can see from these reviews. Do NOT buy from this seller.

I ordered a copy of star Fox Zero, and it kept giving me an error code! I tried every technique there was and nothing works! Then I tried calling them and they say "go to amazon, logon, and click contact seller". I do everything that it tells me to do and TAKE A WILD GUESS WHAT HAPPENS!!! Point is, DO NOT order from this company! It is trying to play with your hard earned cash! Make sure you read reviews first before you buy any products from them! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Don't waste your money on this vendor. The Item I brought from them failed in less that 30 days of use but because I was traveling between houses it was more that 30 calendar days. They used this fact to reject my request for a replacement. I am use to a 90 day return policy even on a refurbished unit but I expect a lot better service than this on anything I buy. I make a lot online purchases and this is the first time I have rated any vendor as a 1.

Honestly just disappointed. Bought the gold edition of call of duty advanced warfare, which comes with the 1st dlc pack. Needless to say, I got a scratched up game with a fake dlc code. They do not honor their customers and sell defective merchandise. I purchased a Bluetooth headset from them and it starting giving me problems within a week. I contacted them and they told me to check my phone. The headset eventually quit completely and they refused to assist me in any way. They wouldn't even exchange the defective product. DO NOT BUY from them. They are a completely ripoff.

They are scammers. From what I have found Secoyah Darvin is the owner. But supposedly passed away in 2019. So im assuming they have more then one scammer doing this. I have a private investigator who has located where they work from and I will be having the authorities and FBI involved in dealing with them as they have scammed people out of thousands and thousands of dollars.

Sold us a SNES Mini console with 2 controllers, both of which do NOT work. Purchased thru Amazon so should be able to get a refund. How can you sell and box a product that contains something completely different. Stay away from this shady company.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. How hard is it to send the item ordered? Read the type of console the controller is for....them ship that controller. Completely unprofessional.
