I just had the best customer service experience at the Ballard (WA) OfficeMax that I've ever had at any store. An associate told me where to find the product which was heavy, loaded it onto a dolly for me without me asking, walked me through check out, wheeled it out to my vehicle and loaded it in. Great service!
Print website is tough to navigate for complex jobs. Staff gives conflicting information about pricing and customer requests. General Manager seems worn down and needs to go to customer service training school. Too bad as this is an important Ballard business in a challenged neighborhood.
All the store associates were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Two of the printing associates were very helpful, knowledgeable and helped me set up and complete my project. They were great! Also printing was good quality, was done promptly and a good price. Thank you!
well lit clean store with most everything easy to find. I picked what I wanted online then came in to touch and feel with my coupons and enjoy purchasing face-to-face instead of mail order. Love the face! Keep up the excellent work. You manage inventory well.
