The previous plumber didn't have enough experience in the commercial work and did terrible rough-in plumbing works. I had to hire another plumber who can fix all the issues which the previous plumber caused and who can finish the plumbing renovation as planned. I hired Micky team, and it was one of the best choices I made. Micky kept confirming me that his team would fix all the issues, and I don't need to receive any stress. Micky and Matt kept their words. They took care of all the plumbing works from the beginning they stepped in until the inspector gave me the [pass] report. During the work process, they showed professionalism and honesty. They provided all the material receipts (incl. return receipts) to show the open calculation. No hidden fee no surprise at the end. Without them, the plumbing work might become hell. Until the end, I didn't receive major stress because Mickey and Matt took care of the plumbing work. (They dealt with the inspector's calls too) Highly recommend this company!!

Ottawa is -45C with windchill for the first time in 100 years and the hot water pipes to my ensuite froze. I called numerous plumbers to try to get someone out and finally the next morning someone suggested Offset. I called and was told I’d be customer #3 of the day. They called when they were in their way. Mickey and Patrick tried hard for me and as my situation seemed non-standard after a few hours and no success they decided to increase the overall temperature of my interior and kept calling me to check in between other jobs. Finally just after Mickey suggested coming back and cutting even more holes in ny dry wall, I suddenly finally heard a woosh and water started flowing in my ensuite. So grateful for their customer service and for trying so hard to minimize the damage. Am super pleased with the result as frozen pipes can lead to flooding. Worst case scenario avoided. Next time I need a plumber, I’m calling offset first.

I contacted 4 different companies and Offset was the quickest response, and the quickest appointment. The gentlemen who arrived to fix my two toilets was polite and professional. He did a good job, and identified a couple other issues on my old toilets that needed attention before they became a problem. I had forgotten about replacing the cartridge on my kitchen faucet, and when I asked about it, he contacted his boss and they did that job as well. The overall cost for the work was very reasonable. I will use Offset Plumbing again in the future.

We called Offset because one of our pipes attached to the main stack started leaking and actually broke, and during a snow storm. Mickey showed up within an hour of calling and was able to fix the issue. We have an older home so he also spent some time telling us how our plumbing is set up and what we could do to update it in the short and long term. We really appreciated his responsiveness and how knowledgeable he is, and we will definitely be using his services in the future.

We had Offset Plumbing come in and install new piping/drain for a laundry room, new kitchen sink and faucet, new toilet. They also repaired our toilet downstairs and corrected plumbing done by another company for a new shower.
