My 1st experience at this doctor's office was great however, my 2nd appointment which was today Thursday July 25th at 8:15 a.m. wasn't so great. It was raining very hard and there was an accident. My arrival time was roughly 8:21 I text them at a 8:22 as instructed to let them know that I had arrived and received a text back from them at 8:26 saying to come in. As I was getting out of my vehicle my shoe fell off Iand went under my vehicle as I was retrieving it my phone rings and it was someone from the doctor's office who rudely said we text you to come in are you coming in. I responded yes I had to get my shoe it feel off under my vehicle the time is now 8:28 I get to the door and realize I didn't have my mask , I get my mask put it on and go in only to be rudely greeted with you have to reschedule you are late I ask what time is it and look at my watch and the rude person answers 8:30 I ask you all don't take into account of the rain and traffic response from the rude person do you want to reschedule my response No Thank! I was highly disappointed because the 1st visit as I stated was excellent. 7/30/2020 As of a few weeks ago I did a follow-up visit and another one on yesterday. Each visit was excellent all previous issues resolved. The staff and the doctor was very polite and professional. Thank you so much!

I was a patient of Dr. Emono’s at her previous practice and always loved her bedside manner. I started having unexplained anxiety and several other symptoms and immediately knew that I could count on her to help. I found her and scheduled with her with ease. I went in for my visit explained what was going on asked that she test my hormones and other things because I was just feeling not myself. I had blood work and awaited for the doctor to get back with me regarding my results. Two weeks pass and I see all my test but not a peep from the doctor. One of the labs done was my B12 level which was low but still normal I decided to message asking about taking B Complex it was only then did I receive a response regarding the B12 level which she recommend injections. I then responded back and only received a response from a nurse. I also had inquired about my AC1 which I was told I was being checked but never received a response regarding that either and it was not checked.

I love Dr. Emono and her staff! If you have been with doctors before who were in a rush, insensitive, and a bit arrogant, then you will NOT experience that with Dr. Emono. I couldn’t believe how pleased I was at my first visit! She works very hard to diagnose the problem, explains the problem, then guides you in the right direction. Dr. Emono doesn’t “scold you” if your diabetic and your numbers are too high (well maybe a little). However, it is out of care and concern for your well being. She offers her professional opinion and shares a variety of practical things to try. I am telling you this if you’re diabetic because diabetes is “no joke,” and Dr. Emono understands. Do not stay with a doctor who makes you feel uncomfortable with when there is someone like Dr. Emono who will help you. You deserve to hopefully feel “better” emotionally when you leave your doctor, plus Dr. Emono will make you laugh! As they say, “a great bedside manner!”

My experience with DR. Ojomah Emono with my care as a new patient this past week has been a life changing one. She is a Doctor with so much empathy and immeasurable experience. She patiently listened to all my symptoms at my appointment and was able to send me for necessary applicable test. l received care and treatment that are beyond my expectation. l am very grateful for choosing DR. Emono as my Primary Physician. l will always recommend her care and service. And all her staff from the front office, Nurse and Lab tech are all very awesome and very Professional. Thank you DR. Emono and staff. l appreciate you all.

I visited Dr. Emono recently as I had an urgent medical need. Even though this was my first visit, she treated me as if I'd been her patient for years. Her questions were thorough and you knew she was really listening by her responses and follow-up questions. She was compassionate in a way that I've rarely seen in medical professionals. Most importantly, Dr. Emono over-delivered (I don't think that has ever happened) by providing me with the information and documents I needed PLUS! I hope she will be practicing in this area for years to come, because I have found my new PCP.

When I called to make an appointment, the woman on the phone was very friendly and thorough, saving me registration time in office, and helping me get the location and doctor I wanted. At Dr. Emono's office the staff is friendly and I was there less than 10 minutes before I saw the doctor. Dr. Emono actually listens to what you're saying and takes your symptoms seriously. Highly recommend.

This lady on the phone made me very uncomfortable. Rude and asked for every piece of personal info, ssn, dob, address, all before insurance member ID and without being able to tell me if they can be my doctor or not. No other location has asked all that info and online says you dont need to provide all that info when finding a new doctor.

Dr. Emono is the best. HANDS DOWN! She most definitely lives up to her motto. She's professional, polite, an has ACTIVE listening to her patients needs and concerns. The staff is amazing as well. Thank you all for such a great experience.

Amazing and friendly service from the entire staff. I was seen at my scheduled appointment time and the doctor was so helpful and took her time to understand and listen to why I was there. I would reccomend everyone go here.

Dr. Emono is a very good doctor. Easy to talk to and explained everything very clearly.. i felt very comfortable with her and would highly recommend her. The office staff is also very pleasant and efficient.
