A quick shout out to the Old Navy in Time Square! They were very efficient and made it easy to get in and out. They have multiple people around the store constantly coming up to you asking if you need help finding a size. All I had to do was find a piece of clothing I liked and they searched the rack for me and I didn’t have to lift a finger. Then if they didn’t have your size on the rack they had machines that would scan the tag to see if they had the size somewhere else in the store. I found a shirt that a really liked and I couldn’t find it in the size I wanted. So on of the ladies came up to me and asked what size, so then she searched the rack to see if she could find it. While unsuccessful she scanned the tag to see if it was somewhere else. She asked if it was okay for here to go downstairs to there inventory and look. Of course I said yes and she went to go look. She came back with a arm full of this shirt, but none in the size I wanted. So I took a different size and went upstairs to the second floor to try it on to see if it would fit, and it fit perfectly. While I was in the dressing room she was still searching for the size I wanted after I already thought she was finished helping me since I took the other size. Nope, she showed up to the second floor when she helped me on the first and saw my mom standing there. She said you’re her mom! Here is the size she wanted. She was awesome and I am very upset I didn’t get her name to write a good review about her.

Rude staff at the register because may be its his/ her (whichever their preferred pronoun is ) break was about to start, long lines.They were unwilling to help find the item to return, sleeves such a mess and when I have up to return with receipt, they said I have to call Old Navy bc it's an online purchase in spite of the email saying it can be done in the stores. They just didn't want to assist. There is a lot of sale going on, so many offers, a kind lady gave me her coupon as it was expiring so i got discount , I asked at the register about rewards points to be added to my account but them were toooo lazy and giving back attitude like what rewards points, what are you talking about.. as if i spoke German to them! I have always had them added at chicago store and they have asked themselves for that always and given me discounts too as per the total points,, i dont know why the register person at this branch was so rude about it

Forgot a personal item in a fitting room, and called a half hour later when I realized it. The staff located it and told me I could pick it up. Told them I would be there the following morning. When I came by the next day asking for it they could not locate the item. I returned after work to try one more time and I was told AGAIN they had it. They looked again and told me it was gone and they did not have it. Totally my bad for forgetting it - but I'm convinced that someone on the staff took it (something I received from work, and not available in stores). Don't lie and say you have my item if someone is just going to take it for themselves.

Today I went to this Old Navy to make some returns and exchange, and let me tell you, this has been the best trip to Old Navy Ever!!! The customer service was amazing, I was so impressed, that I had to leave a positive review. I went there with a friend, and during our time there, everyone was super nice and helpful, going an extra mile to help us out. And the cashier was amazing. The only con of this location is: it's on the smaller size. I felt like other Old Navy stores are bigger, with more products. But while it is on the smaller side, everything was organized and clean, a pleasure to do my shopping circles.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be careful with this store my rewards money was stolen here. It looks like an inside job because it didn't even show the name of the person that made the purchase. Before paying I asked the cashier if I had any points and she no then 20 mins later someone use my $22. The receipt shows no info just the purchase with the discount and no one knows what happened but it was used. I called the Gap rewards number and no information about the credit card was found or the name of who made a purchase

The store was lovely and vibrant and the greeter was super pleasant but the cashier was less pleasant. There was a rack labeled $11.99 and there were numerous of the SAME sweatshirt on the rack with a clear as day orange clearance sticker on ALL of them. I get to the checkout and it rings up as $23 as opposed to the $11.99 ON THE STICKER that was on ALL OF THEM. She saw the sticker too but still told me it was only 20% off the original price. I feel I got played! After I said I didn't want it, she got very short with me. Would be super weary of their sale prices, don't believe what the signs say.

Terrible staff and store. The store opens at 9am, when I reached the store at 9:05am there was a notice on the door saying they’re opening up at 10 because of inventory. That’s ok, I understand things happen. I wait until 10 and at 10:10am a staff member comes to tell the crowd they’re opening at 11am. Everyone is now upset and arguing back and forth. Don’t waste peoples time with lies about opening. One hour is reasonable but two hours is ridiculous. There’s been multiple times Old Navy has been open while people were restocking and doing inventory. Terrible customer service and communication.

I went to this location this afternoon, and the most helpful young man was there, HUGO. Mr. Hugo, definitely should win employee of the month. If it was up to me, I’d give him a raise as well. He definitely gave above and beyond customer service to me, I am beyond grateful for it. It’s been a very long time since someone went out of their way to help me in depth, especially whilst out shopping lol You can tell he’s a great person, on top of being a great employee. I pray he’s always acknowledged for both by others. P.s. The jeans you helped me with fit perfectly. Thanks again !

This is located in Times Square and if memory serves me correctly it has 4-5 levels. The top is clerance which is my favorite ( who's with me ✋) I ended up getting this tank top, if you all knew the store behind it you'd lol. A pair of workout pants, 3 gift bags & a dress for my niece all in clerance for under $20 . They even have NYC shirts & memorabilia on the 1st floor by the register along with ELF make-up. Fair warning parents the line to get to check out is lined with candy, caffeine and cookies...

My wife and I visited the Time Square store last week. We had a great shopping experience. Zavier and Dengina (not sure of spelling) were very helpful and both were wonderful to talk too!! I cannot say enough about these two individuals, by far the nicest, friendliest, and happiest people we met in our entire visit to NYC. Prices were good too, but wish I had got there last name, they both made an impression on my wife and I. Great people!!

It was conveniently near Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded and it was maintained to the highest standard of cleanness. The staff was very friendly and professional.

I found great sale items. The line was long on the 2nd floor, went to pay on the first floor. The person who's a lead wrung me up and didn't even check if I had money or points to use. I know it's hard to be a supervisor but, as someone who is in the same area I don't act like I'm at my job for the thrill of it. I do retail too, and even on crazy days I still put on a smile and show positivity.

Although the personnel we're all very pleasant and helpful (without being overbearing), I cannot rate my experience any higher due to the poor selection and quality of merchandise. I was looking for (men's) casual, warm sweatpants or pajama pants and options were depressingly limited in terms of style and material (no fleece, or anything at all except flimsy cotton-polyester blends).

Lots of sizes amazing styles 3 floors of some of the greatest deals. The workers are always smiling and willing to help. They truly give you a one of a kind experience. The neatest old navy I've ever been in absolutely clean all the time. The workers are on point all the time I highly recommend coming here for some amazing deals for the entire family.

Three floors of Old Navy. The store offers all the usual great selection clothing and accessories for the entire family at great prices. The customer service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The store also had two selfie stations with the option to post and share. I loved my visit and would recommend it to everyone.

This is the absolute friendliest ON store I have EVER been in. EVERYWHERE we turned a corner in the store, an associate was always there asking us if we needed any help. Then at the register, super friendly cashiers! We were blown away at how wonderful our experience was at ON Time Square! Definitely, not what we expected in NYC!

According to themselves, management forgot to remove a sign during their collateral change out. Due to frustrations with their own mistake, the girl at register refused to honor the price that was displayed on their sales floor. Aside from being rude and unprofessional, this is literally against consumer laws.

Pretty good/legit shopping brand, and prices are cheap. Plus most of the clothes are on sale all the time. I gave 5/5 because on 2nd floor,there is a bathroom and water fountain since it is hard to find bathroom/water fountain in times square area (all tourists should know this information) …

Very large Old Navy store with many clothing options to choose from. The prices are a surprisingly not marked up- as most things are in NYC. The store is very clean and the staff is helpful. Definitely worth visiting you’re a fan of Old Navy or if you need some affordable clothing!

This is an enormous location. It has friendly staff, wide selection, and good prices. You can look down into Times Square from the front of the store's upper levels. It has a public restroom on the second floor. It has a hopscotch game on the third floor, in the kids section.

Life long old navy guy But where did customer service go… went to return an umbrella yesterday that I bought 2 days ago that blew apart on me. Wouldn’t honour it. Told me to go to another old navy Well I’ll be going to neither, ever ever ever again

Quite a spacious branch of old navy. Lovely, affordable clothing. Got myself a lovely summer dress from here which I love, got so many compliments too! And it's lasted ages!! Hope their quality of stuff is still that good :)

Greeter was very friendly and nice. They have perfect seats near the window to watch performances, the hustle and bustle of beautiful New York city. It was nice to take break from shopping and view Times Square.

This location is well stocked and very clean. There are 3 floors, however the third floor was closed. The staff are friendly. Free wifi!
