"Let's start by saying that we like our equipment "

"Just as the many others say, extremely unhelpful and rude staff"
"TLDR; Good experience buying a bike initially, took off one star for having to come back to get re-tuned and scuffed front fender installation"
"I can't personally speak to their post sales service but that's because they won't get a sale from me"
Let's start by saying that we like our equipment ... in the end. However, as customers, my wife and I feel that we were not appreciated. When purchasing our skis and boots, the owner Brian indicated that the skis were not in. However, he said that skis were coming in weekly now and that he was filling in other people's orders fairly quickly. However, after a month, I called him and he stated that the skis were not in and that there was nothing that he could do. Surprisingly, a few hours later an employee called and said that the skis were in. We arrived to pick them up and found out that only my wife's skis were in. I spoke to Brian and he said that we should not have been called but there was nothing more that he could do. The problem is that we live out of town and that would mean another trip in to pick up my skis when they were to come in. A week later, my skis were in and I had Brian show me how the bindings worked. When I got home, I decided to check my wife's skis only to find that she has a different binding. No problem ... that was understood from the order. However, my wife's skis require a special tool to move the binding. This tool was not given to us when we picked up her skis. Now I was going to have to make another special trip into he city for this tool. Again, I want to state that the equipment is good. However, Brian should have been more honest with us about his difficulty in gettig equipment and misleading us in how long that we would have to wait. Scondly, having to make two special trips from out of town was unacceptable. After spending over a $1000 on this eqipment, we feel that we should have been treated with a little more respect.
DO NOT go to this store! Worst service ever! Kept my bike for 2 weeks telling me they had to order a new tire & it would be another 11/2 weeks till it would be fixed. After waiting & not hearing back I called to find out it was still not repaired. Stacey then calls me back to say they can't get the tire because it's an old Raleigh & this size tire is no longer made. She said I would have to replace the wheels which would cost approx. $200. & to take it to another store she spoke with, who could repair an older bike. I phoned a couple other shops & found one that actually carried the tire size & had it in stock. So Stacey's info was not accurate. I called Olympia back & spoke with Shayne & asked if they could take my bike over to the other shop, as I don't drive, am a senior, & they gave me poor service. I also mentioned the Owner had made negative comments about my bike when I brought it in, saying he had way better newer bikes in stock than mine. Essentially, mine was old & crappy! Shayne said "he found it hard to believe the owner would ever say that, because he loves all bikes". I asked Shayne if he was calling me a liar & it escalated into a yelling match, with Shayne screaming @ me & me yelling back. Then he cut me off & put the owner on the phone. The Owner said he didn't even remember me, didn't like me & told me no one at his shop owned a car so just come & get my bike as they would not deliver it anywhere. Icalled him an a**h**** & hung up. Disgusting for a business to get into a shouting match with a customer.
Just as the many others say, extremely unhelpful and rude staff. My first experience at this store was back in 2016 after my full suspension bike had been stolen. I walked in and was met by the "older man" who others are mentioning (who I'm pretty sure is the owner), and the first thing he told me is "oh you don't want a full suspension bike". Without even knowing my name, or my extensive cycling history that man had the audacity to tell me what I thought I wanted! Unbelievable! Now today, a teenager by the name of Graham was helping me out while he interrupted or spoke over me every time I tried to speak. It was so bad that the UNMASKED older gentleman in the shop had to remind Graham to "take it easy" so that he could get a word in too. Once I was finally able to explain what I was looking for he cut me off to say they don't have the $60 hand held tire pump in stock and would have to special order it because they "don't carry such high end items in store", after asking me about 25 times if I was sure I wasn't looking for a shock pump, and if I'm sure I was asking for the right thing (because he had never heard of it before). Within minutes of leaving the store I had ordered my fancy high end pump from the store across the street in the big yellow building, which I highly recommend you go to instead.
TLDR; Good experience buying a bike initially, took off one star for having to come back to get re-tuned and scuffed front fender installation. THE GOOD - Sales associate was very helpful; sized me, offered same brand alternatives as the bike wanted still needed to be built, gave me time to decide on what I wanted (did not have to pay for the bike until built or if I chose an alternative bike) - Free water bottle/holder - 20% discount on accessories for purchasing bike from them (no time limit) - Prioritized re-tuning my bike when I noticed gearing issues the next day THE BAD - Having to come back to get gearing issue fixed when it could have been tested and serviced properly the day it was built - Bought bike fenders, installed them some what lazily. Front fender is supposed to be zip tied but instead of using the pass through that holds the shift cable to the frame, they just zip tied it around the frame causing it to constantly shift and scuff the paint on the frame. Fender clearly has indents that make it possible to use two zip ties to hold both shift cable and fender instead of using four. (went ahead and fixed it myself, but could be a hassle for anyone who doesn't keep zip ties at home on hand. Plus scuffing of paint on frame is annoying on a brand new bike)
I can't personally speak to their post sales service but that's because they won't get a sale from me. I went in end of March 2019 to looks for a new bike. While I was in the store the owner came to help me. At the same time there was a Customer getting service on his bike chain. From one of the bike Mechanics After a couple minutes the owner turned to the mechanic and yelled, "Hey Zander, he only paid for a chain get him out of here.". The mechanic replied, "I'm just adjusting his bike" The owner retorted with the same type of response, " he only paid for the chain, send him on his way. We are way too busy." The tone in the owners voice was harsh and direct. To me it showed a lack of basic respect for both the customers in store and his employee who was just trying to satisfy a customer. Aside from the guy with the chain issue and me, there was only one more customer in the store. If the store was understaffed there is a better way to handle a situation like this to make a customer happy and still keep your staff on task, but yelling across a sales floor is not the way to do it. My bike was purchased at another store.
Worst and most disgusting/patronizing customer experience I have ever had. And after reading the reviews, seems on brand for them. Came in ready to spend around $1000 on two cross country ski bundles. The owner, who I was dealing with, laughed at me multiple times when I mentioned what I was looking for. At one point after he was holding shoes for me to try on, I mentioned I was pretty sure I had tried the same pair at another store—to which he looked at me and said “You think…? Well it’s really not that hard to remember”. In addition to other blatantly rude comments and behaviours, he also claimed multiple times that no other store in the city has the supply he has—that I have to “take what I can get.” Even if that was true I would never, ever give him the satisfaction of my business. Does this tactic really work for him..? I was able to find everything I needed at Alter Ego sports on Pembina (and the staff was BEYOND lovely.) At a time when I can get anything and everything online, it’s mind blowing that a business owner would treat a community member this way. Save your time and go to Alter Ego or Sampsons.
Olympia cycle and ski is a great store, with a lot of nice products. But the customer service is less than satisfactory, in my opinion. I ordered a ski bundle (skis, boots, poles) a few weeks ago, but were waiting on boots, as they had none in stock for my size. They ensured me (multiple times) that I would be receiving a phone call within the next few weeks, right when a new shipment arrived. I waited weeks without communication or a phone call. I finally called and they received a shipment, but they did not have my information/order history/name... nor did they have my name on a waiting list to receive my boots. They did not bring up a copy of the receipt or order history regarding this. It is not the end of the world, but I believe the store should be providing that information/service to their customers instead of the customers having to jump through hoops to receive their paid-for product. As well, I found some of the staff there condescending, impatient, and often mansplain. As a beginner skier, I did not appreciate this treatment, nor should customers ever receive this type of service from the staff.
regarding work order # 1974, where i brought my bike in for the third time because it wasn't shifting properly, it still doesnt work. this bike is one year old and hardly ridden last year. now I ride just about every day. your tech's remarks on the work order that the "customer needs to learn how to shift" is snide and rude. when I asked the front staff what does it mean to shift properly, they had no real response. they were very polite, and offered to look at it again if there was still a problem, but how many times do I bring it back? i do agree that i out a heavier grease into the derailer, but that was only a response to an ongoing problem, after taking it back for the second time, trying to fix it myself instead of bring it back, which I ended up doing anyways. I took it for a very short ride yesterday, and it still sticks going into the third smallest gear, but don't worry, I won't be bringing it back for warranty work or any other type of work. out of the people I have mentioned it to, I am surprised by the number that have had similar problems with the service dept at this location.
Owner Brian was extremely rude. When the conversation starts exactly like this "To be blunt, I don't know why my guys agreed to refund half the tune cost, we were only a day late". Sad, first off Brian, I didn't ask for a refund your guys offered it, secondly why not? Guess my time is worth nothing? On Monday, your guys told me the bike was tuned, I paid, tried it out on the street, to be honest I couldn't tell if a tune up had even been completed. As I was loading the bike up wondering why I just paid over $100 for a tune up, your guys came running out telling me NOTHING HAD BEEN done, they hadn't had a chance to get to it. That's why you refunded me $50, cause I spent 60 minutes on Monday to pick up my bike, then another 60 minutes on Tuesday again. Also, I was planning on coming back to purchase more product, your guys said the order would be in within the next two weeks. Everything about this went sour the moment you stuck your nose into it. I have no idea where your guys get their customer service skills from, but it can't be from you. Next time try introducing yourself first.
One of the Best Cycle and Ski Shop in the City. I am extremely frustrated by many of these intentional one star reviews that are just complaining about their bikes/skis arriving (much) later than expected. Have you perhaps, heard of this COVID thing that has been happening in the past 2+ years? And how it impacts the rate of stuff being made and transported? What do you expect small business owners to do when the shipping container that they paid 6x the price for comes in a few weeks later than promised? As a fellow small business owner, I want to vouch for Brian and his crew working there; they are some of the most helpful, honest and sincere people I’ve ever dealt with. Anyone who reads these reviews will find many others who, like me, are loyal customers of the shop for many, many years. And that alone should be a good indication that this is a place worth checking out, rather than being influenced by angry messages written by people who have only been there once.
Offended. The customer service was appalling this morning. Phoned to ask if they had three specific items in stock before driving to the city from west of Stonewall. I was greeted with someone who showed me I was basically annoying them and wasting their time. They said that the person who deals with bmx bikes was in tomorrow and I should come then. I agreed that would be the best if I needed expert advice. However I was just looking for stock of parts for today. After getting no where I said okay I guess I'll come tomorrow, and was told that was "only common sense". When I challenged this statement as rude, they used the excuse that they hadn't even had their first morning coffee when they opened at 10am. We then called the other Olympia location in West portage and had a excellent customer service experience!!! We have no problem supporting Olympia Cycle as a company however will never be going to or recommending the St. Mary's Rd location.
Was at this store earlier today to get my bike repaired as per my appointment I booked, one of the workers was very rude right when I came into the store. Was very blunt about my bike that it was not worth repairing it and that I’m just wasting my time with the bike. Did not like the workers attitude was not polite in any way, also making very rude facial expression. Kept repeating themselves over and over again. The worker was saying that the amount of money I spent on the bike was not worth it. At this point I was every annoyed/upset with the worker and decided to just take my bike and go home and get it repaired at another bike shop that with provide me the help I need with my bike. Very disappointed with this experience, the first time I went here the other staff were very nice and helped me with what I was looking for. Would not recommend to friends and family to go to this location.
I bought a second hand bike with some issues (I also fell off the bike on the derailleur because that's how I do) and Graeme was the person who walked me through what needed some TLC. I really enjoyed his detailed explanation, thoroughness, and patience with all my questions because I was interested in knowing what happened and not pay a fortune as well. He called me when some things weren't visibly in need of change to make sure we were still on the same page cost wise and I really appreciated that. To top all of that off, he is really kind and made me feel like we were friends in how he catered with care and speed for my bike. If you see this Graeme, thank youu, you are the best bud! <3
I was on the hunt today for a hybrid bike. Olympia was one of stops, and I can say I will NEVER be back. Not only did they leave customers waiting around for help, but the owner was also quite abrupt and rude. I found a bike and they told me they only had 1 left in stock (not built). They let me test drive one waiting to be picked up, I took it for a spin wanted to think about it so I left. After looking around some more i was confident that was the bike for me. I go back, take it for another test ride all to find out when it came down to purchase that they in fact did NOT have any left in stock. Needless to say, I wasted my afternoon on a garbage shop with brainless employees.
This is your long standing local bike shop under the same ownership for over 30 years. These reviews of first time customers that are outraged all have the same tune to them. They admit no wrong doing or sass but dump this outrage onto the owner and customer service for the silliest of reasons and wonder why they weren't appeased with the time of this very busy shop. Ego runs deep here for people buying sports equipment. Olympia is the most honest hard-working shop in the city. Sometimes mix ups happen especially during pandemic that are out of anyone's control. It seems like Olympia dodged a few bullets and wooddick can deal with them. Everyone wins :)
This was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I should have read the reviews prior and would have saved myself from this experience. I went in looking to purchase a bike and was told by an older gentleman (assuming the owner) from the reviews that I have read that I should take the bike immediately as it will be gone by the time I come back. He did not even take the bike out of the rack for me to sit on even though I asked. I left the store and went down the street to Westcock Cycle Works and the staff was beyond amazing! I purchased my bike and so pleased with my experience! Save your time and go to Woodcock Cycle Works!
If you want a full-sus MTB, this is likely NOT the place to go (call ahead). However, if you are in need of a hardtail MTB, roadbike, BMX or something to muscle through the snow (like a fat bike!) then you should go see these folks. Best service I've ever had with a machine of any sort. Had issues where the BB had been undercut by the manufacturer; Olympia fixed it proper. Recently had my apartment catch fire; these swell dudes are tending to my bike in its time of need (smoke and fire hoses are not good for shock/drivetrain components). Great team of people working here. Can't say anything but good things about them.
I was calling them about buying a bike stand. Since I had looked up prices online for the same stand, I asked if they could come down in price a bit to be more competitive. I mentioned two websites selling the stand for a lot less than their price. If they had given a 20% discount on it, I would have bought it. But the employee I was speaking to looked up the stand on ebay, instead of the places I told him. He became rude by saying, "Don't support your local stores! Buy it off ebay!" And hung up! I gave them a chance to help me "support" that store. In the end, I may get my discount anyway.
Everytime I leave the store, I feel like there is no point in coming back. Everytime I convince myself to stop in anyway, I remember why it feels like there is no point coming back. The customer service is poor (if anyone even greets you), the selection is poor, generally higher priced than most other LBS. The last time I popped in, I dealt directly with the owner, which further cemented my feelings about the shop. I'm surprised they are still in business when a much better experience is a 5 minute walk up the road.
I bought a new bike here 2 months ago and have had nothing but positive encounters since. Even if there is a glitch, the staff always strive to make it right and their positive, helpful attitudes are the shining glory to this establishment. Their prices are also more than reasonable with 20% off offered on all parts for the bike for one year (should I want new pedals, fenders or what not). Not to mention I got 10% off the original price of the bike as they were having a deal that week ! Could not be more happier.
A while back I bought a bike and was told it would be assembled in an hour. It wasn’t, the next day I called then was cussed at by Brian and graham. I went in my car to go get the bike and a week after having it the rear brake was broken so I bring it in for a free fix and was instantly disrespected and was blamed for the problem. It turns out I went to another shop and they told me that Olympic didn’t even put the bolts in. Overall horrible service and you should take your business down the road to woodcock.
the old man (seems from other reviews might be the owner?) is very rude and dismissed me when I walked in because they were 'too busy', without even asking why I had come in with my bike. I had bought my bike from them! I'd also had issues the year prior where they kept suggesting my bike "wasn't ridden enough yet" to warrant the free annual tune-up they promised me when I bought it. It's too bad. I'd love to give higher stars as some of the staff are WONDERFUL, but the one person is ruining it for the rest.
TERRIBLE experience. I brought in my bike to have new brake pads installed for me and to LOOK at my shifter, not touch it. Also to have my rear tire changed. Well these AWESOME people did one out of three things requested. They properly changed my tire... What they didnt have permission to do, was give my brand new bike a $75 tune up, without asking me. Change shifter cables, and add and bleed my hydraulic lines... without asking me. I will never come back and dont recommend this place to anyone.
I went to Olympia and bought a mountain bike when they had some guy with a warrant named Trevor, some other guy who served time named Shane who drank, some smarmy attitude girl named Paige and Graeme who thought he was an engineer and wouldnt stop talking about his classes at U of W. It was shameful when it came to treating customers. The owner is so condescending as well. When a place like Sport Chek can talk to customers with better respect, you know youre doing poorly.
Excellent experience. Just bought my first hybrid there this afternoon. Prices can't be beat and options for bikes (even during Covid) is great. Customer service was FANTASTIC: No pressure; as much information as requested; valued my questions and concerns; never felt judged for lack of knowledge; multiple test rides; made the experience fun, exciting, and completely stress-free. My family has been going here my for over 20 years for bikes and skis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Unbeatable customer service!! I went to Olympia to find out about XC skis and ended up buying a set. The staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and I did not feel pressured to buy anything. I felt like they were just as excited as I was about me getting into skiing! Overall best place to go for skis - they show you all models, offer advice on waxing and maintenance, and are super fun. Unbelievable staff! Can't say good enough things about this place!
I've been looking around at a lot of different bike shops in Winnipeg this store has a great selection of bikes of every kind All the parts and accessories you could ever need and they do bike repairs I will definitely be buying my next bike from them I had a great experience they treat the customer really well no pressure which is also nice change I highly recommend you go there for anything bike-related you need..
If I could have left zero stars I would have. I phoned to enquire about having a beach cruiser I bought online assembled. Cost, time, etc. The gentleman that answered the phone told me "$90, maybe more if it's complicated". He then rudely asked me why I would buy a bike online. This person must be allergic to making money for the business. I strongly recommend not dealing with such unprofessional behavior .
Nice people in my experience, and good work. BUT I was in there the other day and front desk guy was walking around, coughing multiple times and didn't once even attempt to cover his mouth. Being in there 15 minutes I worried I will end up getting sick. So inconsiderate. His poor coworkers. Someone teach this guy the basics about not spreading germs.
I went there to buy a bike and an older man who was working there was very rude cut me off half way through speaking . His mannerisms and attitude were so rude! I will never step foot in that shop again. I don't recommend going there at all. It's not worth supporting stores that behave this way to customers. Would rate zero if I could
I bought an xc ski package and dealt with Brian and truly couldn't have had a better experience! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Answered all my questions. Very friendly. Purchase of skis comes with 2 free lessons if desired at the Windsor Park Nordic ski centre. They were highly recommended and I would recommend them any day.
My favorite bike shop in all of Manitoba! I don't know much about Bikes, so when going to a bike shop... options can be intimidating. To trust the store owners they need to have a great personality and extensive knowledge in the industry. This shop provides this and more!! I highly recommend Olympia Cycle for ALL your bike needs.
I called to see if they had skis in stock. The owner Brian was very rude on the phone and actually raised his voice and then hung up on me. I will not support this business again. I understand they are very busy, and this was his excuse for being rude. There are fortunately a lot of other excellent cycle and ski stores to go to.
Ride and bike? Break a bike? Need a bike or some gear? Bring it here. Best shop in da peg, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repairs are fast and done right, the first time. Always my first stop cause it's always the only stop. If your bike is worth something to you, it's worth it to make the trip.
I just bought a $470 Brentwood hybrid on layaway. The customer service was excellent, very helpful. They give you a $42 gift card with purchase of a bike. With the gift card I bought a $45 u-lock with a cable for front tire, they just gave me the lock with no tax or difference. Two thumbs up. :)
Visited all the shops in Winnipeg and liked this one the best. After a few weeks of hunting down my new ride, I thought Olympia had the best value . Great spot for a test drive as you can boot down Lyndale for a scoot. Bikes are built mint, tuned liked pianos. Not your average shop.
I'm came into the shop looking for a new BMX bike and I was helped right away. The owner/manager was able to find something in my price point that much was better than what I was initially looking for. The employees know their stuff and I'd definitely recommend this shop.
Brian and his staff took the time to understand the kind of skier I am, and set me up for success with the perfect equipment. A lot more selection than I saw in other ski shops, and the package pricing was great. Very knowledgeable, very helpful people.
This is an amazing shop. High quality bikes and a superb repair facility. I have been a customer for over 7 years and have had nothing but excellent service since becoming a customer. I highly recommend this store for all your cycling and skiing needs
This was easiest the easiest shopping experience I’ve ever had. Went into to buy a cross country ski package and was out in under 20 minutes. Didn’t feel pressure to buy more then what I was looking for and staff was very knowledgeable and friendly!
I have being going here for a few years now and have being thoroughly happy with my purchases and have had Amazing service from Shane and co. Recently I have being building my own bike and they have helped me more than I can imagine. A+ Service
A resourceful community bike shop dedicated to serving all types of cyclists. I appreciate their knowledge to select the right components in customizing my bicycles with mechanical precision to deliver top-notch performance. Way to go Olympia!
Unfortunately I will not be doing business here in the future. Picked up a very expensive seat yesterday. Told them I also need a chain, guy says stop in so I did. Lol their allen key "mechanics" told me they needed to diagnose my bike and
Recently had my bike serviced. Fantastic job. Two days ago I had left my bike locked outside and someone stole the quick release bolt from my front wheel. They couldn’t steal the wheel because it was locked with the great chain lock I
Got our Xcountry ski sets ordered early! Brian was very helpful and genuine about making sure we will have a good ski experience. It sounds like we can get a ski lesson also when buying the boot/ski set... helpful for me, a beginner.
Unbelievably accommodating staff and excellent products. Stopped in today for some supplies in the middle of a cross-country bicycle ride and they took care of everything for us and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.
Super knowledgeable and helpful when I came looking for skis and got a phenomenal price on a package. Quality stuff and very friendly gentleman helped me. Will definitely be back for my cycle gear come warmer weather!
Bought a bike there and was very happy with the price and quality. I'm tall and normally find cycling uncormfortable. Staff took time to find a bike that fits me and is good for my purposes (mostly road, commuting)
They were awesome customer service and the parts guys didn’t have breaks for my sons bike and they took it off another one for me to buy I would highly recommend them always and big time thanks Shane and Rylee
Not a good place. I used to work there. I got to see the circus first hand. Shane, Paige, Graeme. Its funny to see by some of the reviews that some employees havent gotten anywhere after a decade.
Unfortunately, rude and unhelpful staff. I understand that it's a busy time, but customers deserve at least a basic level of respect when asking about products. I took my business elsewhere.
Excellent service and amazing products. We bought a bike for my son and couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much to Katherine for helping us find the perfect bike. I will be coming back for sure!
Bought a BMX here and I liked the bike and the service so much I brought two more friends to buy bmx bikes. Service is fast and accurate. It's nice to buy bikes from people who ride bikes.
I am never disappointed with the service and the care they have for their riders. I ride all year round and they think about my safety first before anything else. I will be forever loyal.
Awesome experience! Staff are super nice, the lady at the front is great and Shelby fixed my bike for me in 5 mins and I walked in without a call. Thanks alot guys I'll be coming back!
Me and my buddy are going across Canada and those guys where the best. They were really kind, helpful and professional. Best experience I had in a bike shop and I highly recommand it!
They fixed my little ones bike up for me.she so happy with what they did that i dont think i will go to any other place to get my bikes fixed. All i can say is geeat place to go
Walked in to purchase a new helmet and shoes. Didn't get acknowledged or even asked for assistance after walking around for five minutes. Left the store, never to return again.
I did a tune up here and my bike is as good as new! Also, I had a problem with my chain and this store helped get it fixed. Definitely will be coming back in the future!
I recently purchased an OSC ATKA parka. Wounderful service in store, unmatched coat quality and a great price as well. 10/10 would recommend purchasing a coat from here.
Very good experience, the people working there are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was shown the exact bike I was looking for, and I also got a smoking hot deal on it
We very much appreciated a warm family type vibe, no sales pressure, and knowledgeable staff. Looked several places and returned here for a very pleasant bike purchase.
We've bought two bikes from Olympia and have been very happy. Both times we dealt with Shane and couldn't have had a better experience! Best bike people in the city.
Shane and Shelby truly understood what I needed. It was great experience and appreciated their enthusiasm. My bmx is truly special and I have them to thank for it.
This is a great place to shop for a winter sports and all year round sporting equipment for the enthusiasts in your lives enjoy the holidays and drive safe!!!
Local long time bike shop that has served the community for decades. Friendly , efficient sales and service for all your cycling, and x-country needs.
Personal loving staff. Great shop with a real sense of community and relationship. Thank you for all that Brian and Shane have done. Great service!!!
Very thorough staff, answered all my questions didn't try to upsell me, just tried to get me what I was looking for. Super knowledgeable
Very friendly and helpful staff. Limited selection, but there's a lot packed into that tiny store. Happy to barter as well!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Shane was a rockstar to deal with. They will be my first call for any cycling needs.
That was easily one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had. Friendly, fast, and informative.
Staff was nice and fixed my tires, gears and brakes,, I have a bike and needs fresh definitely heading back
Very friendly attendans good service and their prices were reasonable. I would go back without hesitation.
Very nice and friendly staff. Always friendly and helpful. I got a great deal as well on my new bike
More then 24 Hrs to repair a flat tire The shop across the street done it within 15 minutes.
Knowledgeable staff happy to help, true advocates of cycling, quality work. Will go back again!
Employee was somewhat helpful, but the owner is very rude! Won’t be going back anytime soon!
Fun shop. Knowledgeable staff. Really seemed to care about their customer's experience.
Olympia is the best! They always have high quality products and great customer service.
Didn't honor warranty on new product.
