He thoroughly explained everything he was doing, provided a wealth of useful information, and was eager to share his expertise!

The best plumber I ever worked with. My main drain has been clogged once a year in the past few years. All other plumbers just did snake jobs to open the line without finding out why. And they came out in a reasonable amount of time for calling and were quick in fixing the issue. Omega Plumbing Service just did a big plumbing job for us. It took them 2 days for it was a lot of work. They solved our plumbing problems that we had been dealing with for years. I had no-shows twice with this company. Rearranged my schedule to be sure I was home both mornings and never had a call or explanation telling me why they didn't show up. Finally called to cancel the job and received no apology or explanation. I'd caution against using this company if you want someone timely/considerate.

Excellent service by Omega Plumbing Service .Joshua came when he said he would and fixed the blocked kitchen sink. Now we know not to dispose of pumpkin guts that way again. He even brought his own buckets. He was less cheaper than we were quoted.I fully recommend them.

Omega Plumbing Service did a fantastic job on the install of our hot water heater, toilets and sump Pump. They were punctual and even ended up staying way later in the evening to get the job finished in one day to ensure we had clean water. Top notch!!

Called and they called back. Said they’d come the next day because they were busy that day. After I sent them some information they never returned my call nor showed up. Called the main number and no answer. Ended up doing the work myself.

Called at 10:38am they said the tech would call soon. 8 hours later, no calls, no technician. I have called multiple times a day, always the same, they will call you in 10 mins... what a mess of a company

Absolute joke of a company. They’ll lie to you and say someone is coming and let you sit there all day. When the technician never shows, the dispatchers will blatantly hang up on you. Go somewhere else.

Very nice plumber .. Beware of the scam to join there membership club.. Read the details its does charge you yearly.... ( they didn't mention that ) Waiting for a cancelation email from them...

They charge $100 to just show up and give you a quote can't even tell you per hour rate. This is insane !

Look elsewhere - Someone else does the work for them. Rates are beyond expensive.
