When we purchased our new home, one of our prioritized home improvement projects was to paint the unfinished basement ceiling black. After researching local companies I came across OnDemand Painters and was immediately impressed by their years of experience and accolades. Timing of service was very important as we wanted to have the basement immediately after closing, to have the work completed before we officially moved in. Chris and Jarrod at OnDemand were extremely responsive, quick to answer any of my questions, and worked with us to schedule the job in our preferred timeframe. The OnDemand team arrived at our new home right on schedule and put a lot of care into prepping our home by laying down runners from the front door to the basement stairway (how thoughtful and courteous!). The team of three worked non-stop and completed the job in just one day - amazing! Considering how much thorough prep work goes into cleaning/taping/painting/post-cleaning we were very impressed with how efficiently everything was done. We did a walk-through with the crew and were thrilled with the result. After a day of drying, a team member returned to our home to do the final touchups (edgework, etc.) to ensure everything was perfect. We love how OnDemand Painters transformed our basement. Edgar the painter was lovely - super helpful, courteous, good communicator and went out of his way to help us. He was very considerate (especially of the fact that we brought a newborn home in midst of painting...) We were painting top to bottom of house with a complicated color schedule including a hallway with taping and different paints above and below - he did all that v well. The original team pulled out literally the morning they were due to start, so he stepped into the breach! I do think that due to the combination of circumstances (less time than needed, tight deadlines, one of his team members having a baby too!) He was pushed to get things done - so there were a couple of areas that were rushed. He has been excellent at taking my comments though and has touched up all the areas that I asked him to, and offered to come and do final snagging. Chris was very responsive too. Overall I'd say that perhaps the quality was 4.5 stars but the fact that circumstances were particularly difficult and Edgar so helpful and happy to correct anything that wasn't finished make it a 5. I would definitely recommend using OnDemand, but not being afraid to say if something isn't quite right.

Chris and his painting team were awesome to work with. Chris took the time to walk me and my wife thru the process and provide us with some great suggestions and options. It's been about 35 years since our house had been painted and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had very difficult wallpaper that needed to be removed and had some damage to some ceilings and walls. You can't tell it ever happened!! We ended up adding chair rail and wainscoting in our hallway and staircase that has provided us a much needed elegance to the house. We threw a couple of curve balls at them in the middle of the project and they pivoted quickly at a very fair price and still finished the job on time as promised. Edgar and his crew communicated well with Chris and us and were very hardworking and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it! It was a pleasure working with them. We are planning on using them again to repaint the office areas in our business. I would highly recommend going to Chris and allow him the opportunity to find you the right crew for your painting needs.

I was beyond impressed with OnDemand Painters. Chris incredibly responsive (via phone and email, which is always a plus when dealing with a busy schedule) and organized and made the process of organizing our small paint job a breeze. Additionally, his team was the best! (Jason was our lead painter). They were prepared, on-time, very responsive, and professional. We experienced a small mishap during the painting process and I was so appreciative and impressed with how it was handled. A huge gust of wind (thanks, Chicago) lifted the covering they placed over the bed and a small amount of paint splattered on our duvet cover. Jason and Tina were remarkable. They promised they could paint our entire new home interior and trim and doors in a timely manner, could eliminate the heavy smoke smell, and not have any bleed through from the smoke residue and they delivered big time. Needed to replace backsplash tile on both sides of kitchen. OnDemand painters were very quick in providing reasonable estimate and then, once when estimate was accepted and approved, they were prompt in getting us scheduled. As is seemingly normal, scheduled start date had to be pushed back a couple of days, but Chris was very prompt in notifying us and once work was started, I couldn't ask for more pleasant and professional workers. Will definitely keep them in our contact list for future projects.

From start to finish OnDemand Painters was wonderful to work with. The paint on the trim on our two story house was flaking off. They scraped and repainted for us. It was a 2 phase project and their drywall repairs were better than the company I hired for the drywall repairs so we had them take over the drywall scope in the 2nd phase of the project. He patched the hundred holes from pictures, few drywall cracks plus trim and wall paint. I could believe how good it looked! And half the time it would of taken me. OnDemand Painters came out and repaired our ceiling. We had some parts of it that had been repaired poorly by previous owners and OnDemand repaired it and it looks amazing. I would definitely use them again if we had more drywall issues. You cannot tell the cracks were there or were repaired. They were very responsive and very professional.
