I sent a request for quote on Tuesday 4 April specifying dates and location etc. Wednesday 5 April I received a query from the consultant allocated to my request, Aktaar, to which I responded. On Thursday I received another query from the same consultant querying information that I already provided. I proceeded to call their offices and speak to Aktaar. He assured me that I would have the quote by the end of the day on Thursday. I still have received no quote. Friday and Monday are public holidays so unlikely to receive a quote. Poor service!

The travel agents are very unreliable and do not respond to you. I've managed to plan and book three international trips in the last 2 months with other agencies all whilest waiting for 3 separate agents from One Stop who have yet to even bother contacting me regarding my queries after all relevant information was forwarded to them. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional. Act as though they are doing you a favor. Will never deal with them again.

Not worth a star rating , Services are extremely poor , agents did not give us the advertised hotels , was told the hotels given to us were better than that advertised , another agent , within the company told us the opposite and we will be refunded for breakfast as this is not up to standard 4 weeks later I still await a refund , agents are transferring us to different departments VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , I ADVISE NOT TO TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY A PROPER CLOWN SHOW

Emailed them for a quote and got no response. We phoned later that week and finally got a quote. We asked for slight alterations and we were told they would get back to us shortly. The only time they did get back to us is a week later after we asked AGAIN. We're still waiting for the updated quote 4 days after they said we would have it. Utterly unprofessional and staff are totally incompetent.

I am waiting for a refund for over a year and people like Seema and Fatima do not bother to give feedback or even respond appropriately to the numerous calls I have made. Time to approach the Ombudsman. I will not travel with this group again and do not recommend them to anyone. Very u professional group. Will not even give me the contact details of the bosses there. Shame on them.

We, a group of retired educators, went on a trip to Turkiye in May 2023. It was arranged by Poona of the Overport office. The price was good. The outing was great. Everything went according to plan. Our thanks and appreciation to One Stop, especially to Poona, for all her professional assistance, and for planning such an enjoyable trip.

Ask for Charmaine Munsamy because she takes excellent care of her clients, finds great deals, is patient about trying different routes, understands the aversion to long layovers and is just a nice person.

Ladies at the reception were very friendly and served with a smile. Waseela who assisted with travel insurance was very professional , friendly and very informative. She kept us attentive by having a conversation about travels and the need for travel insurance. Will definitely go to her when planning my next trip overseas.

Extremely disappointing services The person who I booked my parents holiday with, left work. Their meal preferences were clearly stipulated to the travel agent. They were a group of four and the hotel gave them rooms that were far apart, when I clearly stipulated that they are old and need to be together.

Insurance rip off as they only informed me of a compulsory Doha insurance 3 days before departure yet I purchased their recommended voluntary one for R900. Would have not purchased latter one had I known of the compulsory one. A RIP off and maybe one stop receives kick backs on all insurances

Very unreliable. Many people within groups complaining about this agency being irresponsible. Please consider other reputable agencies or book on your own. Especially if you don’t know much about booking, they don’t know much either. Uzair from this agency takes you from pillar to post.

Mission impossible to get through to this place. After many calls and emails finally got through to an agent who told me the price of the package they are advertising on their website has changed. She said she'll send me a quote with the updated price which she never did.

Mathew Renoy at the Overport head office was extremely good in arranging everything with efficiency and care. He was prepared to continously make adjustments to suit our requirements. His international service providers were super responsive.

They are quite a good company to deal with especially the manager Seema Sukdeo goes beyond the call of duty to satisfy clients. Can never make a mistake using them as I have been on many holidays and have been satisfied.

Absolutely the worst service ever. Dealt with two agents, one of them being extremely rude, and both of them being non-responsive to emails. They act like they are doing you a favor by explaining things and quoting you.
