Bought food from there last night and found maggots all through the chicken. You could see the maggots had been deep-friend in the chicken and it was disgusting. My partner has just spent the last half hour at work throwing up. This is very poor and i will never be going there again

Honesty the worst store ..manager is rude the team has no communication with one another people treat you bad and bully you I wouldn't go there not worth time or money people are rude I got food from there and it was absolutely disgusting chicken wasn't cooked chips were soggy ewww

The food is consistently well made and tastes great everytime; definitely my favourite fast food. I had a worker mix up my app order once but she instantly offered to make my meal again and gave us free drinks for our wait, so there has never been a problem as far as service goes.

Slowest food known to man, expect to be waiting in the drive thru for 30 mins, what a joke AVOID !!! The management on this shop should be fired, understaffed on a Saturday night and making people wait that long to get food……..I’ll never return to this shop !!! More

I regularly had to wait up to 20 minutes to receive my order. On an occassion where they botched my order, I waited a total of 45 minutes to receive the correct order. I receuved no apology and no compensation for my time. I now refuse to spend my money there.

First time at Oporto, currently have been waiting in the drive through for 40 minutes and still haven’t gotten our food. It took 15 minutes for the car in front of us to get there food. I feel sorry to the 4th car that is waiting behind us

Whilst I've enjoyed frequently coming to this oporto i believe it's time to stop. The food quality has dropped massively with very inconsistent meals coming out. Sometimes i'll get my meal somewhat cold with soggy chips and yet i'm paying

May as well ordered salt with some chips , ordered the soggy Tropicana burger as meal deal with extra meant to been a large size chips. Away above the healthy salt level , I'm sure if it was taken for testing the salt on the chips

Half an hour in the drive through just to have our order read back to us at the window to be wrong, I understand you guys cook food fresh but for someone to be waiting 30 minutes for food isn’t very good, you can do chips at the same time

I recommend the pulled chicken bowl when you don't want bread. Beautiful. 2nd time got the chicken salad bowl and added avocado. Yuk. Iceberg, tomato, chicken. That's it. And $2 extra for a pathetic squirt of avocado. Very disappointing

Went through the drive through and they didn’t even remember what we ordered, burgers were so bad and seemed like they were just careless, we asked for chilli and got no chilli. Chips were the only thing saving the meal

Took forever, specifically asked if something had meat in it and was told it was vegetarian which it wasn’t. Also asked for two traveller pies and got 2 sausage rolls instead. Chips were great. Won’t go there again

Meal was good (Bondi Burger Box) on a 40 degree day. But forgot the bacon I paid for on the burger. Didn't take a receipt as I like to reduce waste. Will pay more attention next time before I leave.

Tremendous Service! Come here most of the time and always get my favourite, Chilly Cheese Chips they are amazing if your a fan of chilly. The chicken is always cooked to perfection.

Sitting in the drive thru with nobody else in line waited for 22 minutes exactly so I just drove off with no food I mean I'm patient but there's a limit man just lazy staff I guess
