Would not use this company again waited half an hour before I got the van so slow in doing there paper work. When I returned it another half an hour to just check it in. I was told my deposit of $500 had been processed and would be back in my bank with in two to four working days. I received a copy of supposing credit and was not the correct amount I then rang to query this and was informed had been charged wrongly and it would amended . But I was lied to by two people that it had been processed to go through to my bank But it had not been because they are only allowed to process so many refunds per day. Not a great way to run a business As I have said I do not recommend this company to any one Service is Very Poor To had to this I was contacted contacted by there manger and asked via voice message to change my review this Person who stood in front of me and said your refund had been processed and it would take 2 to 5 days lied as it had not been processed only because I found a decrement in the amount and contacted them other wise it would not have got the correct amount back Think about this why was I asked to changed my review as they new they where in the wrong again I will in the further use a company who no KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING

Completely outdated policies & procedures. Wanted us to email a photo of the front & back of a credit card to file in their "secure credit card vault" which every staff member has access to. Not PCI compliant or secure in any way. Would not accept payment on a digital credit card in apple pay either. Our staff member had to pay on her own card. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Completely unacceptable in this day & age. EDIT: I have since been contacted by the company 3 times to ask me to change my review. I will not be changing my review as it is an entirely true reflection of my experience. The fact that they continue to contact me after I have made it clear we will not be using them again & will not be changing the review is incredibly intrusive. Would give zero stars if I could.

Rented a 7 seater for the day. The process was quite straightforward. It has been a while since I last rented a car, but the $500.00 deposit (not pre-auth) was a bit different, over the cost of the rental. I did also take up the additional insurance, so didn’t quite understand why I needed to also put down a $500.00 deposit. The lady at the front counter that served us attended to our request (extra insurance), however could have been a bit more customer centric. She did come across a bit cold. The returns process was quite straightforward, however getting a bond back to my account did take the entire 5 business days, which was a bit annoying. All in all quite a transactional experience, however in this competitive environment, there was no “delight” factor.

I made a last minute decision on a recent Saturday afternoon to hire a truck to assist in a move. Angela assisted me with my phone enquiry and Sharon greeted me upon arrival at Castle Hill. Sharon took me through the paperwork and explained the operation of the truck and rear lift. She reminded me (several times) to make sure that my e-toll tag was operational. She even called me to ensure I had it working. When I was running late to return, she advised me on where to refuel. The truck was great, newish, easy to operate and performed well…except fuel costs blew out! Be aware of MUCH higher consumption than for a car or 4wd. A fabulous experience, and I look forward to hiring from Orana again.

Not very friendly or helpful, upon returning our rental which was hired for 4 weeks and spending a lot of money we were treated very rudely, by the woman who works here on Sundays. She demanded we fill up the tank when it was already on full and demanded we provide a receipt which is absurd because the gauge said full. She finally relented when she realised she was not able to scam us

Great portal to book a car, but needed work company director to make payment via credit card who is based interstate. This presented a problem upon car collection as they needed to be present. Siobhan patiently worked through with my director and her team to resolve the issue with signed autho docs. I was out and away in no time to get on with things.

Rented a truck from the Castle Hill office on the weekend. Was very impressed with the level of service received and the vehicle provided. Even came equipped with a tail lift to make my move easier! Will definitely be recommending Orana to my friends and I am happy they opened an office in Castle Hill which is conveniently located close to me.

I had some disappointment about their regulations regarding filling up the fuel after use. But I was contacted by a staff who understood my disappointment and dealt with it in a very thoughtful way. It's not about the money but about kind and thoughtful manners through with they responded to a customer like me. Feeling good now!!!

I can say the service and professionalism that Angela has provided is at its highest possible. At 5:30pm she has gone out of her way to provide us with a truck as she knows we are desperate. Service like this is rare to find these days in this type of industry. Many thanks Angela

I hired an 8-seater from them recently. From the first phone call to the hiring and returning process, everything was smoothly handled. The vehicle itself was well looked after, and new and the rates were competitive. I would definitely return to them for my car hiring needs.

By far the cheapest truck rental place I have ever used. Truck rental for 2 days with excess reduction, additional driver and 1700 of extra kms for $880. The truck was new and the staff at Castle Hill were super helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend! :)

Hired a truck for moving first time from here and had an excellent experience. Customer service and staff were superb and a modern truck with tail lift and was new with all needed features. I have found my new rental company for future hires.
