The staff members are exceptionally friendly and provide you with expert advice. The service is the reason why they have been in business for so many years. The advice based on budget and needs as well and have a large variety of watches and jewelry perfect for every occasion.

Visited them in March 2020 before lockdown. Called them in Sept 2020 to inquire about a product I saw there in March, Mohamed was extremely helpful and efficient and had found the item I was referring too. He kept the item aside for me and my fiance flew (we're based in CT) in on 25 sept to buy the item. My fiance was also impressed with the service he received from Mohamed when he got to the store!

I was very impressed with the service my husband and I experienced at Orient Jewellers. They went out of their way to obtain the necklace I was looking for. Their price was a great deal less than the same item at jewellers at the Cresta Centre. I will definitely shop there again.
