Keshia is delightfully friendly and welcoming. Her deep tissue massage was fantastic as I could immediately feel a relief within my upper neck after the first session. I felt that her personal service and follow up skills were exceptional too as this is a rare commodity these days. She also advised some great self-therapy tips I could try while at home. She is also very meticulous about hygiene which is great considering the current state of events. Definitely recommend her to anyone seeking proper professional advise and care.

I've gone to Keshia 3 times now. She has definitely become my go to physio. I had a severe quad pull just few days before a big race and Keshia worked magic on it. Managed to complete the race (30km) with no issues. If you're looking for a good physio I would definitely recommend Keshia.
