HORRIBLE. As they continue to sell products that fail to work, their no return or refund policy defines the height of being unprofessional. Before leaving the store, please assure that your products are in good condition, of quality and work or be prepared to be jipped for your money.
The old guys are always nice to me; they like to screw around with prices on stuff sometimes. Young guy is not nice and shouldn’t give him any respect.
