Amazing pharmacy! Such friendly staff who are so caring and loyal to their customers. I have been coming here for years... I moved away for a while but ended up coming back to PM Williams chemist because I could not find a service like this anywhere else. Nice touch to have a room to discuss things with the pharmacist. Also, they always have my medicine ready on time. If there's any issue with stock they are extremely quick at ordering in the meds. A special shout out to all the staff during this pandemic - these keyworkers never shy away from work. I know they have been going above and beyond to help their customers during these times. Sometimes I feel though certain key workers don't get enough recognition, this includes pharmacies (this one in particular!!). Thanks again for all your help over the years!

The least I can do is leave a 5-star review here as the staff were generally very friendly although they didn't have anything to gain. I'll be going there more often. Details: I was looking for a particular medicine and ended up in this pharmacy after many failed attempts to find it. The pharmacist didn't have it in stock. However, they explained to me why this was the case (there was a manufacturing issue), suggested to me a few pharmacies I could try looking at that might have it in stock etc. Overall, we had a very nice chat and I appreciated it!

Overpriced paracetamol at £2 a pack!! Asda selling same pack for 30p. Aldi and Lidl selling for less than that. Limited numbers and decreasing numbers of shoppers now has stopped stockpiling. I couldn’t get to the shops because of my shift work as an emergency worker, my family are in isolation and needed it. I was told if I came back later in the day the price may change!! This is not what you should be doing in the current climate. I read in the news the top end of selling paracetamol is £2 a pack which is extortionate! Shame on you!

The worst pharmacy ever! All they care about is the procedures and regulations instead of helping patients. The NHS doesn’t provide medication and the pharmacy doesn’t sell the medication because apparently its against their rules and regulations! Peoples lives and health is nothing compared to some paper work!

Everybody is friendly and does a good job. I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years and they have always my medication in stock. Flu jabs and my medication always get from here. Reasonably priced and dont force you to buy anythin unecessarily always trying to help us to save us money

This pharmacy made my day. I went searching for Skyns XL condoms everywhere on Sunday afternoon and this pharmacy had it in stock. The young gentleman that served me was very happy for me and I will be visiting there often now.

Always a good experience, friendly staff, happy to help. I turned up whilst they were shutting shop, lights off and their coats on and they were willing to go back to get my prescription! Would recommend.

Close to station Parade bus stop. They sell Verset Perfumes in all sizes. Must try the testers. Also their cosmetic range Kenfay is good as well.

Friendly, caring staff, always going above and beyond. Even though I no longer live in the area, I still get my prescriptions sent there.
