TOOK VEHICLE TO THE GARAGE AND THEY DID A FULL CHECK OVER AND CAME BACK WITH A LIST OF FAULTS, INCLUDING A BROKEN COIL SPRING - HE SOLD ME A VEHICLE THAT WASNT EVEN ROAD WORTHY, THEN AGREED TO REFUND ME BUT REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FULL REFUND -KEPT NEARLY 300 OF MY MONEY AFTER I HAD PAID FOR THE BRAKES TO BE FIXED AS WELL !!!! Hi we purchased a car that we found on autotrader from Passion Cars reg: MV62 0NS. Ford focus. Within a few days we noticed the car vibrating, We went to a ford garage nearby, they told us that its the clutch. When we called passion, The manager told us that that he doesnt trust Ford garages (wdf ?!?) and we had to pay an independant garage, who guess what told us the same thing. We Also then found out that the lied about having new brake pads in the front if the car too. Now we dont speak very good english but hes thinking we are stupid. we called him and text him a number of times but 4 weeks later hes has not done anything. Hes saying that the clutch is not covered in the warranty and that it passed its MOT. So it must be ok right.? This is not a problem with the warranty, this is a mis-sold car, full stop! This car is not fit for purpose and demand a full refund. We are so stressed and now stuck with a vehicle thats not working, we reported this to our finance company who also has tried to contact him and are investingating. We are now going to trading standards and the motor ombudsman.

AVOID . Purchased a fiat 500 semi automatic from this dealership back in July. On my very first journey my car stopped several times. Leaving me stranded with my 2 year old in the back. Reported to passion cars, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the car as it had passed the MOT. I drove the car again and the same problem arises leaving me stranded yet again. There is a serious engine failure with this car. Once I mentioned the reviews to the owner who doesn't speak very good English, he said he will not be collecting the car and that I am responsible for any faults with it!! Now I am left with a car I cannot use as it was sold to me not being road worthy. I've read other reviews on here about people having the same issue with this dealership, althought a few fake reviews have been added since to make them look more professional. I'm now seeking legal advice. AVOID this place like the plague. They sell you dodgy cars that could put you and your children's lives at risk.

Great place - bought a used car from here on the 29th/08/23. The car was is the same condition as seen on the website. Staff were great .Nathan answered all my questions and dealt wirh the paperwork very efficiently. Sales process was very easy and there was no pressure. Terrible experience bought a car with some issues and led along to believe they would resolve the issues and it has never materialised. The dealer is very difficult to contact and we are left to resolve the issues ourselves and the finance company they recommended were less than helpful.
