Unfortunately our trip was not as good as expected. The venue is great, however we booked to do both bowling and American pool. There were not enough bowling balls available, we had to ask the staff to get the ball sizes needed (7&8) which they did not have any more of so they took from the other lanes which people were using so they caused a bit of an issue, and not even all lanes were in use. Would have been even more difficult if all lanes were being used! We then went on to play American pool. We were given British pool balls (smaller balls then American pool balls) which aren't right for the table, when we asked for the right pool balls they brought use an American pool ball set, yet still had a small British pool white pool which we had to play with - not the best considering how much you pay to play and how much a set of replacement balls costs. The staff were great in all instances in trying to help, but the venue needs to invest in more spares (balls & cues) and repairs to make this worth the price you pay. Similar trips to Lane 7 and Roxy's in Liverpool were better experiences for us.

Very expensive bowling .. £8 per person per game . For two games, it cost £48 for 3 of us . That's way too pricey for many budgets, I suspect. Though it was a one-off . fun activity, I would not pay that again . Again, it is a very noisy environment for those of us with hearing impairments . But you can enjoy a quieter space in the front window area. The young staff are wonderful . Friendly, always smiling. The sunday roasts are amazing . However they ran out of food yesterday so we picked from the menue . Some nibbles and what tasted like low-grade chicken strips . The aubergine chips were overcooked . Peppers were tasty, and of course, a chip is a chip. Sweetcorn portions arrived, and there were only 2 pieces, so we had to reorder a third portion . The dessert took such a long time . The manager kindly offered them to the house .

I’m giving them a two overall because I planned to have my 30th birthday party at the VIP bowling part, but they couldn’t do food or allow me to bring just a birthday cake in. Nobody was around asking whether we wanted drinks whilst we were VIP bowling. Wanted to give a one review rating but there was a lady who was blond haired at the top floor who was quite helpful. Sorry I didn’t get your name. Pins social club! Please get more staff like her; who are helpful, willing to make customers happy. Also it was good live music, we enjoyed that. To conclude, if you want to go there for a party don’t do it. But if you want to go for dance and drink without care for good customer service. Then Pins social club is the place to go for that.

Went for a work night out. Had a table on the rooftop where there's not really a bar worth talking about, in that you can't go and get a drink at the bar unless you like standing in a larger than normal queue. It's set up to be app based, which would be fine, if drinks were actually served in a timely manner, which they're not. Waiting 20 minutes after ordering via the app for one round of 4 drinks (no fancy cocktails, just 2 beers and two rums). Drinks are expensive for the level of service. Food was alright, quicker than the drinks to be fair and was good but that's more on the vendors who are franchises rather than Pins own staff. Wouldn't go again if I had the choice.

Recently came in for the Sunday feast, which was the complete opposite. Prices are extremely high for below average food. Food came out in dribs and drabs, 4 minute wait for gravy plus an extra 2 minutes to find out if one portion was vegetarian. All the veg was cold. The beef was asked to be served pink, which they offer on the menu but was overcooked and extremely fatty. Burnt Yorkshire puddings which were clearly inedible. The prices for the drinks are extremely extortionate £4.50 for a pint of coke! They then add on a 12.5% service charge which is not stated as optional, for the service we received this was a complete and utter joke. Definitely would not recommend especially for a roast dinner unless overpriced, cold, and burnt food is your thing.
Enjoyed my experience here with friends, plenty of activities and opportunities to play the games. The food options are good, was slightly frustrated by the bar staff, three different people were filling up fridges instead of serving, and then ignored me and my boyfriend who were clearly waiting for drinks, and kept missing our turn in bowling whilst we waited. Another guy to our left was then served shots before us, we were the ONLY 3 people at the bar at the time Otherwise a really good night, and LOVE that they have new exciting places like this instead of just another boring bar.
Stood in the line for literally 45mins, 2 of us waiting the person infront of me ordered for literally 17 other people. The fact that they allow more people to skip past me and keep ordering isn’t okay. Got to my turn at 18:59 and the bar tender refused to serve me the 2 for 1 deal, mean while they were slow with the other order and were even having conversations with me and know how long I’ve been waiting. Poor customer service

Decent place, especially for groups. Only down side for me was that Guinness is only served on the first floor so being in a group on the ground floor means you're having to go upstairs for a round and carry back downstairs. I asked why there was no pump downstairs and was told it was due to Guinness not being popular enough. It won't be if it's not available in the main bar area. Barring that, the place is clean, staff are pleasant and prices are competitive.

Amazing place, lovely efficient staff. Our server Jack was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we all had drinks etc. Food was amazing if not slightly unusual as it was a Christmas dinner but a help your self buffet style which is a little strange in a really busy bar but saying that, the food was bloody amazing!!!! Can't thank everyone enough for making our night so great. Side note, to the ginger barman, you make a wicked Old Fashioned!!!

Great place, with great nice vintage and retro atmosphere. Live entertainment from Thursday to Sunday. They have got a vast selection of spirits and liqueurs, a great cocktail menu. Lots of activities including bowling, shuffleboard, beer pong, ping pong, a private karaoke room. All this added to their nice vintage style dining area. Which has great food in collaboration with Bacaro and Rocket and Ruby. Dont miss out on this new venue if you are visiting Liverpool!
The pins social club in Duke Street is an absolutely fantastic establishments mixing modern and old vintage style it brings about a uniqueness to Liverpool which unfortunately not seen enough nowadays. I went there for weeks ago for business networking meeting and just the atmosphere of the place made you want to just jump up dance took train and have an amazing conversation of highly recommended to anyone the prices are fair and just being there was a joy
Great venue with numerous activities, including 10-pin bowling, pool and table tennis. Service always good and atmosphere at the weekend is good. Food is above average, but you don't go to a venue like this food top quality food. With bars on each floor, the rooftop bar is by far the best. Well located on Duke St, it comes well recommended.

We had an amazing time here! The place is huge, plenty of tables and or space at the bar so enjoy your drinks and food either before or after some games. We booked two lanes and went with some friends from work, great bonding activity compared to the boring meals somewhere else. They also have a pool table. Food was good as well, and so were the cocktails – which are £5 each at the moment, if you go during happy hour.
Came for beer pong - worked out as 8 pound each between 8 of us but only get 5 cans of hooch. It just didn't seem worth it for the money. I love the place itself and will be back to try the karaoke the food we ordered arrived quickly ,was hot and delicious. Recommend ordering the peppers.

Went out for a friends birthday and we choose this new venue. What a winner it was! Honestly unbelievable vegan platter deserves a mention that was unexpected and so tasty! The atmosphere, cocktails and activities all served us so well we had an absolute ball! The picture is of the ladies upstairs bathroom were we literally had a private party filled with photos. So much fun! Will definitely return
Worst staff ever..... nobody is even willing to hear you..... even if you're talking nicely they will just throw u out and even be rude to girls and actually push you. The vibe itself is not that good and the live music sucked. They don't care about any of their customers and don't know how to operate the place.

We attended on Friday 9th for our works Christmas party and had booked the mezzanine/spare room area and it did not disappoint. Jenn who I have been dealing with since we first booked this has been so helpful and the team on the night were brilliant and so accommodating! 10/10 for food, drink, service and a great atmosphere!
Booked our works Christmas party in here for the bottomless brunch. Amazing is an understatement. All the staff were friendly and attentive and solved any issues straight away (we only had 1 minor issue) it's looking like we will book for next year too. The drinks flowed and the pizza was hot and tasty. We had so much fun.
We had a fantastic time when our group booked a Karaoke room. The selection of songs was decent, and the room was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. However, we did experience some frustration with the slow drinks service. If the bar had been more efficient and quicker, we would have ordered more drinks.
Bouncer was incredibly rude to one of our group members for wearing jogging bottoms/dealt with it very unprofessionally. Quite ironic because the bar was empty and could’ve done with 5 customers.. If you’re looking for a bowl/drink you can go to Gravity Max or Lane 7 instead, much friendlier atmosphere!
Quality music great Saturday night out reasonable prices and excellent table service Great place for a celebration special occasions. Or just to go out and have great night playing ping-pong. Or any if the games they also have there .They serve food aswell till 10pm
We went to PINS for our work Christmas party. The staff were amazing, they provided a great, friendly service. The food was nice, and the games were a nice little extra and something different to the usual night out.

A really fun place on three floors. Bowling was so enjoyable and the bar staff made excellent Tommy margaritas. Live music was superb and above all, staff were absolutely chilled about us bringing a dog throughout, any time of the day and night. Just brilliant.

Really good pizza, crust is really big and some was burnt otherwise thisd be 5 star. Pizza doughnuts were nice, big portions. Pepperoni pizza was great, buffalo pizza was ok, good level of spice but would've been nice with more sauce and some seasoning on the crust.

Didn't know what to expect when this was booked. You can play pool, bowling and shuffleboard. Plenty of bars on each floor and good atmosphere. We played shuffleboard then went downstairs for some drinks and to listen to the live music. Great layout.
Great place to go for a night out. Bar staff were very attentive and helpful, didn't have to leave the bowling alley as bar staff took orders and returned with the drinks. Recommend if you enjoy bowling, pool and other bar games or just a night out!

Lanes didn't work, expensive drinks, far too warm, no option to fix the lane ourselves had to wait too long to just end up moving lanes. Don't bother as the prices are absolutely not justified for the bowling More

15 staff members were on a work night out. We had a very negative experience with the shift Manager and security staff on duty on the 21/04/23. Very Poor management style and customer service.
Really good place to have dinner. You can play bowling, ping pong or some other options. Good beers and good service. The good is good but can be better that’s why I don’t give 5 stars here.
Boss place, out door open ceiling was lovely to sit outside. The Q to get in at 5pm ish was a bit silly 1 in 1 out felt like I was back in the day of clubbing. But overall great place to go
