Staff has so far seemed unknowledgeable. Attempted to enroll in online banking and was unable to. Called the helpline and was circled in the phone tree for 4.5 minutes due to not having a user name (literally what I was calling about). Talked to the first person who could apparently access the enrollment link. Transferred me to someone else who could never seem to verify the account. Terrible service, worse technology. Bank somewhere else.

Has the WORST customer service EVER !!!! They keep charging my account all these fees when there is money in the account!! I work in a billing department and I am fully capable of reading and understanding bills and statements and in their case 1+1 is not equaling 2 !! I want them to just close this account !! They have charged me for the LAST time !!!

These guys are the most friendly and helpful people I've EVER encountered at any bank. I had issues in the past with another BBVA branch in another state, but ever since I opened an account with this branch, I have nothing but fantastic things to say!

I wanted information on Money Market Account rates and was told I would have to come in and talk to an advisor. Shame on them.

They withdrawal down to 1$ bills. Im a happy guy. You can takeout 4,321 if you needed to.
