If you are looking for a awfull customer service, or she not only disrespect you as a job role, but also as person "you are not a customer. Get out!", rude arrogante, and freak, look for Marlon, there you will get not only that, but more. I went to help a friend, but since he was the customer not me, she didnt spoke at a good way, but with an atitude, that any customer service person would repremend. She was completely rude arrogant, as soon, she said that, out side her office, i was on the phone with PNC Bank, until she snap, and start to yell with me saying that i couldnt be there using my phone. Unbelivieble, because i using a phone with the bank. Worst experimience and i tell u, only experience like that in my life, didnt help at all, lost a lot of customers like tgat, and looks, that if you are not a customer, dont step there, she will treat you bad, specially if its foreign like me, she will treat you bad, THEY DONT WANT NEW CUSTOMERS
If you want great customer service make sure you steer clear from the BBVA. Specifically the “associate” Dawn. She is rude and condescending as well as treats clients as less than human. It is inconceivable that any branch would allow her to have interactions with anyone who wishes to do business with this branch. Dawn Morris is by far the worst banker I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Less than helpful and spiteful towards this small business owner. It is apparent that she as well as Ryan Jowers do not care about their clients at all. I have overdraft protection for my account. Nothing past 0. Yet I wake up to 10 overdraft charges. Not to mention while sitting across from her desk you can smell the alcohol on her breath. Something should be done about this unprofessional atmosphere and this despicable customer service before BBVA loses more clients.
This is a bank that uses "behind the scenes " actions to penalize your account. I have received an NSF fee while my account balance was positive. I called to ask for an explanation and was told that whst I see when I pull my available balance off of the ATM or my online banking information, is not really correc???What? No there is some other formula that bank uses, that the account holder doesn't have access to??? WHAT...SO the account holder never really knows what's in their account, only the bank! Biggest load of buckshot I ever heard. Chaning banks asap

Had a charge on my card that wasn't mine, and brought it to their attention. They cancelled my card with the understanding they could issue me another immediately. Then came back and told me machine was down and I had to wait for one in the mail. Annoying but dealable. What wasn't dealable was the attitude of the lady who was my teller. Totally disrespectful and rude. BBVA was a good bank. PNC is one of the worst in my 64 years I have ever dealt with. I will be looking for a new bank.
Did not do business with this bank because they expected me to present a debit card instead of accepting my government issued driver license for a $50 check from Morgan & Morgan lawfirm. I found that very suspicious speaking as I didn't have to do that to cash an almost 4,000 check from my attorney from PNC bank a few months ago.
Been a customer at this location for both my personal & small business accounts for more years than I can remember. Excellent personal customer service. Has the feeling of a small town where everyone knows your name. Less bank fees here than any of the larger banks I’ve used in the past. This branch is great.
3rd time this month that I go to this location and the ATM is not taking cash deposits. I have bills coming out tomorrow and I can’t get cash deposited into my account outside business hours. I drove to a different location and I run into the same issue. Third time is a charm, wish me luck.
This PNC bank HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Why are y'all so rude?? If y'all don't like working here than go find another job instead of taking your anger and frustration out on customers!!!

Dawn Morris was exceedingly rude to me when I called inquiring about an unauthorized charge. She was so bad that I filed a complaint against her with Corporate.
