I feel played by this company. Paid 250 for the toilet to only end up not working. Before I called this company at least it was working. They have an incredibly weird organization. They send someone over to assess. Caleb came to check it out. He went back to his car and came back in 20 min later after someone else (Gabriel) from the company called to explain the 3 solutions they had. Not sure why a 2nd person was involved when a tech was with me in person. Don’t know if they didn’t trust him to do the job alone or they just wanted to group up to figure out a way to charge me higher. They stated they do this in order to have standard pricing across the board. Anyways after the work was done I was very upset because now I’m out 250 and the toilet flow is absolutely at 0. Gabriel called again because he heard I was upset from the guy who came to do the work. I explained to him the situation and he didn’t know how to work with me so he just passed his phone off to his boss. The boss tried explaining that there was a miscommunication and stated an additional 125 or something would be needed in order to have a complete fix. I was desperate and said sure go ahead but towards the end changed my mind because the service I had already been given was so poor. Now I am out 250 and no longer have a functional toilet. Save yourself and find another plumber to work with.

Palette came referred by the HOA in my community and I can absolutely see why they are the community's go to plumber. I had a sewer system back up and originally called them for a second opinion and a work estimate. Within a day Gabriel arrived at my house and provided me a very thorough evaluation of the work, including multiple approaches for the work that had to be performed. Gabriel was incredibly professional and was able to walk me through the process and possible next steps. He was able to answer all my questions and provided great insights in doing so. Palette quoted me to perform the work the same another company had billed me to diagnose the issue and provide no resolution. At no point in the process I felt like Gabriel was trying to take advantage of me and my naivete in the world of plumbing. Instead he made sure I understood all steps in the process. The day after the quote Gabriel and Jyheim arrived to start working at 7 am. Within four hours they had dug out the pipe, cut out the old rusted clean out, installed the new clean out, cleared the sewer obstruction, and replaced the dirt. I am incredibly grateful for the service provided by Gabriel and Jyheim, and the quality of work Palette provides. I've already recommend them to some friends.

I called this organization after hours, with an emergency. Within thirty mins a technician by the name of Q Johnson had called me to provide his ETA. Upon his arrival Q was informative on the issue as well as on my options. All prices were reasonable and Q walked me through each option in detail. Mr. Johnson also did not want me to be uncomfortable in my home overnight, instead, he stayed until 10pm working on our home. Mr.Johnson was honest, hardworking, and over communicated his timeline as well as just educated me on how to identify an issue before it gets bad - showed me how to read the water meter and even pointed out some things to keep on eye on. If you are looking for a plumber that you can trust, who is not trying to just make a dollar, and that truly cares about providing great customer service and a long term relationship - this is it! I have never experienced a more honest interaction with a plumbing company. Thank you Q Johnson. Love, love, love Palette Plumbing! Gabriel was awesome. Since we moved into our home 2 and a half years ago, we’ve had issues with laughably low water pressure in the shower in our guest bathroom. We chose to ignore it because we’ve never really needed the shower, but it became more and more irritating over time and we finally decided to contact a plumber. Gabriel was honest with his diagnosis (gave us 3 estimates actually and clearly talked through all 3!). At his advice, we went with the most expensive estimate, which I think will save us headache in the long run. He ended up being able to fix the issue the same day he came out, which saved us a lot of time! Doing the work itself, Gabriel was quiet, tidy, respectful, and unobtrusive. My husband and I were taking work calls and hardly even noticed that he was here, despite the fact that the bathroom he was working in is in the middle of our modestly sized home. 10/10 stars all around. From my first phone conversation with Sherry(sp) to meeting the technician, Gabriel, I was treated with respect, genuine concern for my plumbing issues, and understanding. Never did I feel that Ganriel was condescending (as many technicians tend to be when talking to a woman), nor did I feel I was being taken for a ride. Gabriel noticed a couple of things that were out of code and made appropriate suggestions for my other plumbing issues. I was given several options as to what they could do and the cost. I was VERY happy with everything about this process, and I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. Based on my experience, you will be treated with respect, and you will most likely get more than you hope for with this company.

Palette Plumbing, specifically Bryan, has done a great job installing a new tub to replace the tub that was causing a leak into my kitchen. Very professional and Bryan was very kind and straight forward with estimates. No surprises and got the job done within a day by himself despite the difficulty of the task with removing the previous tub which he had to saw apart to remove. Also were able to recommend a sheet rock and tile partnering contractor to repair the cutting that had to be done. Edit: Had to call them again to solve a different issue with a leak in our main water line. Jay Jay Barnes provided quick and efficient work and was very friendly the whole time.

I only ask for Jay Jay! I know that Jay Jay will be respectful of our home, good workmanship (from previous work done, installed new water heater, valves, fixed pipe leak) clean up after the job, and be transparent about costs and overall just a joy to work with. Today he installed a new toilet for us after a slow leak was discovered. It was time to upgrade! (We had purchased a toilet for a future bathroom renovation- which came in handy) I recommend Palette Plumbing because of Jay Jay’s work, and Robert the owner is communicative and easy to work with. Kalib was our plumber and I would highly recommend him and this company. He took the time to explain all our options and the entire repair process. He came back the next day and replaced the pipe outside leading to the house. When home depot didnt have the ditch witch he reserved he dug the hole by hand to ensure that we didn’t have to go without water in the house. Very professional and he cleaned up all of his mess before leaving.

We had a stove delivered from Best Buy, who couldn't (wouldn't) install it because they couldn't get the gas line disconnected.
