I can't say enough great things about the plumbers at Talon Plumbing (Greg, Kip, Matt and Blane). These guys work harder than any other plumbers I have contracted with in the past, and do not leave until the job is complete and done right! I am a property manager of an older residential apartment building, and with an old building comes old plumbing and all the issues that go along with it. During the past couple years, we've had several major plumbing system issues, many brought on or made worse by other plumbing companies who overbilled, performed shoddy work, left before completing the job, and even left my building and it's residents without water for 2 days. Talon Plumbing has fixed all of these issues in record time and at a reasonable cost. Most recently, the Talon team (Matt and Kip (and even Blane)) worked 13+ hours straight (without even taking time to eat lunch) to complete a huge hot water re-pipe job so my residents would have hot water by the end of the day. I can't thank you all enough for all your hard work and dedication to your customers (especially me and my residents). You all truly saved the day again. I couldn't ask for a better commercial plumbing team who know what they are doing and get the job done right! Highly recommend!

Horrible experience Changed estimate prices twice $985 /$1055 Waited on the technician for hours to arrive and install product on appointed date, they had not even ordered the product Installed defective Sub metered Waited another month to finally correct issue Called "hr" to discuss the matter bc I wasn't ok with paying an increased amount for such a sloppy job Mrs. Teresa Gurrero acknowledge the companys error and defended it anyway finally after going back n forth told me that she would give a $120 credit to my account when I told her I would never use this service again bc customer service is horrible and work quality is sub-par, my account is paid in full could she refund that amount to my payment method she got defensive said no "the credit is there if u use or don't that's on you" and hung up on me I should have never paid them or hire them for work to begin with you live and you learn Would not recommend Would not use again ever This company cares nothing for its customers Total time to install a submeter: 3 Months

Anthony (Tony) is the best Plumber tech. So, I live in a Progress Residential home and they have a third party who hires a 4th party to fix problems. My septic pump was defective and not working as it should leaving the waste water to back up into all drains in the house. After issues with the 4th party, Progress decided to hire Talon Plumbing, Talon sent the most amazing Tech and he assess the situation found the problem, temporarily fixed it until he can get a new pump to install but managed to driain the tank and get it working for us... we can finally take a hot shower and use our facilities after 8 days of no result with the previous company.... and all it took was less than an hour for Tony to fix it. Thanks again me and my wife appreciate you!

Have happily used Talon plumbing (Tampa)since 2020.They are professional, informative and on time ( the rare occasion they were delayed office staff informed me right away with a new time). This company goes above and beyond to get the job done right ( The two times an issues came up they quickly and politely responded and corrected the issue). They keep the job site clean and take pride in their work. This company shows trust , honor and integrity in all that they do.I would recommend them to any one looking for a company that cares for their customers. Tim, Ray, Jake, David, Diego, Riley, and Tony and the best plumbers and will fix your plumbing issues. The office staff is professional.

Had a leak from bedroom shower doen into the laundry room. Tech used my Samsung front loaders washer & dryer to get his 300+ pounds up on them bent & dented badly my good & young conditioned appliances as his later with his F×%kn knees to brace & balance himself for leverage & they've yet to resolve with all the evidence I've presented. The tech even lied about it like this is going to go away. Given enough time so they will see me soon... I really want the tech to stand in my face & repeat what he CLAIMS he said to me..Didn't even notice it until they were gone but now I know when I came to the front door before they left he looked worried & in a rush!!

Whomever Sean, Shaun, or however his name is spelled, is, needs to be told how to generate business is not through constant harassing phone calls, as within the past week we've received multiple calls from him. At the same time, he's being provided with an email address to provide additional information, however he must be too busy to ever follow through with these promises. Obviously, the number of calls he can make is more important than following through with the discussion he's having. Due to the number of cold calls and the continued failure to provide the additional detail repeatedly stated would be shared, would never consider utilizing Talon Plumbing.

I have been using Talon Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs at two apt communities I manage for the last couple of years and have had a wonderful experience with all the staff I have come across with from Tony, Ray, Mikhal, and Jake, to many others. Chris in the office makes sure everything is done on time and correctly, scheduled properly, communicates effectively, and always makes sure the job is done as efficiently as possible. Talon Plumbing has done many emergencies for my properties , and I am very thankful to have them as one of our vendors. Such a great company to use for ALL of your Plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

I contacted this company for service. They changed the price three times, from $450 to $575, then $650. The service rep (Jasmine Hayes) talked negatively about me when she thought I was muted and complained about my request to contact the plumber whose arrival time kept changing (20 minute extensions) without notice to me. Tia, the manager, was even worse!!! She was dismissive when I mentioned Jasmine‘s behavior, and increased the price to $650, which felt like punishment for complaining. I asked to speak to the owner and, of course, he wasn’t available. I yielded the warning signs and cancelled the service.

I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation for Sean McGehee. He called my community for our business and was truly a joy to speak with on the phone! I typically dread sales calls but you were short, sweet and to the point. I am sure people don’t often tell you when your doing a great job (people just like to complain when you aren’t) so I wanted to make it a point to tell you how much of a pleasure you were to talk to. Keep doing you and spreading a little joy to the ones you talk to like you did with me today! The world needs more people like you!

Talon plumbers are worst company I ever dealt with. Not on time, no accurate ETAs very unprofessional with the customer. You Guys will never be on Creative plumbers level with poor customer service like that. Lying to customers during Emergencies is not good service. One tech started a job and just left without informing office or residential customer left ppl without water for 9 hours and when we contacted the office they giving us all different ETA without a explanation of their Tech just Leaving! I will never use them again!

I got fired after fixing their entire lot a year ago. I was in the military for 6 years and after i fixed their dirty parking lot rearranging their entire front of their business the let me go lying saying i was operating machinery in the rain. When clearly i wasn’t. But it’s ok this company owner knows nothing and is scamming people. Do not work with this company I’ve seen what it really looks like behind the scenes. 1star review.

Terrible company to deal with. We’ve had a water leak for about 3 months that Talon plumbing was hired to fix. They reschedule four times which means I had to take off from work 4 days for no reason. They have gave us every excuse why they can’t fix the problem. We’ve had a $500 water bill for 3 months that we can’t afford to pay and the damn plumbers won’t fix the problem. Rediculous!!!

We've been using talon plumbing for a few years and they are the best! Chris and Jake make my life so much easier. I trust them. They do a great job and what more could you ask for with a business partner? I would highly recommend Talon Plumbing to everyone and because it's who you work with that makes the biggest difference, I recommend working with Chris and Jake.

My kitchen sink was clogged, had another company and even the city sent to my house, no one could fix my problem. Edwin Colon from Talon Plumbing came urgently the day before Thanksgiving at 10pm, worked his magic and did an outstanding job. Edwin is hardworking, skilled, knowledgeable and well equipped. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did.

It's been awhile since the service was done to a rental home I own but better late then never I guess. Talon came out and unclogged a drain another company[ that goes by a color] told us the floor would have to be busted up and extensive repairs done. Any other plumbing problems come up they will be the ones I call!

Talon Plumbing is such a great plumbing company, very fast and effective. They all seem so family oriented. Also I needed a service and Lewis came to my rescue, he installed my water heater and he got the job done with no problems. He was a very sweet and a professional guy. You guys rock!!!

Jake has been to our house 2x. I've never had a more detail oriented, professional, and friendly plumber. He did everything needed and some things twice to get it fixed. Unlike most companies, he was not leaving until everything was working 100%. Great problem solver. A major asset to Talon!

Some type of board flew off of one your trucks on the highway, then directly hit and scratched one of our companies brand new ambulance. Thankfully it didn’t crack the windshield. Thankfully the driver didn’t swerve. Could’ve been waaay worse. Tie your equipment down better!

tech came to my apartment community start cutting sheetrock with his machine, make alot of dust mess on occupied unit then disconnected drain pipe let all water fall into cabinet without using a bucket. in my opinion its not professional plumber.
