A store that specializes in selling Canadian-made furniture. You can choose the fabric from their panel, and you can customize however you like for a fee. They also sell non-Canadian made furniture as well but without customizations. There is no pressure to buy in the store and Irina is super knowledgeable and helpful. You're allowed to sit on all the couches for as long as you want. We went in wanting a Canadian-made couch but none of the ones we sat on we liked. We decided to go with a non-Canadian made sofa called "Kendra." However, when we received it, the tag said Ashley Furniture. We looked up the couch and it turns out it is indeed Ashley's "Kennewick" sofa which sells for $300 less than Pallucci. That is when we found out Pallucci sells other furniture stores' couches with increased pricing and a name change. That was very deceiving and disappointing. What is even worse is that Pallucci only gives a 1 year warranty on the couches that are not Canadian made. However, Ashley furniture (where the couch is from) gives a 3 year warranty. Pallucci has all their deliveries go through Marble Moving. I am not sure what kind of information Pallucci has given but Marble had the wrong couch and the wrong delivery date in their system. They also rarely take calls so we spent several days calling them just to clarify things. However, the movers themselves were nice and careful. If you are wanting Canadian-made then you may want to give this store a try. Otherwise, please do a reverse google image search on all of their couches. Chances are you can find it elsewhere for cheaper. On the plus side, there is free parking in the back. ---Aug 20 2023 Edit-- The owner is very nice and wanted to make amends for what happened. I was refunded the difference between Pallucci's price and Ashley's price. He told me that although they don't hide that they sell other furniture stores' furniture, and they will only tell you where it is from if you ask. He only buys the ones that he knows are good quality. He clarified that they will do price matching on items that are still in stock in the other furniture's website. I have changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars because the Owner has admitted the misunderstanding and wanted to correct it. I think an improvement is to be more open about where the furniture is from. Having it in the price tag of the product would be good. I had really assumed that Pallucci was selling Pallucci-made Furniture and I think many people also think as I do - even when I look at used furniture on Craiglist/Marketplace, people write "couch from Pallucci".

Every step of buying a new couch from this place has been amazing. No pressure from sales people, friendly delivery and removal of old couch for a fee if needed. My new couch was reasonably priced and good quality. I had previously purchased a sofa bed from them nine years ago and it was still in great condition when I sold it. I’ve also purchased two mattress and box spring sets from them. I have recommended Palluci to friends and they tell me they are super happy with their purchases as well. The delivery company that they use called me the day after I bought the couch to set up a delivery date for two days later. The day before delivery they called me to give me a two hour window for delivery. They actually showed up on time, set up the couch, and took all the garbage with them. Not like other delivery companies that make you wait all day and sometimes don’t even show up! Highly recommend

Original Post: My experience today with Irina was excellent. There was no pressure buying and try to attend all her customers equally. Very knowledgeable and helpful. For sure I will recommend to anyone. Updated post: I recommended a friend yesterday to the store as he was looking for a sofa bed and the sales person was being nosy in our conversation which I found was not nice nor professional. It would have been better if she just said I’ll give you guys a moment and will come back. I wanted to give her a chance, but at the end of the purchase she was at it again. I’m a little disappointed in this sales person and also I’m starting to wonder about the quality of the sofa bed now after seeing a few recent bad comments about the quality of the their sofa.

I had an amazing experience from my first visit on the web site to the delivery. The instore experience was great. I found that there was lots of different style and the person who was there was very knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me find what I needed and what could work in the space I had at home. The delivery was on time and they did a great job assembling the furniture. They worked fast and well. They were respectful and left the place clean. The quality is amazing! I slept on my sofa-bed for a few nights, it was super comfortable and so easy to pull out and back in the next morning. The dining table looks amazing, fits perfectly in my little space and once again the quality is unbelievable. I will be back and I recommend it to everyone.

Our beautiful new sofa bed just arrived from Pallucci and I couldn’t be more thrilled. For a small fee they removed my previous 21-year-old sofa bed for refurbishing and resale at the same time, which was amazing. The new sofa bed is incredibly comfortable and fits perfectly into our space. Clive was amazing at helping me to select exactly what we needed. I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. The prices at Pallucci are superb for the quality, especially in light of the fact that so many of their products are made in Canada. The delivery service they use (Marble Moving) was similarly excellent, and the removal and delivery were accomplished smoothly, courteously, neatly, and with very good communication and customer service.

We found Pallucci Furniture from a recommendation from my sister. We really liked the style and comfort of the sofa and love seat set she bought from them. She also mentioned that the customer service was really good. She was not wrong. We got such great service from Irina, she helped us find a great sectional for our basement family room. Even better, the sectional was custom, and locally made! Our price included the tax and delivery. And for a small fee, they take your old couch away. Pending the condition of your old couch, they tried to repurpose it, not to have it end up in a landfill. We felt great about our purchase and would recommend Pallucci again, and again!

A very nice experience shopping for furniture at Pallucci. Irina greeted us right away and was very pleasant. My family and I were looking for a dining set and sectional sofa and Irina guided us, helping us see different details in a couple things that caught our eye.
