Can you get most of these items at commercial pet shops? Sure. But what seems to have been lost in doing that is the magic of small businesses. To tell it lightly, a short snow storm hit NYC the day i walked into Pamper. When the big stores closed, this small shop stayed open, and it was just when i needed it most. The attendant actually got to know me got that shot time. We spoke about my dogs breed, and was actually interested. I got a better type of food and he even gave me some free biscuits to give to my pup! To top it off, i left frantically to get my uber, leaving my wallet behind. They held it for me and even called me back and ensured it was safe!!! 5 stars. We need more people and small places like these. I would probably never shop in a big corporate pet store again, and this place reminded me why thats ok!

I needed a crate last minute, and after finding out that all of the major pet stores were sold out, I recalled walking by Pamper Ur Pets and gave them a call. Moe was so helpful over the phone and walked me through the items they had in inventory. When I got to the store, I was very impressed with the vast selection of food, treats, and pet accessories it had. Moe remembered me, and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. Pamper Ur Pets has definitely gained a new customer. Thank you!

They helped us find the most affordable options and were so friendly- could have stayed there all day! It’s my now go to shop. Amazing organic options and great accessories. Love coming here for last min things I've run out & can't wait for Amazon, like doggie bags & treats. It's was a lifesaver 2x as I work in the area. They have an impressive selection of regular + special foods, all different brands and treats for cats and dogs.Very helpful, friendly staff, we love the free biscuits as well …

I was looking for an alternative to my usual options and decided to give this store a try. Even though it's small, it has a good (in my opinion as I only have a cat and a fish) selection of things one might need for their pet. With that in mind, I'll be coming back in the future.

My wife and I were visiting NY from CA and stopped into to get something for our new puppy. The staff was super helpful and gave our dog a tennis ball as a souvenir/gift from him/NY...it was incredible!!! If I lived 3,000 miles closer it would be my pet shop of choice.

So nice to have this shop in the neighborhood. It's pretty expensive, however, so I typically use it as a secondary source for food, etc. The shop cat is super cute and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. They have great inventory for a store of their size.

This place somehow feels like a mom and pop shop and a big box shop at the same time. I've never gone in there and not been helped or found what I'm looking for. The shop owner is super knowledgeable and friendly. Looking forward to next time.

The place is great and has been around for many years, the issue I have is the post on the front door about Yorkies for sale. I feel like being in the pet parent community you should know better then promoting buying instead of adoption.

Owner is so knowledgeable. I got a second cat and needed something to de-stressing my first cat. He recommended a small treat(wasn’t trying to up-sell me at all) and he even threw in a few goodies(free of charge). Genuine, genuine man!

I love this store. The employees are knowledgeable and so kind. They'll deliver, helpful, want you to be happy and get what you need. They'll also throw in a few treats for your pup.

Excellent pet store, great selection of different natural treats for pets and a big selection of different leashes and collars including leather ones you can’t find anywhere else.

Store with packed goods foods snacks and training supplies. The owner is probably the nicest guy ever! They will help you with whatever you need for your furry friends!
