I bought a charm for my bracelet (koi fish one) a few months ago and it ended up snapping somehow. I went in today to get it replaced or fixed and I got told i just have to come in when they have them back in stock. I asked when they’ll have them back or if there’s another way I can get it fixed and the girl told me to go to another pandora store. For how much money I paid for the charm i’m a bit disappointed I got nothing out of my visit.

Went here today with my partner and was served by such a lovely girl who was possibly new to Pandora. We heard the manager say to her Infront of us "Who trained you?" And it broke the poor girls confidence. The manager actually made me and my partner feel really unfortable. Being a manager myself I'd love to know who trained the Frankston store manager.

Amazing ladies that are so helpful and patient towards their customers. The store has a positive vibe about it that makes you want to come back (as well as the jewelry). It is also the best Pandora store I've been too its easy to find the jewelry you are after, it's not scattered throughout the store. It's pleasant

Waiting to be served while the staff member trains a newbie 3 people waiting. No other staff in the store. Why not train new staff when the store is closed. Or have more staff on shift. No acknowledgement from the staff. Ignoring people waiting.

What a experience today I was served by Mandy at Pandora Bayside her expertise, professionalism (no sale pitch thank God) she made me feel welcomed & not pressured into spending. I did exchange a gift & brought myself a early bday present

maggie was very welcoming and had amazing customer service. i ended up leaving with 2 pairs of earrings and gave me advice on how i can get my old pair fixed. amazing service and will be going back there for the rest of my jewellery:)

Dropped in once again and were attended to by the lovely Naomi. Had a fantastic experience last time and she was an absolute delight. Her pandora knowledge and expertise makes it easy to make a confident choice.

Had earrings on display in the shop window but when we said we wanted to buy them they were unable to sell them to us because of “stocktake”. Why have earrings on display if you can’t sell them?

What’s with the scam that they tell you a price at the start and then they say “ sorry it’s for that price” which is for a higher price. She did that twice to me so i decided to leave the store

Just told a member of there staff a little but about my daughter, and what she ready has and that she turning 15 and straight a away presented me with a winner of a gift,thank you so much

Shopped here for my daughter's 18th birthday gift. Karen was fantastic, she took her time and helped us choose our first Pandora piece. Highly recommend shopping here. We will be back.
