I went to this store this morning to exchange my ring to one size small. Customer service lady asked me if I have wore that rings and in reply I told her I did for an hour and because I had 2 rings together so there was a little scratch so she could not change which was understandable. I told her I needed to buy one more bracelet And meanwhile I requested if she would not mind to cleanup my used bracelet. She said she could do it but it would take 24 hrs then I told her that the other day they did it on the same day. Then she said yes I could do it in 2hrs with bit of attitude. Very disappointed, looks like they don’t want to provide the service which they always advertised. I didn't feel like buying new bracelet or giving to clean up my bracelet very bad customer service

Today I visited Pandora at Craigieburn Central to look at your products1. The store was quite busy when I first went in and I had the opportunity to watch AJ interact with your customers. She has a lovely demeanor and patiently went around her business serving customers. I was very pleased with the service I recieved during my purchase and would definitely visit t his store again when next in the area.

Ridiculous custom service. No first come first serve. Waiting from last 30 mins and no service has been provided. Upon asking that we are in queue before the customer they are serving one girl just said wait and other one totally ignored. Will never go back. Please work on your customer service skills.

Very poor customer service, had to wait for more than 30 minutes. they’re should be at least 3 staff working in the floor to help customers. Customer had to wait in the queue and staff didn’t let us browse around the store.

Employees could literally be less interested in helping people. Glad I only needed a gift cause no way am I shopping here again …

Jeyda the assistant manager was the most helpful employee I’ve ever met, handled such a busy store so amazingly. She deserves a raise
