Very bad customer service and unprofessional manager. I came to the store with my boyfriend on Sunday with intention of repairing my bracelet as I couldn't take off my beads. I have my bracelet for about 10 years so obviously I didn't have a receipt for it - I wanted to send it for repair and I was very happy to pay £14 for it. Once I agreed to pay for repair store manager started accusing me for having fake beads (even the ones I bought myself or the ones I got from my boyfriend!!!!) she also said my bracelet is fake !!! I spent about 20-30 minutes in the store trying to decide either to repair my bracelet which was broken in two parts (one stopper stacked inside my Pandora bead - the manager told me the stoppers that are fixed to bracelet never coming loose - which is not true because I know couple of girls who had the same problem before. Store manager told me she knows better because she work in Pandora store, the other problem was with the end of bracelet where the beads couldn't go through so I cant take any of them off ). Apparently I would have to pay £28 for repairs in two parts. I didn't leave my bracelet in the store. When manager asked me what I would like to do - I replied '' I would like to leave the store'' and I left - very upset and disappointed. I will try another store where they wont accuse me of lying after spending hundreds of pounds in Pandora stores worldwide!!!

Walked in the shop , only to assistants available . One of them trainee serving a customer and another one cashing up the tills while the store is still open with customers inside. I stand there for good 15 min looking at the assistant cashing up she didn’t say anything to me her name is Latisha . Then another one named Sarah comes out I asked her to try some rings on she helped me and I decided to purchase a ring part of the sale advertised as £20. She scans the ring and it says £50 . I asked how comes and she didn’t know so latisha came and in extremely rude manner told me that it is £55 and is in the wrong place . So for a matter of 2 min the ring price went up twice . I enquired about advertising with the wrong price she said that’s the price take it or leave it . I took it anyways but I am well upset with the service provided from LATISHA. Extremely rude and unprofessional, as well as failing to protect your business by cashing up on open doors in CROYDON . Some serious measures have to be taken in my opinion. Hope this helps :-)

Dear Sir/Madam I purchased a necklace from your croydon branch on the 2nd November 2023 and after two days it has began to look tarnished and the colour is fading. I have not used perfumes or gotten the necklace wet. I went back to the store where I purchased the necklace to get an exchange. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional and threatened to call the police on me, they refused to allow me to exchange the item. As a customer that shops fairly often at Pandora I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received in store today.

Very bad experience today with customer service. Queued for 20 mins to get in then after finding the charm I wanted was told I had to join the Queue again as the the sales assistant who was originally serving me was serving someone else. This would have been another 20 minute wait. don't do reviews but I'm very very annoyed and had to express my thoughts about the service at this shop. I will definitely not be going back to this shop and will go online in the future that way I will not have to endure bad customer service from staff.

Malyka was amazing through my transition at the Croydon store, i had two all4one vouchers from my place of work but wouldn't work as the item i wanted was online and had to be the exact amount, malyka was quick on her feet to suggest that we transferred the amounts on the vouchers to a Pandora gift card and that would rectify the issue which it did. Was so grateful that malyka was there and her great thinking mind, definitely an asset to your company.

Great variety of jewelry. I was honestly imoressed by it. Also impressed by prices because they are affordable unlike many other places. When you go in, you simply can not decide whqt to buy hehe. Beautiful shop with great customer service. They are patient and will let you try the jewellery on before yoy decide to purchase. Highly recommend you ti visit this store. Yoh will not be disappointed

I popped in for my wife's 30th birthday and I was so confused on what to get her. I ask one of the CA's for help and I left with a smile and better understanding on the products that were shown and demonstrated , not only that the amount of selection that were offered were absolutely necessary considering that no members of staff were pushy and all were presentable.

Staff are always very helpful, patient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of their products. Can get very busy in store and are often queues but the service makes it worth while. I am not a customer but I do support someone who is and through my visits I have witnessed and very much appreciate the time and effort of the staff here. A big thumbs up from me.

I came in today with a few of my friends and we were served by Danielle (sorry if I spelt it incorrectly). She was absolutely lovely, she helped us purchase our product and also made us all laugh and we let her in on some of the gossip ;) I had to leave a review for her because I know my friends will forget and she was just so LOVELY! Today 22.12.2023 I went to Pandora, It was extremely busy. I was provided an exceptional shopping experience. The attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were remarkable. I left with a few beautiful pieces of jewelery and a memorable shopping experience. I would recommend this store.

I got served by a lovely woman called gabby she was super attentive and friendly, 4 stars due to the other members of staff I was walking around for 5 minutes needing help and all the women in there were just watching me and not providing help other than gabby who was super accommodating.

If you want to feel like your presence in the store is an inconvenience even when you purchase item, then this is the store for you. The appalling attitude of the staff is unparalleled to any I've experienced when buying a luxury item...approach with caution!!

Very happy with the staff there , and also the manager, always polite and friendly and never hesitate to help , many times. Unlike some other stores I have been too . LOL. You will get good customer service there and they make you feel welcome! Thank you

On Friday the 16 Gabi (maybe I’m spelling it wrong) helped me to get my bestfriend her Christmas present, she was really nice and helpful. She made sure i was satisfied with what i got and my bestfriend and she really loved it!! Thank you Gabi!!!

Have to wait in a queue to be served and whilst waiting had a look where you can at displays, which means you lose your space in queue and the staff do not have sense to make people aware that you are in queue but looking while waiting. Left.

Lots of lovely jewelry for all budgets. Friendly staff (with the patience of a saint I might add, I am an indecisive customer at best) and I was impressed that they knew my ring size just by looking! Quite the skill. Go and have a look see.

They've got a decent deal on at the moment. Started off with one sales assistant who was VERY helpful, butt add she was finishing she asked her colleague to take her, she DIDN'T want to, so she grudgingly served us with a stroppy look on

Jewellery is all lovely. The service wasn't quite the best. The staff member walked off to chat with colleagues and we were unsure if we were even finished with the exchange as she hadn't said anything.

Love my local store its a bit on the small size but always have what I want. The staff are very helpful and friendly whenever I go to purchase a gift or to get a charm for myself.

Waited in the queue as I wanted a charm bracelet for my little girl. Manager looked straight past me and asked a couple who just came in if she could help them. Completely rude.
