Both member of staff were incompetent and had a poor attitude. I wanted to try on different bracelet sizes to see which fit I’d like best. One girl just brushed me of by looking at my wrist saying ‘you’re probably a 17’ So I waited for her as I thought she’d get a bracelet for me to try on, but she was done with me. So I went to her colleague who was obviously annoyed with my request to actually try one on. She got out a size seventeen put it on me and said ‘you need two fingers of a gap, the bracelet will stretch with the weight of the charms’ She could have easily fitted at least three fingers between the bracelet and my wrist and the fact that it stretches out even more over time made it even more obvious, that it was probably not the right size for me. I felt like she would’ve lost it if I asked her to try on another size so ended up not buying anything, as I didn’t want to get the wrong size

Was here at the sore today to exchange the ring , as the diamonds fell off . That is second time in 3 months . First time in Kingston store they exchanged happily and said that this is very common with particular ring . When same thing happen angain I went to Hounslow store and they said that is my own fault and ring looks bend . I attached the photo I mean to me still looks quite straight but I’m not professional. I said there is no way I could have bend it as i was very careful with it and wore it only occasionally. And said maybe it was given like this last time . I then was advised that I should check before taking items to see if they bend or not . And that if I want a repair I have to pay

Most ignorant people I have come across. Very unhelpful and the worse customer service. I purchased a link bracelet that broke within 2 days as the link fell off. The lady serving said “ this is an issue that happens with the link bracelet” however, refused to replace it as “lost” is not under warranty. The link broke therefore falling off, and lost. The bracelet should not have broken, obviously has a fault. The serving lady was extremely sarcastic with her approach, and should definitely learn customer service before serving people. Refuse to purchase another Pandora item following such awful service!

AMAZING :) I went to Pandora this morning to get a ring, I was served by Zeeshan who was super super helpful and polite, I couldn't be happier. It takes a lot for me to write a review, but after today's shopping experience it was a must :) Usually when going to other Pandora's the staff are usually quite rude and lazy however I was honestly amazed with the customer service at Hounslow- I will definitely be re-visiting this Pandora again. Once again, I want to say Thank you for being so helpful,polite and enthusiastic.

Bought a charm from the hounslow store via click and collect. When I got there I was told they had no boxes, but was just wrapped up in tissue paper. I was not told prior to the purchase that this would be the case. Enquired with head office to see if they could send out a box. But they would not help and said I had to go back to the store. But I do not live local as went there to get a specific item. May as well buy on ebay in the future, as did not get the service / product I would expect with the Pandora brand.

Very disappointed of service in your store. The guy ( I didn’t check the name) very unpolite and arrogant. When he was coming to me he was yawning and he looked was poor serving me. When I asked for charms he didn’t even know if was that which I was looking for, all this time he was turned back to me and looked like he didn’t care of the customers.. on the end he just went without asking if I need anything else. If not the lady making my bill I would to give 1 star but she was very kind and friendly to me.

Not very good customer service. Wouldn’t recommend this store the staff aren’t bothered about serving you properly or showing you alternatives if something isn’t in stock. You can be standing there waiting to be served and they’ll start serving someone else. They’re not welcoming at all they new some more training on how to treat customers.

It’s a jewellery shop with many customised things. There are a variety of necklaces, rings, customizable charm bracelets and many more accessories. They are custom made and very different to other fancy jewellery. Hours might differ on bank holidays It’s generally between 9:30am–5:30pm Except Sunday 11am–5pm

Maybe if the staff were more interested in customers than chatting amongst themselves? After some time we were approached However the young lady showed no real interest and decided to carry on the conversation with her colleagues across the shop floor!needless to say we took our money elsewhere #poordora

Helpful staff from the moment we walked into the store. We were welcomed to a great selection of items expected from Pandora. The pricing was not too bad with the sales helping too making this a pleasure to spend and as they say happy wife happy life. Thankyou Pandora, no doubt we ll be back soon☺

Without the girls in this store, i would of just been buying Jewlery...but thanks to their expertise help, a ring and 2 bracelets they guessed the right sizes for with a brief description as I'm a typical man who was out of my depth this Xmas and you guy's came to the rescue. …

I went in to buy a present for my sister. I was served by Manuela. She was absolutely amazing. So helpful. She had some lovely tips and helped me get together just what I needed. Thank you so much for all the help. By all means shop there.

Great Staff. Very helpful. I bought 2 rings that were on an offer. However one was not my size but the staff member told me to come back and exchange it so I didn't miss out on the offer as it was the last day

The store closing time is displayed online as 6pm. The store shutter was down by 5:15 on Wednesday. I needed to pick a gift last minute.

Not so keen on this particular branch i feel as though the staff are annoyed by you asking for help and dont want to serve you
