My mother and I went to this store to process a return. Service was lacking. It took awhile for the 3 associates behind the counter to even acknowledge that we were next in line. My mother made and observation to me (turned away from the counter and spoke directly to me and quietly) about the service and the associate interjected into our conversation and then told my mother that her “attitude” was not welcome. There was no attitude, no ill-will, and no snark from us.. just an observation. The associate seemed to want to start an argument because at that point she wouldn’t just ring us out and let us leave. She continued to argue and she seemed to enjoy the argument as she just kept smirking the entire time. What I assume was a manager had to step in so we could finally leave. This is literally a coles notes of what transpired tonight. It is appalling that my mother was treated with such a lack of respect and was belittled. This store has definitely taken a turn for the worse and the associates should be trained on how to interact respectfully with clients.

Two weeks ago my husband bought a ring for me and a couple of the stones had fallen out so I took the ring with the receipt into the store. An associate named Isah looked at the ring for a mere second, passed it back to me and said “It’s bent, we will not honor the warranty”. She passed the ring back to me and pretty much dismissed me and didn’t give me the time of day. Not only was the ring not bent as she claimed, there was no respect, no compassion and ZERO customer service! I called the 1-800 number and explained the situation to an agent and they had absolutely no problem replacing the ring without even seeing it and apologized for how it was all dealt with at the store level. I will never purchase anything from the Kingston location again and I will ensure that my friends and family are also aware. Good luck Pandora with staff like that!

Sadly I received thee worst customer service in this store. The head office has reached out to the District Manager but I have not been contacted. I have given them every opportunity to resolve the matter in a positive way but unfortunately to no avail. Since my.poor experience I have learned from many others that they have had similar experiences at this store. I have been a long time customer and have many bracelets and other Pandora pieces, however it appears I will be no longer be purchasing from Pandora. This was not the outcome I had hoped for. Update....I have spoken to the head office a few times. They assured me someone would contact me. The DM Anita was suppose to contact me. No call received. I am done with this store and the head offices poor customer service. Buyer BE WARE

I was told this morning that I could come and exchange a ring my partner purchased for me this Christmas- I only needed the receipt. Off home I went to get the receipt and they all state “because of a Boxing Day sale on today we cannot do exchanges….come back the 29th.” No no ….that was never specified to me…..I am a very dissatisfied customer at the moment- I had to drive all the way here to do an exchange I was NEVER told I was wasn’t able to do today. Contacted head office to let them know how unprofessional this is. As I was leaving they all mockingly said “have a VERYYYY nice day…..” we won’t be shopping at pandora ever again….I encourage everyone else to ditch this store as well!

Poor rating for customer service and helpfulness over the phone. The clerk at this Mall store put off a cleaning I requested until mid to late January. (My mistake was to dip my bracelets into Haggerty liquid cleaner - which is a good product - but not for Pandora. I was unaware. The silver turned dull.) The Manager was not available. Worse than that, I asked the clerk if there was another Pandora location in Kingston. She said 'I don't know'. I googled and found a location on Princess St. The owner there, who is a jeweller, helped me immensely with an at-home cleaning solution and technique.

Never had so much trouble exchanging an item. The girl that was assisting me was great and very friendly but when she asked for help to do the exchange, the other person was really rude and dry, not trying to be helpful or nice whatsoever. After 3 visits, just ended up returning everything and will buy my gift somewhere else. Love pandora but won't spend a penny in a place that doesn't have the tiniest care with customers. A smile or an apology doesn't hurt anyone. Bet it would be a different conversation if I was buying something and not exchanging.

the worst shopping experience i’ve ever had in my life, i go into the store at 4:55pm,5 minutes later im still standing there and counted 6 people standing at cash staring at me with no desire to help at all. Once i get to cash there’s 2 kids in the corner laughing like it was some joke and the girls were getting mixed up of who’s bag was who’s, talking to each other making the comment “this is why u shouldn’t be on cash” .no help at cash or at the counter is super disappointing. i would give 0 stars if i could.

I bought a ring for my daughter for Christmas from Pandora for over $90. Today, January 2nd, she had it on and we heard something hit the floor. It was the large stone from the centre of the ring. We took it back today and they replaced it with no issues, but two other people we know of had the same thing happen recently. While I am impressed with their return policy and customer service, I'm not a fan of paying over $90 for something that fell apart the first time she wore it longer than to try it on.

I was looking for a very special gift so I went into Pandora Jewelry Store ,I was looking when a extremely polite soft spoken young lady asked if I needed any help,she took the time to pretty much go through the store top to bottom left to right,she was someone who wants to please not only the customer but I'm sure her bosses.I do believe her name was Taylor , it was a pleasure doing business with her & I Thanked her for helping me find the perfect gift for my dying loved one. My mothers bracelet and charms broke and when I brought it back in the manager was so generous and replaced both the bracelet and the charm for free! She also washed one of the other charms that seemed to have lost the gold colour. The manager Jamie Lynn was so helpful I wanted to leave a review! Thank you for the great service! My mom is very happy to have her bracelet back!

My friend and I went in the other day just to look around for some cute ideas. We were bombarded at the door, when we told them we didn’t need help and we’re just looking around yet another person tried pushing things onto us, and then another and another. We did not feel comfortable looking around the store at all. It was not a good experience.

Manager wouldn’t allow Christmas Gift return without receipt. No signs at cash stating this. I was gifted the same item. Had proof item was paid from a joint account Dec 21st. Staff were uncaring. I had to ask giftor for receipt, which I was trying to avoid. I won’t repurchase, nor recommend this store -1 star if it was possible

The staff were so freindly and I never felt rushed or pressured and the young lady that served me deserved to be employee of the month she was so polite and courteous and i.would recommend anyone that likes Pandora jewelry to go see Taylor Medeiros if you enjoy a none rushed shopping experience.

I’ve probably spent 2 grand at this place in the past couple years and never really had an issue, but today the customer service was just plain awful. Won’t be returning to this one as I’m not too keen on spending hundreds of dollars in a store that’s unwelcoming.

Love this Pandora store. I frequently buy or request charms from family members for my bracelet, and go into every pandora store I can visit. This location has far superior sales people and customer service.
