So I got a little Loud and told her to please watch her Attitude with me that I was and am a paying costumer, Needless to say don’t shop here go to Malsons jewelry they sale pandora and will honor the price and great Customer service"

This afternoon I had the very worst experience at the Pandora store located in Kings Plaza Mall in Brooklyn NY. I started going to that location last December and I’ve spent over $2500 in bracelets, charms, rings, and necklaces. So I recently purchased a ring that bent within four weeks of wearing it. I went back to the location and the manager then apologized and exchanged it. I was presented two rings during the transaction and bought both. This happened on 11/1. Today, 11/6, I went to return one of the rings because it feels a little too heavy on my finger. Upon getting there a supervisor I believe came over and told me I was unable to return the ring because it was a final sale. While I was buying the previous ring no one set such expectation, neither did they do so when I came back to exchange the bent one and purchased the second one. The supervisor went to the back office and got the manager whose name is Shelly if I recall correctly. She told me under no circumstances can she return items that are final sale. I explained to her that the expectation was never set therefore I needed my refund. She insisted, did not apologize, and sent me off my way. As a customer that’s spent so much money at that store, I am appalled, disgusted, and disappointed in how the manager Shelly represented your BRAND. As a leader myself, I understand policies and also know that there are exceptions to every rule should the mistake come from staff that isn’t properly trained and unfortunately relay incorrect information to customers. Customer experience is at the core of every thriving business. Without customer service, there’s no business. I will no longer give my business to the Kings Plaza mall location and will be contacting Pandora to report my in store experience.

Went there today. The store had approximately 6 customers in the store, including myself (two being serviced, & four online) with two sales representatives behind the register. The lady that was in front of me in the line, said she was waiting for an half an hour. I was there to pick up an online order. I mentioned it to the young lady, & she apologized. The reason I'm giving them four stars, is because the young lady Stephanie was very professional & polite. She didn't have an attitude at all, which I truly appreciated (because a lot of them do, at some Pandora locations). When you go to the Pandora store, you may take a little time, picking out what you want, & the owners are aware of this, so why not have more sales people on duty? I don't understand that. Oan: This is the second time that I shopped there within two weeks, that I couldn't do the survey. I attempted to do both of them, the very next day, & it wouldn't allow me to. Mind you, I went to a store in NJ (within that time frame), & was able to do the survey. What is going on at this location with the survey numbers? Something isn't right. They need to look into this matter. Btw: another employee did come from the back, after a while. But that didn't help with the line outside when I entered the store.

I wouldn’t even give one star to this particular location. They have a good collection at the store but the people, they are so arrogant so rude that I wouldn’t like to shop at this location ever. I saw a ring online (Pandora)and just wanted to check my finger size and see the ring in person. This is my first time buying in pandora by the way. I showed the picture of the ring to this lady and asked her that I wanted to just see the ring in person before buying. She said it’s not present at the store and to go to different location in the mall. I spent 2 hours at the other store and this store to find the same ring, but the ring was present in the first store itself. I don’t understand how people do their business of selling stuff when they don’t even know what they have in store. The ring was right under her nose when the lady said they don’t have it in store. When I myself saw the ring and confronted, she said she doesn’t want to sell it that’s why she did not show it, when I clearly said that I just wanted to see the ring and not buy. Mind you, this ring was not booked by someone else or so. But she still refused to show it. I will not like to buy stuff from these kind of places and from these kind of people.

This location has the worst customer service!!! Not helpful at all!! Very unprofessional and incompetent staff. I would not advise anyone to go to this location. For a better experience.... shop elsewhere or better yet online!!! The reps, the so called supervisor or assistant supervisor is the worst!!! Everyone in there was very rude, unhelpful and immature. Smirking, sending morse codes to eachother. I was humiliated enough to walk out and call customer service AND YES THEY RESOLVED MY ISSUE! They make you wait long for someone to help and then when you get SOMEONE, they pretend they can't. I have never had an experience like this IN MY WHOLE 8 years I bought or was gifted Pandora pieces.And it's funny after sharing my experience with this location, I found out that two of my coworkers had the same experience!!! Hmmm.... we think we know what it is... No more Pandora for me!!!

Sales representative, Shania, that was helping me seemed annoyed and unfriendly. Although was pretty bubbly and happy with two previous customers. I requested to see all the beads with butterfly and ladybug design. She showed me most of them, but not all. I needed to buy two beads. So I asked her to help me to get pieces that will match the beads on my mother in law's pandora bracelet. Got no response. I continued figuring out what to get and then I was told that I was taking too long and she has to take other customers. I replied that perhaps she could help me. She told me that she put out all the beads for me and there are no more. I asked for catalog and pointed out on two other designs that she missed. I ended up making $100 purchase but really I should've walked away. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MY EXPERIENCE!!!!

I don’t why everyone is giveing such bad rating I love jewelry and have to much of it , but I always wanted a pandora charm bracelet. So my bday is comeing this week and my mom decided to go to kings plaza and buy me my first pandora charm bracelet. She told the customer service girl so amazing and helpful she asked my what I like to do for fun to pick charms for bracelet and it turns me and the girl have our bday apart so I’m makeing tradition on all my bdays or special moment that will happen in my life to buy charm from this store

This is the absolute worse Pandora store there is. The customer service here is terrible. Placed a on-line order and received confirmation email that order is ready 3 Hours ago came to store to pick up spoke with the associate Leslie and she said I have to wait on line we are a little busy here today. I am still on-line as I’m writing this review the line was at the door when I started here and I have 3 customers ahead still. Coming from a loyal Pandora customer don’t come to this store waste of your time go to another location.

I love this Pandora, the staff is always helpful, with the exception of one. I was in the store Saturday December 15, o wanted to buy a charm for my mom. Everything was going swimmingly I picked the charm I wanted, went to the registered rang out. The young lady that wrapped my charm was rather unpleasant, she never smiled once and just seem liked she hated her job. Clearly it would have been better if she stayed home that day. But beside her, I've always had a wonderful experience in Pandora.

Please whoever reads, please take a few seconds to go out of your way and actually recognize this employee, Kelicia R. It is very rare you meet a customer employee right before closing that is extraordinary patient, kind and graceful. I had many questions and asked for a lot of items to see and Kelicia was extremely kind to accommodate all my requests especially right before closing. She definitely upholds to the highest of standards a pandora sales associate should strive for. Thank you!

Purchased a bracelet from Pandora in Kings Plaza Mall on Saturday 12/07/19 for 381.00 I’m looking at my wrist this morning 12/09/19 thinking about buying more charms, when I notice half of the bracelet has turned rust, I specifically ask the sale associate can I sleep and shower in bracelet without it turning colors, and she said yes, just make sure the bracelet is not expose to bleach or any chemicals. I’m taking it right back for a full refund when I get off work.

The salesgirl was sooo sweet and quite professional. She cleaned a bracelet I received as a gift 8yrs ago. Brand new by the time she gave it bac. I also purchased a bracelet w/ a graduation charm and another charm. The salesgirl name is Joanna B. Not only was she helpful , she was dressed so professional also. PANDORA you need to realize how great all these girls work. Thank you Joanna B for making my gift selections easier. By the way, I shopped in kings plaza.

Kings plaza has the worse customer service...I rather go to staten island,Manhattan or Jersey pay the tolls and go out of my way to shop in one of there stores than go there..I was humiliated in front of pple in the store...they are racists there... I was the only WHITE customer in there at the TIME and they acted like I wasn't important ...I spend alot Of money in PANDORA and I dont appreciate the way I was treated..I WONT shop there AGAIN!!!!

I went to the kings plaza location today and the young lady name Cali not only gave me excellent service but she also replaced a charm for me that broke...I didnt even have to mention it to her she noticed it was broken and replaced it for me...I originally bought the charm in 34th st location and they didnt even do what this young lady did...she was pleasant attentive and very helpful I will definitely be visiting this location in the future

This place has not enough sales associate..1 old one was super long busy..but another young girl came up greeted and offered help and i knew what i wanted so my expensive purchase was quick..lol and items out of stock onilne i found here quickly..the associate knew everything.. and was super quick.....nice store forquick shopping visits but neer more associates.. ill be back here buying more stuff..

What’s the point of placing an order for PICK-UP & you still have to wait almost an HOUR to get your items. Management needs to do better and create more efficient-processes to handle the holiday influx. I understand that the store is very small & many people cannot fit inside but common now. Get more stanchion ropes to have organized lines & honor pick-ups first please. 1 hour for pickup is crazy.

This place is horrible when I went to buy something they barely took care of me. then a week later when I didn’t like it I went to return it. There were 3 people just for return and when I payed cash they told me they would give me a check which is taking 2 weeks. Also I ordered something off the website and my package hasent arrived in 2 weeks. I am very mad and I hate this.

Thankful. Came in here hopeless because I had gone to another pandora to change my ring size. And they gave me a hard time because I didn't have a receipt although it was a gift !! When I came in SADIA greeted me and helped me. And was able to change the ring sizes to both my rings NOW I can actually wear them. Thank you very much Sadia! You were very sweet and helpful

With going into the holidays you have to have the mindset that the malls are going to be Crowded and have lines but this Pandora at the kings plaza location was very unorganized and the customer service was unprofessional. Also their choice of music; I had my daughter in there with me almost a half an hour listening to music with cursing. DO BETTER!

THE SUPERVISOR KAYLA WAS A HATER! I WOULDN'T GO BACK. STORE WAS FULL OF PEOPLE WHO WASNT BUYING ANYTHING WHICH WASTED MY TIME. Have always had a great experience, but today was absolutely the worst! I was rediculed regarding the condition of my bracelet. I was told one of my spacers was damaged which was not true as I was able to remove it at home and I do have plans of starting a new bracelet. I might have to go to a different location, very sad!

I enjoy visiting this Pandora location. For the most part, I always get individualized attention and the sales associates are patient. I don't mind waiting because when I am selecting my items, I don't want to be rushed. I've been coming here for years and remain a loyal and satisfied customer.

After 2 attempts of getting what I wanted in two different locations, I finally got a EXCELLENT customer service by the assistant manager Jaime. He was beyond amazing and helpful, he guide us, me and my fiancé through options till I found what I wanted. Honestly he deserves a raise!!! :)

I messed up my bracelet by losing one of my locks and it caused my charms to be unmovable . The sales girl and the supervisor cut my bracelet and gave me a new one. I love this store I would recommend it to anyone. They are very helpful and they have great personalities. Great store!

Very unhelpful and unfriendly attitude. I understand the store is closing soon but telling us to hurry up is not the appropriate response. I expected staff at a place like Pandora to be more professional but came away very disappointed. We went across to Swarovski instead.

Place looks nice but the staff spends to long helping customers. If you have four sales people helping people , the line starts getting massive. So times even leading wrapped around outside. Either hire more staff or be quicker with your customers.
