Placed a pick up in store order, Pandora Soho spoiled me, I figured everyone would be ready within an hour. Walked in while they were playing with ribbons. Everyone looked at me like I was wrong for coming in. Asked about online order, no one knew what I was talking about. Yet I was told I need to wait 6-8 hours next time.

They don’t really care about the presentation, I bought a gift for my mom and I told the girl it was a gift, she didn’t care at all and she packed it really bad, the bag was ripped and messed up and it didn’t even have the pink paper. I told her to change it cause I want it to look pretty but she didn’t help me at all.

I am giving only 4 stars not because the service, the service is good. I arrived on Sunday before 6pm and the online information of this branch in 71 Forest Hill, Queens advertise that they close at 7pm on Sundays. When I got there it was already closed. So, is better if you call to the store before going there.
