My daughter and I went in to this Pandora location on 6/27. There was a line outside that went quickly. The entire staff were so friendly and very patient with us. We traveled by bus 2hours to this location because it was the only store that was open. We are definitely shopping there again. Ben, our sales person was just FANTASTIC.

I came during the holidays to purchase a necklace and the service was great. No problems and I was very satisfied. The sales associates name was Diana. She was very involved with me and other customers meeting their needs at a high standard. She was very nice and and helpful with what I was looking for. Will definitely go back.

Very disappointed! My husband and my son went today in this store and bought two charms,they are qualified for free bracelet, but the sales lady didn’t give them,why? They are men and don’t know anything about this but you sales person have to do your job and give them even if they don’t know or say no.
